발기부전 환자의 감별 진단에 대한 Rigiscan^ⓡ 검사의 의의

성기능장애를 진단하는데 있어서 종래의 진단법들과는 달리 야간 음경발기와 강직도를 동시에 측정할 수 있는 RigiscanR을 이용하여 임상적 응용의 효율성을 살펴 보았다. We studied 30 male patients complaining of impotence. Underlying causes were psycogenic (12 paients) and injuries (18 patients). Rigiscan is preferred than other diagnostic tools of impotence to differentiate psycogenic from organic impotence due to continuous and simultaneous recording of nocturnal penile rigidity and tumescence. The results obtained were as follows : 1.In 21 patients shown normal rigiscan, the number of erection was 1.86±0.91 times per night, duration was 12.39±6.41 minutes at tip and 17.03±8.95 minutes at base, tumescence change was 2.86±0.73cm at tip and 2.90±0.68cm at base, rigidity was 66.90±17.08% at tip and 87.85±13.31% at base. 2.In 9 patients shown abnormal rigiscan, the number of erection was 0 per night, duration was 0.92±1.64 minutes at tip and 2.43±3.59 minutes at base. tumescence change was 1.46±0.78cm at tip and 1.69±0.79cm at base, rigidity was 8.26±15.64% at tip and 24.68±30.21% at base. 3.Normal rigiscan showed in 21 patients (11 of psychogenic, 10 of injured patient) but quality of normal event, duration and rigidity were poor.

The Kinetics of tris (malonato) Cobaltate(Ⅲ) anion in aquation reaction was carried by spectrophotometric method. Themperature range was 20˚ to 30℃ and pressure was varied up to 1500 bars. The rate constants were increased with increasing temperature, but were decreased with increasing pressure. Activation volume, energy, other activation parameters were reported.

Cell for optical and electrical investigation at high pressure are described. Results obtained from a study of the hydrolysis of trans[Co(eten)_2Cl_2]Cl at 25℃, 40℃, 55℃ up to pressures of 2.5K bar are reported and discussed.

Initiation and propagation behavior of short fatigue cracks in 2.25Cr-1Mo steel was studied under load control at room temperature in order to investigate the relation between cyclic condition and crack behavior. Replica method was used to detect the initiation and the growth of surface short cracks continuously. The length and the density of small cracks distributed irregularly on the surface was analysed by the statistical method to calculate the fatigue damage and predict the fatigue life.

The complexes of [Co(en)_2 (NH_2CH_2CO_2CH_3)Cl]Cl_2 were prepared and disscussed by means of Two Center Hu¨ckel method. On the basis of the calculations by the Two Center Hu¨ckel Method for the structure of the ligands, ethylenediamine, glycinesters. In addition, visible and infrared spectrum data interpreted in terms of Crystal Field Theory using empirical parameter 10Dq in order to kinetic application.

Co(Ⅱ) Tetraphenylporphrin의 Ligand 添加反應에 對한 反應速度論的 硏究

The reaction of Imidazole, Pyridine, Lutidine and Methylamine with Co(TPP), where TPP is tetraphenylporphyrin are investigated in the temperature range between 25℃ and 40℃ by measuring the visible absorption spectra of a series of solution in which solvent is varied. Solvents which is used are Tetrahydrofuran, N-N dimethylforamide and Methanol. As solvent is varied, coordination number of complex is changed. In THF solvent, hexacoordinated to Co-porphyrin species of the type Co(TPP)L_2 are dominant. But when Lutidine is coordinated to Co(TPP), five-coordinated Co-porphyrin is dominant. In this study, solvent effect and ligand effect is considered.

In textured material, diffraction angle 2 θusually shows a nonlinear relation against sin²ψdue to the elastic anisotropy to crystals. SPCD and SOCD steel is cold rolled carbon steel for automobile. The characteristic X-ray for stress measurement is Cr-Kα and Mo-Kα characteristics X-ray. The 2 θsin²ψdiagram under elastic strain seems to have a linear behavior but has nonlinear behavior in distribution o data Cr-Kα characteristics X-ray. As the plastic strain of specimen increases, the nonlinearity of 2 θwith respect to sin²ψincrease remarkably. On the other hand the diffraction angle 2 θby Mo-Kα characteristic X-ray shows a good linearity on 2 θ-sin²ψdiagram plastic strain as well as elastic strain. This results from deep penetration depth and multiplicity factor of crystal diffraction plane in Mo-Kα characteristic X-ray.
