Urban Real-Time Traffic Monitoring Method Based on the Simplified Network Model

In urban real-time traffic monitoring, due to the difficult of delay time acquisition at intersection, complicated calculation model, lead to inaccurate traffic discriminant. Aiming at this problem, it proposed a real-time traffic discriminant method based on the simplified network model. In traffic data collection various types of intersections are abstracted as a node in this method, and the delay time at intersection are included in the pasting time of connected roads, then conduct back-stepping calculated according to different types of nodes at monitoring, obtained the traffic conditions of regular road, rotary road and intersection, thus realize real-time monitoring. Finally, to verify the validity of the method through simulation of urban real-time traffic monitoring results.

This study attempts to discover a differentiated service strategy for the hotpot restaurant industry from the perspective of Chinese Generation Z customers, as well as to further explore the inner needs of Chinese Generation Z to make practical implications for discovering the method of gaining their satisfaction and loyalty. This paper employs questionnaires to collect analytical data and through a case study to produce company strategies. Smith’s Marketing Ethics Sequential System Model (SMESSM) is introduced in this paper for the decision of whether the case study company Haidilao Hot Pot should make a new strategy on service based on Generation Z’s consuming behavior. The findings of this study demonstrate that hotpot restaurant must differentiate their services for Generation Z from older generation customers to gain a sustainable development of the hotpot business. Proper differentiated service will not only improve Generation Z’s dining experience but also reduce costs. This paper is the first to discuss differentiated service strategy in the hotpot restaurant business from the perspective of Generation Z customers. And a Chinese experience of SMESSM for practical use is introduced in this paper, which enriches the relevant implications for future research on business strategy.
Data Transmission Scheme of VANET Based on CH Selection and Switch between Clusters

A data transmission scheme based on cluster is proposed for data transmission of VANETs. Firstly, the selection scheme of cluster head CH is designed. The optimal CH is selected by calculating the utility function of CCHs, which combines node degree (NOD), available resource and mobile information of CHs and CMs, including the characteristic requirements of different user applications. According to the simulation results, the proposed scheme’s performance can be improved in terms of throughput, data transmission delay, successful transmission rate and overhead.

The detailed mechanisms of the efficient L-proline and pyrrolidine catalyzed transamidation of acetamide with benzylamine have been investigated using density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Our calculated results show: (1) the mechanisms of two catalytic cycle reactions are similar. However, the rate-determining steps of their reactions are different for the whole catalytic process. One is the intramole-cular nucleophilic addition reaction of 1-COM, the other is hydrolysis reaction of 2-C. (2) COOH group of L-proline is essential for efficient transamidation. The computational results are in good agreement withthe experiment finding and mechanism resported by Rao et al. for L-proline-catalyzed synthesis of amidesin good to excellent yields.
