        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Repurchase Intention and Word of Mouth intention on Service Quality of Public Sport Facilities. Subjects were 307 customer who have participated in public sport centers which are used the convenience sampling. The questionnaire for this study were reorganized to the purpose of this study: "Questionnaire for the Public Sport Facilities" developed by Hun, Hyun-mi(1997). For data analysis the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSSWIN 9.0 The results are as follow. First, Among the factors of Service Qualities in the Sport facilities, main facilities, Program, contribution to the community showed affirmative effect on repurchase intention Second, Among the factors of Service Qualities in the Sport facilities, main facilities, Program, contribution to the community, staffs, instructors showed affirmative effect on word of mouse effect.

        This study is to examine the concrete suggestions for vitalization of Triathlon market and material development of its association by establishing the differentiated marketing strategy in focusing on identification of timely request of Triathlon which is recently popularized in the USA including other countries. We adopted the open questionnaires prescribed for understanding general idea and feeling including consciousness about operation of the related association with the subjects of 50 persons working in relation to it for 10 days from April 1 to 11, 2004 in order to search for the popularization measures of Triathlon. First, in the analysis of motivation of participating in Triathlon, the first one was the challenge and health factors and the second one was hobby (liking sports) and satisfaction (achievement) after completion. Second, Triathlon requiring daily exercise gives youngstudents the educative effect of changing daily life of regularity for young students and fostering basic spirit of extreme patience and voluntary will. And it as future-oriented event is the positive answer for bright tomorrow to be worldwide elite athlete and leaders in sports. Third, in 4P element analysis against the impediments to popularization of Triathlon to the subjects of related persons (Association, clubs, leaders and elite athletes), 54.4% of total respondents indicated it as product, 32% as promotion, 7% as price and 5.8% as place.

        The variables of psychological maturity according to triathlon participation experience The purpose of this essay was to make an inductive analysis through an open type questionnaire in order to compare the psychological. Thus to achieve the above goal, following research problems were set. First, is there any difference in the variables of psychological maturity according to triathl on participation experience? The quantitative research to solve the above problems was conducted to total 600 participants and non-participants, and the qualitative one was to 50 persons concerned. The collected data was statistically processed using frequency analysis, t-verification. The findings presented through the data analysis are as follows. First, there was difference in the variables of psychological maturity according to triathlon participation experience. The participants were shown to be higher in all variables of psychological maturity then the non-participants, and most participants were relatively higher in the factor analysis of participation experience by age and gender than the non-participants, but the age class under 20 showed no statistically significant difference in the sub-factor of psychological maturity, emotional stability, and that in their 40s showed no statistically significant difference in the positive thinking and psychological self-effectuation.

        골프용품의 브랜드자산, 고객만족, 브랜드신뢰와 브랜드 충성도간의 관계

        본 연구에서는 골프용품 소비자를 대상으로 골프용품 브랜드자산과 고객만족, 브랜드신뢰 및 브랜드충성도 관계규명을 하고자 한다. 연구대상은 실내・골프연습장 5곳을 임의로 선정한 후 각 연습장마다 100명씩 무선표집하여총 500개의 표본을 추출하여 불성실한 설문지 51부를 제외한 449부를 사용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 브랜드자산은고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객만족은 브랜드신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족은 브랜드충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 브랜드신뢰는 브랜드충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 브랜드자산은 브랜드신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 브랜드신뢰는 브랜드충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between brand asset in golf products with customer satisfaction, brand trust and brand loyalty. We randomly selected five indoor golf ranges and recruited 100 customers selected golf ranges, respectively. Participants were 449 golf-product consumers and data of 51 consumers were ruled out due to incomplete answers. Results of this study were as follows. At first, brand asset in consumers was significant predictor of customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction in consumers was significant predictor of brand asset. Third, customer satisfaction in consumers was significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fourth, brand trust in consumers was significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fifth, brand asset in consumers was significant predictor of brand trust. Finally, brand trust in consumers was significant predictor of brand loyalty.

        프로야구 관중의 관람유인요인, 충성도 및 재관람의도간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to closely examine relationship among spectating factor, loyalty, and revisit intention in spectators of professional baseball. For this, questionnaire survey was carried out targeting spectators who directly visited Jamsil Baseball Stadium, Mokdong Baseball Stadium, and Incheon Munhak Baseball Stadium among spectators of 「2011 Lotte Card Professional Baseball」. 287 copies were utilized as the final materials except 13 copies of insincere questionnaire among the collected questionnaires. An analysis of the collected data was carried out exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis by using SPSS 18.0 Window Version. CFA(Confirmatory factor analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Model) were carried out by using AMOS 18.0. The following results were elicited. First, professional baseball spectators were indicated to have no influence upon revisit intention depending on a spectating factor. Second, the spectating factor was grasped to have influence upon loyalty. Third, loyalty was indicated to have significant influence upon revisit intention. Fourth, loyalty was indicated to have mediating effect on relationship between spectating factor and revisit intention.

      • 運動時間에 따른 超過酸素消費量(EPOC)과 持續時間에 關한 硏究

        This research is to examine excess oxygen consuption(EPOC) quantity and EPOC duration following to exercise time (the intensity of 80% Vo₂max with exercise time 5 minutes and 50% Vo₂max with exercise time 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes), so abstract the students who are in I university, physical education department at random (age 19-23) Four of them have above six years athlete career and four of them are not athletes. This experiment consists of 6 ways and divided the intensity of 80% Vo₂max with exercise time 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15minutes, and 50% Vo₂max with exercise time 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. EPOC duration and quantity measurement are divided by heart rate, and analysis the reliance degree and propriety degree with statistical identification method. Between athletes' and non-athletes' difference is verified by test (group), so conclusions are as follows: 1. Each experiment in recover duration time, the interrelation shows a significant meaningful relation at a significant level 99.5%. Thant is to say, during 5 minutes, 10 minutes to this intensity of 80% Vo₂max, each three exercise duration time and the atlitude of subjects for experiment and 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes to the intensity of 50% Vo₂max, and the atlitude of subjects for the three exercise duration time is thought to be reliable. 2. In every six experiment, athlete's group is lower than non athlete's group in significant level EPOC duration time, at significant level 95%. That is to says athlete's group is lower than non-athlete's at the intensity of 80% Vo₂max with exercise time 5 minutes 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 50% Vo₂max with 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. 3. In 6 experiments treatments, athlete's group showed that in significantly lower than non-athlete's group in exercise intensity of 80% Vo₂max with exercise time 5 minutes and of 50% Vo₂max with exercise time 10 minutes, 20 minutes, in experiment. Namely, we can see that in 3 experiment treatments athlete's group has a EPOC quantity lower than non-athlete's group in significant meaningful level with the exercise intensity of 80% Vo₂max in the 5 minutes exercise time and of 50% Vo₂max in the 10 minutes and 20 minutes exercise time. 4. Between athlete's and non-athlete's group of 95% significant level, no meaningful difference exists in 6 experiment treatments. That is to say, between athlete's and non-athlete's group EPOC quantity of 3 minutes break time makes no difference with the exercise intensity of 80% Vo₂max of 5 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes exercise tim e experiment treatments.

        스포츠산업,경영 : 상업스포츠 종사자의 직무만족과 조직 동일시와의 관계

        This research intends to identify that commercial sports managers’ personal characters and their official satisfactions affect their organization identification. For the purpose of that, we shall study the relations of the personal characters and their identities and the relations of their organization satisfactions and their identities targeting 272 managers engaged in sports centers so that we provide the managers with basic datum for their management of a change of occupation. Moreover they can increase the satisfaction of the customers using the sports centers, and the managers can also become higher their official satisfaction and their engagement identities. After verifying one-way ANOVA and post-test using SPSS 10.0version, we can reach a conclusion below listed.The relations between personal characters and their organization identities 1.There is no difference between the level of the manager’s organization identity and their sex.2. There is no difference between the level of the manager’s organization identity and scholarship.3. There is no differences between the level of the manager’s organization identity their age.4. There is some differences between the level of the manager’s organization identity and their duties.5. There is some differences between the level of the manager’s organization identity and their salary.6. There is some differences between the level of the manager’s organization identity and their period of service in the position.B. The relations between their official satisfaction and their organization satisfaction 1.A constant is 1.352 and a value conforming to the official satisfaction is 0.703. So we can come to a conclusion because each presumed value is smaller than significance level 0.05
