중국인 학습자의 말하기 대회에 나타난 담화표지 사용 양상 연구

요즘 중국인 학습자의 수가 증가하여 중국어권 학습자에 대한 연구도 다른 언어권보다 더 많이 진행되고 있다. 담화표지는 의사소통에서 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 학계에서 중국인 학습자의 담화표지 사용 양상에 대하여 관심이 많아지고 있다. 본 연구는 중국인 학습자를 대상으로 하여 말하기 대회에 나타난 담화표지 사용 양상을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저, 말하기 대회의 동영상을 수집하고 전사함으로써 연구자료를 형성한다. 연구 자료에 나타난 담화표지를 조사 분석하고 출현빈도를 통계하였다. 그리고 담화표지의 유형을 형태적, 기능적으로 구분하여 사용 양상을 살펴보았다. 연구를 통하여 중국인 학습자는 화제 연결, 화제 전환과 같은 화제 층위의 담화표지를 가장 많이 사용하고 ‘-뿐만 아니라’, ‘그리고’등 전형적인 담화표지가 반복적으로 사용하였으며, 동일한 담화표지라도 다른 기능으로 사용하는 상황이 많다는 것을 밝혔다. 마지막으로, 본 연구 에서 한국어 교육에 대해 화제 연결, 화제 전환의 기능을 나타나는 담화표지를 강조하고 구어체 담화표지를 많이 도입할 것을 시사한다. Recently, the research on Chinese learners who speak Korean as foreign language has taken the top spot in comparison with other linguistic communities, due to the increasing population of such Korean-language speakers from China. Admittedly, the importance of discourse markers is known to all, which gives rise to the curiosity from academic world on how those discourse markers are employed by Chinese learners of Korean. This study focuses on Chinese learners to figure out how those discourse markers are used in speaking contests. In order to form the research materials, the frist step of this research is to collect videos of various speaking contests and transform it into files in a way of phonetic transcription. Then this study captures all those discourse markers and calculates the frequency of all kinds of discourse markers in research materials. Moreover, this study distinguishes discourse markers by form and function in the context of the communication. What this analysis find are that a) the most frequently-used type of discourse markers are topic connection one and topic transition one in the topic level; b) the frequent use some typical discourse markers such as "-뿐만 아니라”, "그리고”etc; c) one kind of discourse markers are often can be used in different situations. Finally, this study calls on the more emphasis on discourse markers of topic connection and topic transition in Korean language education, suggesting to import more colloquial discourse markers on such education.
Geometric Optimization of a Mathematical Model of Radiofrequency Ablation in Hepatic Carcinoma

Radio frequency ablation (RFA) is an effective means of achieving local control of liver cancer. It is a particularly suitable mode of therapy for small and favorably located tumors. However, local progression rates are substantially higher for large tumors (>3.0 cm). In the current study, we report on a mathematical model based on geometric optimization to treat large liver tumors. A database of mathematical models relevant to the configuration of liver cancer was also established. The specific placement of electrodes and the frequency of ablation were also optimized. In addition, three types of liver cancer lesion were simulated by computer guidance incorporating mathematical models. This approach can be expected to provide a more effective and rationale mechanism for employing RFA in the therapy of hepatic carcinoma.

<P>In this paper, in order to improve the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells, we introduced zirconia [ZrO<SUB>2</SUB>] nanofibers into a mesoporous titania [TiO<SUB>2</SUB>] photoelectrode. The photoelectrode consists of a few weight percent of ZrO<SUB>2 </SUB>nanofibers and a mesoporous TiO<SUB>2 </SUB>powder. The mixed ZrO<SUB>2 </SUB>nanofibers and the mesoporous TiO<SUB>2 </SUB>powder possessed a larger surface area than the corresponding mesoporous TiO<SUB>2 </SUB>powder. The optimum ratio of the ZrO<SUB>2 </SUB>nanofiber was 5 wt.%. The 5 wt.% ZrO<SUB>2</SUB>-mixed device could get a short-circuit photocurrent density of 15.9 mA/cm<SUP>2</SUP>, an open-circuit photovoltage of 0.69 V, a fill factor of 0.60, and a light-to-electricity conversion efficiency of 6.5% under irradiation of AM 1.5 (100 mW/cm<SUP>2</SUP>).</P>

Objective: To investigate the optimal timing of radiotherapy with alternating/sequential radio-chemotherapy for limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC). Methods: 91 patients with LS-SCLC were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the number of chemotherapy cycles before radiotherapy. If the patient received radiotherapy after 3 cycles or fewer cycles of chemotherapy, classification was into the early group, if not, into the late group. All patients received 6 cycles of standard chemotherapy (EP/EC) and conventional radiotherapy (56 gy~ 60 gy/28 f ~30 f). Results: The response rate (RR) of the early and late groups were 85.7% and 81.6%, respectively, with no significant difference (p>0.05). In contrast, the progression-free survival (PFS) in the early group was better than that in the late group (11.8 months vs 9.86 months), and the difference was significant (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups in adverse reactions, which gastrointestinal irritation and bone marrow suppression being the most common (p>0.05). Conclusions: Radiotherapy after 3 cycles or fewer cycles of chemotherapy does not bring significant benefits for RR of patients with LS-SCLC, but it could significantly prolong their PFS without increase in adverse reactions.

Legionellosis (Legionnaires’ disease; LD) is a form of severe pneumonia caused by species of Legionella bacteria. Because inhalation of Legionella-contaminated aerosol is considered the major infection route, routine assessments of potential infection sources such as hot water systems, air-conditioner cooling water, and municipal fountains are of great importance. In this study, we utilized in vitro culture and multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA) targeting 16S rRNA, mip, rpoB, and mip-rpoB concatenation to isolate and identify Legionella spp. from 5 municipal fountains in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China. Our results demonstrated that 16S rRNA was useful for initial identification, as it could recognize isolates robustly at the genus level, while the genes mip, rpoB, and mip-rpoB concatenation could confidently discriminate Legionella species. Notably, the three subspecies of L. pneumophila could be distinguished by the analysis based on rpoB. The serotyping result of strain CD-1 was consistent with genetic analysis based on the concatenation of mip and rpoB. Despite regular maintenance and sanitizing methods, 4 of the 5 municipal fountains investigated in this study were positive for Legionella contamination. Thus, regularly scheduled monitoring of municipal fountains is urgently needed as well as vigilant disinfection. Although the application of MLSA for inspection of potential sites of infection in public areas is not standard procedure, further investigations may prove its usefulness.

Large magnitude common-mode voltage (CMV) and its variation dv/dt have an adverse effect on motor drives that leads to early winding failure and bearing deterioration. For matrix converters, the switch states that connect each output line to a different input phase result in the lowest CMV among all of the valid switch states. To reduce the output CMV for matrix converters, this paper presents a new space vector modulation (SVM) strategy by utilizing these switch states. By this mean, the peak value and the root mean square of the CMV are dramatically decreased. In comparison with the conventional SVM methods this strategy has a similar computation overhead. Experiment results are shown to validate the effectiveness of the proposed modulation method.
