      • 大學運動選手의 體型과 姿勢에 關한 硏究

        I took the survey of the physical measurements of 426 students comprised of 134 athletes and 30 non-athletes from Kyung Hee University, Korea and 260 athletes from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, applied to the means of the Health-Carter Somatotype Method for one month between July 20, 1983 and March 5, 1984. The survey has enabled me to draw the following conclusions about the characteristics of the somatotypes of athletes: Comparing the Somatotypes of athletes with those of nonathletes, the average height and weight of every 30 non-athletes were 169.49㎝ and 61.04㎏, which are similar to the standard sizes of the 20-year-old Korean males. But the average height and weight of all athletes were 174.12㎝ and 69.19㎏ respectively. This statistics indicates that both the height and weight of athletes are greater than those of non-athletes. a) The players for eleven athletic events out of sixteen sports events were taller than non-athletes. Only the gymnasts were 166.62㎝ in height, which is smaller than the average height of non-athletes. b) As for body-weight, the players for eleven athletic events were heavier than non-athletes. In particular, the players for throw and basketball weighed most heavily. c) As the table 5 of the attached sheets (p. 36) shows, the judoists weigh mostly 65㎏. Athletes weighing 60㎏ are those for sprint and distance. d) The endemorph components of athletes for six sports events were smaller than non-athletes, whereas athletes for five sports events were greater than non-athletes. e) The mesomorph components of athletes for seven sports events were greater than non-athletes, whreas three sports events athletes were smaller than non-athletes. f) The ectomorph components of athletes for one sports event were greater than non-athletes, whereas athletes for four sports events were lower than non-athletes.

        인문 · 사회과학편 : '94 히로시마 아시안게임 출전 국가대표선수들의 의식조사

        The purpose of this survey was to investigate the consciousness and life of Korean national athletes. The subjects were 214 Korean national athletes who were training in Tae Reung Athletes Village for Hiroshima Asian Games. The questionnaire were developed to determine what Korean national athletes perceive about training, economic/financial support, value of medals, life, dopping test, and money rewarding systems. The results of this survey indicated that, the training being conducted was hard, boring, and stereotyped to the subjects. Most subjects hinted the lack of support from KASA, association and other support groups. Subjects showed very positive attitude in their lives and experiences. They also chosed effort as the primary requirement for higher skill performance and athletic achievement, Subjects strongly indicated that they want to have rewarding system for their competitive attitude and skill improvement. More various and interesting results in different areas were provided. The findings might provide some useful information for the effectiveness of management and control of national athletes.

        도시지역 청소년층의 체격 , 피하지방후와 기초체력의 상관성에 관한 연구

        This study measured physical growth and development, skinfold thickness and physical fitness. and the correlation between them of the junior and senior high school students 3152(1688 males and 1464 females) in Seoul during one month from Sept. 1 till Sept. 30, 1982. The results were as follows A. Physical Growth and Development 1) The period of straight growth and development was till the age of 16. 2) Yearly maximum growth, development age and the amount were as follows. Body Height : male 6.7cm between the age 13 and 14. female 3.1cm between the age 15 and 16. Body Weight : male 8.1kg between the age 15 and 16. female 4.9kg between 15 and 16. Chest Girth : male 5.5cm between 15 and 16. female 5.1cm between 15 and 16. Sitting Height : male 4.2cm between 13 and 14. female 1.5cm between 13 and 14. 3) Crossing between male and female was that female excelled male till the age of 13.5 and male excelled female after that age. 4) Individual differences in growth and development in adolescence were remarkable. B. Mean Value of Skinfold Thickness The mean skinfold thickness measured with a large skinfold caliper was: At the subscapular : male 10.48±0.13mm and female 16.01±0.19mm. Abdominal : male 11.89±0.19mm and female 17.62±0.18mm Lumbar : male 12.37±0.19mm and female 17.73±0.22mm Upper arm : male 10.39±0.15mm and female 15.16±0.20mm Total average : male 11.48±0.14mm and female 17.02±0.17mm C. Basic Physical Fitness The reselts of 100m run, Standing long jump. Throwing pitch, Pull-ups or Arms bend hanging, Sit-ups etc. are as shown in Table 4. D. Correlation Coefficient between Body Weight and Physical Fitness The correlation coefficient between body weight and basic physical fitness is an shown in Table 5.

        The purpose of the present research was to investigate(analyze) effect of amino acid and complex supplementation on blood components during submaximal exercise and recovery periods in human. For this purpose, I selected seven judo players and the research showed the following as results. 1. The amino acid and complex supplementation had an effect on blood Lactate during submaximal exercise and recovery periods. 2. The amino acid complex supplementation had effect on blood LDH, Pi during submasimal exercise and recovery periods. 3. The amino acid and complex supplementation had no effection on blood glucose, CPK, HDL, TG, Cholesterol, Na, K, Ca during submaximal exercise and recovery periods.

        자연과학편 : 일류선수(一流選手)들의 체력(體力), 운동능력(運動能力)의 인자분석적(因子分析的) 연구(硏究) -유도(柔道)·레스링·궁도(弓道)·여자롱구(女子籠球) 국가대표(國家代表) 선수(選手)를 중심(中心)으로-

        For the present research, a total number of 112 subject players has been selected from various sports types : 19 Judo players from `85 All Korean and National Standing teams, 24 free-style wrestlers, 25 Greco-Roman-style wrestlers, 22 archers, and 22 female basketball players, etc. The measurement carried out for the current research has yielded the following conclusions :1. In case of basketball players, the most superior factors were found to be Physical Structure and Physical Function. Factors shown to be superior next to the above two were Endurance and Explosive Strength.2. In case of Judo players, the most dominant factor was shown to be Muscle Factor. The next dominant factors were Back Strength and Speed.3. In case of free-style wrestlers, the most superior factors were Physical Structure and Leg Extension Strength.4. In case of Greco-Roman style wrestlers, the most superior factor was Grip Strength, and this showed a difference between two types of wrestlers.5. In case of archers, the most superior factors were Explosive Power and Elbow Flection. The next superior was Physical Structure.The researchers want to stress that the successful application of these findings to actual sport activities depends on the amount of the efforts made by individual players and athletic leaders to make the most of these results. The researchers also want to point out that developing fitness into aptitude remains to be the task of individual players and athletic guides.

        스포츠 생리학 : 수지(手指)에 뜸 자극(刺戟)이 인체(人體)의 간기능, 당뇨 및 고지혈증에 미치는 영향(影響)

        본 연구는 우리 고유의 건강관리 방법중 전통 민간요법인 手指부위에 간접뜸 자극방법을 이용 人體의 간기능, 당뇨 및 고지혈증의 변화를 구체적으로 실험결과를 통해 분석하는 辯證的연구로 계획되었다.연구의 문제는 GOT, GPT, Glucose 및 Cholesterol의 수치상에 이상이 있는 비건강인에게 3개월 동안(주 5회 시술, 동일 부위 3∼5회) 手指 간접뜸 자극을 준 후 血漿을 분석함으로써 人體에 미치는 影響을 알아보는 것이다.이 연구 문제를 해결하기 위하여 고려수지요법학회 건강관련 수강생중 GOT, GPT, Glucose 및 Cholesterol의 수치상에 이상이 있는 비건강인 5명과 건강한 성인 5명에게 3개월 동안 手指氣募穴 부위에 간접뜸자극을 주어 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.1. GOT, GPT, Glucose 및 Cholesterol의 수치상에 이상이 있는 비건강인에게 手指에 간접뜸 자극을 준 후 GOT(사전검사 89.00∼사후검사 49.80), GPT(사전검사 86.00∼사후검사 49.80), Glucose(사전검사 157.80∼사후검사 116.80)의 수치상에 유의한 감소치를 보였다.2. Cholesterol(사전검사 206.00∼사후검사 178.60)의 수치상에는 정상범위 내에서 변화를 보였다.3. GOT(사전검사 19.20∼사후검사 20.40), GPT(사전검사 15.80∼사후검사 15.00), Glucose(사전검사93.00∼사후검사 86.60) 및 Cholesterol(사전검사 157.60∼사후검사 178.00)의 수치상에 이상이 없는 건강인에게는 정상범위 내에서 변화를 보였다. This study, designed as the dialectical study, was intended to inqurie into how GOT, GPT, Glucose and Cholesterol changed in blood was provided to the spot of hand in the indirect moxibustion sitmulus method. Then, am analysis was maed of the concrete experimental results.The issus of this study involved investigating the effect that indirect moxibustion stimulus to hand had do the human body when it was provided to the hand of the unhealthy man whose hand of GOT, GPT, Glucose and Cholesterol in blood plasma were normal for 3 months(providing stimulus 3-5 times on the same spot of hand in each administration of medical treatment 5 time a week)To reaolve this problem, indirect moxibustion stimulus was provided for three months for 5 male healthy subjects and 5 unhealthy subject who had abnormal hand of GOT, GPT, Glucose and Cholesterol in blood, of enrollees in the health-related course of the "Koryo hand therapy institute".As a result, the following hand were obtained.1. The unhealthy peraons whose hand had abnormalities of GOT, GPT, Glucose and Cholesterol in blood plasma showed the significant decreased values of GOT(pre 89.00∼post 49.80), GPT(pre 86.00∼post 49.80), and Glucose (pre 157.80∼post 116.80)in their blood dfter indirect moxibustion stimulus was provided for them.2. They showed within the normal reduced value of Cholesterol(pre 206.00∼post 178.60) in blood.3. The healthy subjects whosehand had no abnormality of GOT(pre 19.20∼post 20.40), GPT(pre 15.80∼post 15.00), Glucose(pre 93.00∼post 86.60) and Cholesterol(pre 157.60∼post 178.00) in blood showed changesinthem within the normal range.

      • 一部農村地域 靑少年層의 成長發育과 體容積·體脂肪量에 關한 硏究

        A study on 3,663 middle and high school students(1790 boys and 1873 girls) in rural areas of Jeonla Province was conducted from May I to July 30 in 1978 for assessing their physical growth and development in terms of physical and nutritional indices, and the correlation between body weight and volume is obtained. Following are the results. A. Physical Growth and Development. 1. Rapid growth of physical grovth in terms of body height, weight, chest-gi-rth and sitting height has been observed among 17 year-old boys and 15 year-old girls. Growth in terms of physical growth and development turned out to be slower among students of higher ages, irrespective of male of female. 2. The maximum annual growth rates were as follows; Body Height ; 6.0㎝ during the age 16∼17 for boys. 5.2㎝ during the age 12∼13 for girls. Body weight ; 6.4㎝ during the age 14∼15 for boys. 6.0㎝ during the age 12∼13 for girls. Chest-Girth ; 4.3㎝ during the age 14∼15 for boys. 5.0㎝ during the age 12∼13 for girls. Sitting Height ; 3.3㎝ during the age 13∼14 for boys. 2.8㎝ during the age 12∼13 for girls. B. Various Indices about Physical Growth and Development. 1. The lineal increase of relative body weight was shown in both sex groups belonging to the ages 11∼17. 2. As for relative chest girth, it is small in the age of 15 for boys and 12 for girls, but when they are 16 and 13, respectively, it becomes normal. 3. In both sex groups, the growth rate was shown to be constant nearly to the same degree. 4. Rohrer index was 1.1∼1.2 for boys and 1.2∼1.3 for girls. 5. The Kaup index was lower than 2.0 for boys under 15 years of age and for girls under 14 years of age. It become higher than 2.0 after they reach 16 and 15, respectively. 6. Vervaeck index was 76.9∼89.7 for boys and 78.5∼89.0 for girls. For both cases it increased with age. 7. Pelidisi index of the nutitional status was obtained 91∼92 for boys and 89∼95 for girls. C. Correlation between Body Weight and Body Height. The correlation coefficient between body height and weight is as show in Table 12. D. Standard Body Weight by Age. The equation of the standard body weight is as shown in Table 12. E. Body Volume. Mean values of body surface area(㎡), body volume(ℓ), and body density(㎏/ℓ) were calculated by an indirect method from body height and weight, as shown in Table 13. F. Body Fat Weight. The percentage of mean body fat content was 10.84±1.83 to 13.88±2.15% for boys and 22.28±2.55 to 25.60±3.99% for girls, respectively. G. Correlation between relative Body Weight and Body Volume by age. The correlation coefficient and equation between relative body weight and volume by age are an shown in Table 14.
