Li Ma,Meiqiong Ma,Chao Ma,Jingwen Deng,Xingluo Liu,Lijun Zhao 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.5
The emergence of plant factory has solved great restriction problem of natural environment in the traditional agriculture. Therefore, it has been the research concentrate on the facility agriculture in recent years. However, the reasonability of factory's production process and layout determines quality of the product, production efficiency and economic benefits. This paper took Wuchang Jingtian Plant Factory as an example, analyzed the production process and layout and provided a corresponding improvement scheme which was verified by the WITNESS simulation software. An optimal solution was determined from the evaluation index of production efficiency, busy rate, production cycle etc.. Besides, the simulation analysis of production cost before and after the improvement verified the improved plant factory operation is effective and feasible. This improvement scheme not only improved efficiency of production system of the plant factory, but also reduced the operating cost.
Adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of Cr(VI) on KIP210 resin
Jinbei Yang,Meiqiong Yu,Ting Qiu 한국공업화학회 2014 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.20 No.2
Series of resin selection experiments were carried out and the KIP210 strong base anion exchange resinwas confirmed to have the maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity to remove Cr(VI) fromwastewater. The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of Cr(VI) on KIP210 resin were investigatedcompletely and systematically. The static experiments were performed to study the effects of variousparameters, such as shaking speed, resin dosage and pH during the adsorption process. The resultsindicate that the effect of external diffusion is eliminated at 160 rpm, the best pH value is 3.0 and theremoval percentage of Cr(VI) increases with the increase of the resin dosage. The adsorption of Cr(VI) onKIP210 agrees well with the Langmuir isotherm and the adsorption parameters of thermodynamics areDH = 26.5 kJ mol-1, DS = 126.7 J mol-1 K-1 and DG < 0. It demonstrates that the adsorption of Cr(VI) onKIP210 is a spontaneously endothermic physisorption process. Moreover, the adsorption process can bedescribed well by a pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the activation energy is 30.9 kJ mol-1. Thekinetic analysis showed that the adsorption rate is controlled by intraparticle diffusion. The resin issuccessfully regenerated using the NaOH solutions.

Activated carbonwas prepared from longan seed by chemical activation with sodium hydroxide (NaOH). The longan seed activated carbon (LSAC) was characterized for surface area and pore volume and used asan adsorbent for Cr(VI) removal from aqueous solutions in batch adsorption experiments. The effect ofshaking speed, pH, LSAC dosage and temperature were studied. The results show that LSAC has a highsurface area (1511.8 m2/g) and porous structure, which is favorable for the adsorption. The effect ofexternal diffusion is eliminated at 170 rpm, the best pH value is 3.0 and the removal percentage of Cr(VI)increases with the increase of the LSAC dosage. The adsorption process can be well described by thepseudo second-order kinetic model and the activation energy is 84.4 kJ/mol. The adsorption isothermsdata of Cr(VI) on LSAC obtained at 298.2, 308.2, 313.2 and 318.2 K were analyzed by Langmuir andFreundlich isotherm models and results show that it is better represented by the Langmuir isothermmodel. The thermodynamics parameters, DH = 2.73 kJ/mol, DS = 28.14 J/mol K and DG < 0, show thatthe adsorption of Cr(VI) on LSAC is spontaneous and endothermic. The results show that LSAC is anefficient adsorbent for the removal of Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions.
The Combination of Extension of Ant Colony Algorithm and Other Intelligent Algorithms
Ma Li,Li Qianting,Ma Meiqiong,Meng Jun,Bai Jiyun 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.8 No.12
The extension of ant colony algorithm was proposed by Dorigo, the founder of ant colony algorithm, which is the latest ant colony algorithm for solving a continuous space optimization problem. Considering the blindness of man-made choice of initial solution and initial parameters of the algorithm, and according to the algorithm converging slowly and easily falling into local optimum, this paper has provided improvement strategy for this optimization. It has introduced quantum computing and genetic algorithm, chaos optimization to carry out combination and comparison, and it has carried out improvement on the weight internally solved by memory in the algorithm. The effectiveness of various combined algorithms was determined through the optimization of numerous multi-dimensional continuous functions.
