본 연구는 切土斜面 綠化工法에 있어서 産業廢棄物을 활용한 綠化物質의 조성을 통하여 植物生育 및 斜面 浸蝕 安定效果를 기여하는 綠化物質의 構成比를 파악하기 위하여 1994년 4월부터 1994년 9월까지 실시하였으며, 綠化物質 별로 7개 斜面實驗區와 外來導入草種 2종과 在來鄕土草種 5종의 生育實驗區에서 조사하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 1. 식물의 被覆率과 生育狀態가 가장 우수한 綠化物質의 구성비는 混合型區(Soil A)이며, 가장 저급한 구성비는 제지재 위주의 配合型區(Soil D)로 나타났고, 土壤硬度 및 균열현상등 斜面浸蝕效果에 가장 좋은 綠化物質 구성비는 제지재 위주의 配合型區(Soil D)와 연탄재 위주의 配合型區로 나타나, 이의 결과는 處理區간에 서로 반대의 경향을 보였다. 2. 綠化物質은 알카리성토양으로 판명되었으며, 유기물함량, 전질소, 유효인산, 치환성염기는 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 3. 외래도입수종인 Tall Fescue Arid와 Perennial Ryegrass, 참싸리, 쑥, 비수리의 근계발달은 비교적 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 植生綠化工法에 있어서 綠化物質의 적정한 구성비는 法面의 토질상태, 경사도, 향 공사시기등을 고려하여 早期綠化의 필요성이 강조되는 경우에는 有機性 産業廢棄物의 함유율을 30%에서 50%까지 가능할 것으로 생각되며, 法面의 요철이 심하고 균열이 심한 斜面과 時期的으로 파종시기가 아닐때에는 斜面 침식을 고려하여 토양재류의 함유율을 25%에서 60%까지 조절하여 적용하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to review the ratios of vegetative soilmix in terms of their effects on the growth of vegetation and stability of erosive cutting slope land by adjusting the ratios using the industrial sludge through the turfen method. For this purpose, a test work was conducted and in this test work various ratios of vegetative soil mix were applied to seven plot by transplanting 2 species of alien grasses and 5 species of native ones. The results of the test can be summarized as follows: 1. The most efficient mixing ratio of vegetative soil for turfing and plant growth is the mixed soil A, while the least efficient one is soil D of primary paper sludge. However, in terms of soil hardness, crack and corrosion-resistance, the best mixing were the soil D and soil G of primary used briquets, ironically. 2. It was disclosed that the vegetative soils are of alkali, and thus they are rich in organitive subtances, total nitrogen, effective phosphoric acid and substituent bases. 3. The growth of roots are relatively good in case of the alien Tall fescue“Arid”and Perennial rye grass as well as the native Lespedeza bicolor Turcz, Artemsia princeps Pampan and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don. All in all, in the turfen method the vegetative soil should be adequately mixed in consideration of slope land quality, bevel, direction and construction time. In case earlier turfing is required, the organic industrial wastes may be contained by 30%∼50%, while this ratio can be adjusted with the wide range of soil material portion (25∼60%) in consideration of slope corrosion when the slope has much ruggedness and sowing is not feasible.
스테로이드 주입 후 비후성 반흔의 변화에 대한 조직형태계측학적 연구

Hypertrophic scar, occurred from the skin injury or surgical operation causes esthetic, psychologic, and functional problems to both the patients and the surgeon. The drug of choice for the treatment of hypertrophic scar is steroid. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of several kinds of steroid injection on the hypertrophic scar in the rabbit model. Adult male white rabbits, weighing about 2.5kg, were used. After three full-thickness wounding over the ventral surface of each ear, either saline (control group), or triamcinolone(0.8mg), dexamethasone(0.1mg) and prednisolone(0.8mg) was injected on day 16. The rabbits were sacrificed on 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 weeks after injection, and the specimens were retrieved on bloc. Histologic and histomorphometric examinations of tissue samples were done. The results obtained were as follows : In control group, cartilage proliferation and soft tissue hypertrophy were seen on 1 week and 2 weeks after saline injection. Collagen fibers were thickened in diameter, and arranged in irregular manner. After 3 weeks, cartilage proliferation was markedly decreased. Irregular collagen fibers and soft tissue thickening were also observed. After 4 and 8 weeks, soft tissues were consist of loose connective tissue, and still thickened. In experimental groups, collagen fiber thickness were arranged in somewhat irregular manner, and small amount of blood vessel proliferation were observed in 1,2 and 3 weeks after injection. After 4 weeks, blood vessels and inflammatory cells were decreased, and collagen fibers were arranged in parallel manner. In 8 week-group, small amount of loose connective tissues were observed. After 2 weeks of injection, hypertrophic index of the experimental groups was significantly decreased than the control group. In the experimental group, dexamethasone seemed more potent than triamcinolone and prednisolone. These results suggest that hypertrophic scar was markedly decreased after steroid injection and triamcinolone, dexamethasone, and prednisolone are effective for treatment of hypertrophic scar.

It speedy changes into engineering oriented area around Dae-San engineering district causefuuture increase of general sewages and industrial waste water. the environmentally hazardous materials will also aggravate water quality of neighboring rivers and ocean. Thus, this study has been performed to investigate current lever of industrial waste water, and then project future level of those environmental damages.

Patients with a cleft lip nasal deformities hope for a pleasing nasal profile, a well-defined angular nasal tip, and symmetry of the nose. The main objective of the correction of cleft lip nasal deformity is to achieve nasal symmetry and an improved nasolabial relationship. The present study was carried out to assess the effect and prognosis of correction of cleft lip nasal deformity with L-shaped iliac bone graft. We performed correction surgery of the severe cleft lip nasal deformity with the autogenous L-shaped iliac bone graft in five patients and described the technique of correction. The columella portion of the L-shaped graft provided stabilization, eliminating the see-saw effect of the bridge on the bony fulcrum of the bony bridge, The disadvantage of this technique was stiffening of the nasal tip, which included the distal end of the grafted bone. However, the nasal tip gradually becomes softer, probably due to resorption of the bony edge several months after the operation. We obtained stable and symmetric reconstruction of the supporting elements of the nose. These results suggest that L-shaped iliac bone graft is stable and esthetic reconstruction method for correction of the severe cleft lip nasal deformity

First, the notion of factivity is partly syntactic, partly semantic and partly pragmatic; and the syntactic, semantic and pragmatic characteristics do not always match each other. Second, lexical items may be ambiguous on prelexical level though not on lexical level, as we see in the prelexical structure of semi-factive predicates.

Herpes simplex encephalitis (HSE) is one of the fulminant necrotizing, often fatal sporadic form of the encephalitis caused by herpes simplex type I virus. Characteristically, there is early and almost constant involvement of one or both temporal lobes, although there are common additional areas of involvement. Appropriate early treatment following correct diagnosis by clinical findings, CSF study, EEG and several radiological studies including angiography, redionuclide studies, CT or MRI can reduce its mortality and severity of the sequelae. We report a case of HSE diagnosed by adjuvant study of Tc-99m-HMPAO regional cerebral blood flow SPECT, which showed a marked increase in bitemporal cerebral blood flow in a 24-year-old man.
