      • TMS320C6711을 이용한 Digital X-ray 신호처리 시스템 개발

        기존의 의료용 X선 영상장치에 있어서 TV 방식은 형광증배관에 나타나는 잡음과 TV자체의 잡음으로 인하여 비교적 잡음이 많이 발생한다. 그리고 interlace 주사로 인한 화면 떨림 현상이 발생하여 카메라 해상도가 저하되어 모니터에 나타나는 전체적인 화면의 화질이 그다지 선명하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 NTSC 방식의 잡음 문제를 해결하기 위해, X-ray에 의해 투시된 X-ray 형광증배의 아날로그 화면은 A/D converter를 이용하여 디지털 신호를 만든다. 또한 interlace 방식의 화면이 깜박거리는 현상을 제거하기 위해 double scanning 하고 interlace 주사를 noninterlace로 주사하는 방식을 도입한다. 그리고 실시간 처리를 위하여 TMS320C6711을 이용한 Digital X-ray 신호처리 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. The TV injection method of general X-ray image system has a problem because of the fluorescent increased dividend tube and the TV itself. As the screen trembling by interlace injection decreases the camera resolution, the total quality of monitor is not so clear. In this paper, we make the analog signal of X-ray fluorescent increased dividend tube into digital signal by using A/D converter. Also, to remove the twinkles from interlace method, we adapt the double scanning and the noninterlace method. For realtime processing we develop the digital X-ray signal processing system which uses a TMS320C6711.

        We made a study of the present condition of college physical education. The conclusion was as follows. 1. The responses of students to college physical education. The purpose of college physical education was to help students build up their minds soundly. But now. the students were not satisfied with the items of present college physical education. with the ways professors had taught. and their enthusiasms lectures. 2. The responses to the ways and content of college physical education. Students said that there were too many students in one class to study together and that the proper number of students should be lowered less than forty. They wanted to have more piratical physical training items such as bowling. swimming. and skiing. Also did they point out that the most biggest problem of present college physical education was lack of facilities. especially a gymnasium. 3. The effect of college physical education. College physical education had contributed to Sport for all and life-long sports as well as college activities. But it had not effected continnously. According to this study. there are four to be improved for proper college be supported. Second. more lectures which make the best use of the facilities should be. And professors should have every qualification for lectures. Finally. a teaching method should be improved properly and continuously.

        Three burning space concerning mainly on the text of ≪Neiching≫, we got this conclusion by looking at a longitudinal perspective of three burning space function, nutrient & defensive qi creation, movement and numbers. 1. Longitudial movement is the law of the universe, by looking at oriental medicine by the thought of heaven and man unity we can tell that longitudinal movement concept is used to analyze the physiology of our body. And we can tell that longitudinal movement concept is used to analyze the physiology of our body. And we can look at our body in a cubic movement suck as top and bottom, left and right, outside and inside, internal and external, upward and downward movement. 2. In Nei Ching the concept of three burning space is separated in to four different types of three burning space which are three burning space as a fu, three burning space as a water metabolism and excretion organ, and three burning space by its position. 3. nutrient & defensive qi’s movement in the channel is the same as the twelve regular channels movement in our body. Nutrient qi circulates the yang part twenty five during the day and circulates the ying part twenty five times during the night. Since channel functions corresponds with the sun, moon, and the stars the ups and downs of nutrient & defensive qi’s property varies with the difference of the periods. 4. By comparing nutrient & defensive qi’s production and property with three burning space’s positional property, we can see that three burning space’s positional property comes out from the longitudial movement of nutrient & defensive qi.

        One of the most important reasons that CFT is used in many conditions is by using that we can achieve the effect, which reduce the section of the member. This research purpose to find the most ideal composition, which is achieved by the investigation in the concrete's property of matter like ability of Slump, Slump Flow, Air content, Bleeding, and Settlement when the high strength of concrete which is over 80MPa is used m the CFT column.

        효소형 분석에 의한 국내 등줄쥐(Apodemus agrarius coreae)와 흰넓적다리붉은쥐(Apodemus peninsulae peninsulae)의 특성 조사

        경기, 강원, 충청, 경상 그리고 전라지역 에서 225마리의 들쥐를 포획하였더니 Apodemus agrarius coreae가 200마리로 전국적인 분포를 보였고, Apodemus peninsulae peninsulae는 25마리로 강원, 경상 및 전라지역에서만 포획되었다. 전기영동법을 이용하여 이들 두 종에 대한 간장 조직에서 조사하였던 G6PDH, ADA, PEP-A, PEP-B, AAT, SOD, LDH, MDH, PNP, GAPDH 등 10종 모두가 검출되었다. 등줄쥐에서는 전기영동분석 결과 32종의 표현형이, 흰넓적다리붉은쥐에서 8가지가 검출되었다. 두 종의 locus의 평균 유전학적인 다양성은 0.130으로 나타났고, 유전학적인 차이는 0.100~0.600으로 상대적인 차이를 보였으며, 등줄쥐는 0.150~0.398사이에 네 개의 집단으로 구분되었던 반면 흰넓적다리붉은쥐는 0.100~0.275의 차이로 확인되었다. 경기지역의 안성, 여주 그리고 전라지역의 완주에서 포획된 등줄쥐를 제외하고는 지역에 따라서 6~11개의 조직내 효소 표현형이 중복되어 있었다. 흰넓적다리붉은쥐 역시 한 가지 이상의 표현형이 있었고 이들은 지역적인 차이를 보였으며, 등줄쥐와 조직내 효소형과 중복되어 있었다. Two hundred of Apodemus agarius coreae and twenty five of Apodemus peninsulae peninsulae were caught from Kyonggi, Kangwon, Chungchong, Jeolla and Kyongssang provinces across the country. Isoenzyme patterns were analyzed by gel electrophoresis with liver homogenates of A. a. coreae and A. p. peninsulae. Using 10 enzyme systems, 32 electrophoretic types (ETs) were identified from two species of Apodemus including 8 ETs from A. p. peninsulae with genetic diversity per locus between 0.00 and 0.54 (mean 0.13). Genetic distances among ETs of A. a. coreae and A. p. peninsulae was between 0.100 and 0.600. Thirty two ETs of both species of Apodemus were classified to four major groups with genetic distance from 0.150 to 0.398. Eight ETs of A. p. peninsulae were grouped into four subgroups with genetic distance from 0.100 to 0.275. All ETs of A. p. peninsulae were belong to those of A. a. coreae with enzymatic variation. There was only one ET in A. a. coreae from Ansong an Yoju counties in Kyonggi and Wanju county in Jeolla province. However, all samples collected from the rest were identified to have 6 to 11 ETs on local enzymatic variance. Enzymatic overlap between both species was confirmed with at least one ET depending on the sites of collection.

The objective of this study is to take the partial core after the cementation of Model specimen, test the compression intensity and analyze the relation to Test piece.

        Koul, Susarla and Van Ryzin(1981) proposed a regression estimator for linear regression models with right censoring. Despite its computational advantages and well-explored theoretical properties, this estimator is not a robust estimator. That is, in case of data including contamination observations its estimator is very poor. We propose a robust estimator using least median of square method and variable transformation. We demonstrate this using simulation data.

        젖소 말초혈액 림프구로부터 소백혈병 바이러스 배양 및 전자현미경적 관찰

        국내 젖소의 54.2%가 BLV에 감염되어 있지만 현재까지 국내에서는 소백혈병 바이러스 (BLV) 입자를 확인한 연구 보고가 없기 때문에 BLV 항체 양성 소의 말초혈액림프구를 배양, BLV를 발현시켜 전자현미경으로 바이러스 입자를 검출하였고 배양조건에 따른 바이러스 발현율 및 발현 시간을 비교하였다. 검사 결과 전형적인 C-형 바이러스를 확인할 수 있었으며 BLV 단크론 항체를 이용한 면역염색결과 BLV 항원 양성으로 확인되었다. BLV 는 대부분 세포 외부에 분포하고 있었으며 세포질 막에서 생성, 발아되어 나오는 것도 관찰되었다. 전체 바이러스의 크기는 90~100 nm였으며 nucleocapsid는 40~60nm였다. 소태아혈청 (FBS)과 T- 및 B-림프구 분열촉진물질(mitogen)을 각각 첨가하여 배양한 결과 두 군 모두에서 BLV 발현이 확인되었다. Lipopolysaccharide 첨가군은 배양 12시간, Conconavalin A 첨가군은 배양 24시간에 각각 림프구의 10%에서 바이러스가 관찰되었다. 또한 FBS만 첨가한 군과 FBS와 mitogen을 모두 첨가하지 않은 군에서도 관찰되었으나 바이러스의 수는 적었다. 본 연구에서 확립된 BLV 배양 기법을 활용하면 BLV에 감염된 소 중 바이러스를 발현하는 소, 즉 전파능이 있는 개체를 찾아내어 우선적으로 도태할 수 있기 때문에 BLV 감염으로 인한 피해를 막는데 효과적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Many studies have been performed on the bovine leukemia virus (BLV) since bovine leukosis had been reported in 1968 in Korea. However, there was no report on the ultrastructural examination of BLV. An attempt to detect C-type viral particles in the cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes of Holstein-Friesian dairy cattle, was made to determine whether in vitro viral expression might be used as a reliable method to identify the cow which is likely to transmit BLV. In transmission electron microscopic (TEM) examination, the virus particles were found predominantly outside of the lymphocytes even though a few particles were also observed within the membrane bound cytoplasmic vacuoles. All of them were C-type particles consisting of a central, electron-dense core separated by a clear area from a limiting envelope with a unit membrane structure. Virus particles were easily detected in the lymphocyte which was cultured with medium supplemented with either T-lymphocyte mitogen (conconavalin A) or B-lymphocyte mitogen (lipopolysaccharide). Identical viral particles, although fewer, were also consistently present in the lymphocytes cultured with medium which was containing foetal bovine serum (FBS) only and which was containing neither FBS or mitogen. By contrast, no virus particle was detected in extensive examination of lymphocytes before culture. In conclusion, the BLV cultivation and detection methods established in this study could be used as a tool to identify and eliminate the cattle which can transmit the BLV.

        The influences of magnetic field on the positive spark channel of point-to-rod gap under steady potentials in air were studied by means of two cameras and an oscilloscope. The direction of magnetic field was perpendicular to the gap axis, and the magnetic field strength ranging from 0 to 6.6kG was applied. The positive spark channel was deflected in the direction of the Lorentz force. Therefore, it was confirmed that the positive streamer model, which says the streamer is progressing with positive space charge on its tip, is reasonable. The first step length of the spark channel was increased as the magnetic field strength was increased, but it was abruptly decreased at about 4kG. Then, it showed constant above 5kG. However, it first step deflection length was increased at about 3kG. But it was decreased from 3kG to 4kG. It was unchanged above 5kG.

      • Na<sup>+</sup>/Vacancy Disordered P2-Na<sub>0.67</sub>Co<sub>1–<i>x</i></sub>Ti<i><sub>x</sub></i>O<sub>2</sub>: High-Energy and High-Power Cathode Materials for Sodium Ion Batteries

        <P>Although sodium ion batteries (NIBs) have gained wide interest, their poor energy density poses a serious challenge for their practical applications. Therefore, high-energy-density cathode materials are required for NIBs to enable the utilization of a large amount of reversible Na ions. This study presents a P2-type Na0.67Co1-x,TixO2 (x < 0.2) cathode with an extended potential range higher than 4.4 V to present a high specific capacity of 166 mAh g(-1). A group of P2-type cathodes containing various amounts of Ti is prepared using a facile synthetic method. These cathodes show different behaviors of the Na+/vacancy ordering. Na0.67CoO2 suffers severe capacity loss at high voltages due to irreversible structure changes causing serious polarization, while the Ti-substituted cathodes have long credible cycleability as well as high energy. In particular, Na0.67Co0.90Ti0.10O2 exhibits excellent capacity retention (115 mAh g(-1)) even after 100 cycles, whereas Na0.67CoO2 exhibits negligible capacity retention (<10 mAh g(-1)) at 4.5 V cutoff conditions. Na0.67Co0.90Ti0.10O2 also exhibits outstanding rate capabilities of 108 mAh g(-1) at a current density of 1000 mA g(-1) (7.4 C). Increased sodium diffusion kinetics from mitigated Na+/vacancy ordering, which allows high Na+ utilization, are investigated to find in detail the mechanism of the improvement by combining systematic analyses comprising TEM, in situ XRD, and electrochemical methods.</P>
