        Job Enrichment has appeared before the footlights from the middle of 1970's. This Job Enrichment was advocated by F. Herzberg and others at pittsburg college through their pioneer study in America. Almost all of the enterprises in America, this planning is put into practice under the title of job Enrichment Program. The program may also consider either work itself program or Job Constitution Program in sprits of the fact that ethics about labour is greatly changing labourers especially the young generation of workers think that it is true. But the frustration of workers was deprived of personality lower productivity and increase the frequency of abscence from work and to make matters works increase the ratio of resignation from work in the advenced countries it has brought about creational stride and sabotage and deteriorated the uality of products and at last, it has reduced their volition to work. Many problems not only both related to labour have lowered the spiritual and mental soundness but also the security of homes and relations between the territorical societies and still of hart lowered the stable political consciousness on the one hand in the process of efficient formation of other. Jobs many defects began to appear. It has made remarkable progress in respect of technique however, it has not helped too much to solve the problems revealed in process dealing with brand new machinery, deterioration of all-about service unconfortable menders call on officers and secretary seemed to be tedious. The past method of thinking to provide against the problems was nothing but increase in frequency of advertisement or in number of officers in the personal department. But this is jest the same as it, the doctor were to cheat a profuse bleeding patient by giving him a blood transfusion, this is the very fob Enrichment or fob Enrichment program that has begun to be studied under these co-relation there fore. I observed here co-relation between Job Enrichment and rationalization the substance of scientific management and Job Enrichment and fundamental ingredient (factor) on the other hand observed job program. The Enlargement of Job Enrichment and job re-planning in response to theory practice taking into consideration, that the study on this leaves much to be desired yet we should throw the crucial problems to a chose, I want you to pay much attention to the following in patting it into practice. 1) The responsible persons who are propelling to reproject of job or so should deal with the most crucial problems which remain at arm's length. The problems arise from this are such a following. first we should makes the division of mangers and the excutive clear. second all the persons concerned together with the manager of the highest revel in appreciating in advance should make ample allowance for the method of appreciation. third The most importent thing for manager to do in that he should encourage the free discussion and analysis about work instead of taking a forcible attitude in the course of patting Job Enrichment program in operation. 2) Managers should diagnose the changes arise from the job which is an object to, it in advance before putting Job Enrichment program into practice. 3) Managers should ascertain whether they are diagnosing or not about the project of job revolution by discussing which many persons according to the precise criterion. 4) The persons concerned should prepare themselves for the program which was taken all about of conditions into account in advance in order to provide against many problems and accidents derived from the program. 5) The persons concerved of Job re-project should be in condition to prepare for the appraise went the program all through the period in cessantly. In conclusion Enployees are satisfired with fainthfulness that, they act to the best of their faculty and are acknowledged and their ability admitted as men of ability, I should think that it is very important to enable the employees to have the opportunity of human growth accordingly. I will draw this thesis to aclose expressing that we should not on or think either of put an emphasis to the extreme degree what latent influence have the job reproject on the personal side view of Employees related to work.
