      • A Study of Power Process and the Operating Results of Service Type Enterprises

        Purpose - In the past, most of the research on competition strategy is limited to the analysis of each strategic element, which does not reveal the relationship between the elements, and the practicability is not strong. The theory of power process holds that the subject of power is composed of the interaction of five determinants of power, desire, value, environment and relationship, and creates value by this. Design/Methodology/Approach - This paper makes an empirical study on the management results of erviceoriented enterprises, and takes the SERVQUAL model as a bridge. Findings - He theory of power process not only puts forward the above five elements of power decision, but also reveals the form and way of effective interaction of the five elements, which has strong practicability. The theory of “irrational condition” is derived from the theory of power process, and its scientific nature has been proved by some empirical studies. Research Implications - To determine the mechanism of the influence of the factors of “irrational conditions” theory on the management results of service-oriented enterprises. It further proves the scientific and extensive theory of irrational conditions.

      • Diagnosis and Development of Organizational Innovation Ability Based on Creative Service Theory: PSAD System as a Tool

        Purpose - The theoretical research on organizational innovation has a long history. The research of various scholars has formed many theoretical paradigms about innovation and organizational innovation, but none of them has become the leading theory with consistency, science and practicability. Design/Methodology/Approach - This paper introduces in detail the creative service theory obtained by Professor Lee kyunghwan of INHA University of Korea based on 20 years of relevant theoretical research, dozens of Shuobo papers and more than 100 empirical research papers, which can solve the problems of theoretical vacancy and lack of practical tools in organizational innovation research. Findings - This paper also introduces the PSAD creative service diagnosis and development system for the diagnosis and development of organizational or individual creative service quantity. Research Implications - shows the powerful function of the PSAD through detailed examples. It lays a foundation for the practical appli1cation of creative service quantity theory i17n various fields.

      • Influence of Integration of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Service on Regional Economic Development

        Purpose - Manufacturing is closely linked to productive services, with cross-infiltration between the two industries, blurring industry boundaries, emerging new industries and models, and a clear trend of deep integration. The integrated development of manufacturing and productive service industry not only helps to solve the difficulties faced by the manufacturing industry but also promotes the transformation and upgrading of the service industry. Design/Methodology/Approach - The historical origin of manufacturing and the productive service industry is revealed by summarizing and commenting on relevant literature at home and abroad. Findings - This paper analyzes the regional differences in China’s industrial integration development and reveals the composition and origin of the differences. The research on the spatial spillover effect of manufacturing and productive services integration is still limited to the spatial correlation model of the first-order adjacency matrix. Based on the adjacent space weight matrix, geographical distance space weight matrix, and economic distance space weight matrix, this paper constructs the spatial Durbin model. Research Implications - The theoretical research and measurement of the convergence degree between manufacturing and productive service industries and the related problems of the factors of the convergence development are summarized. Secondly, the development level of the two industries in China is measured by constructing the evaluation index system based on the coupling coordination model.

      • A Study on the Evaluation System of Secondary School Students’ Innovative Ability

        Purpose - The core of this study is to establish scientific and standard evaluation standards, establish a scientific evaluation system and give full play to the feedback, motivation, and guidance function of education evaluation. Design/Methodology/Approach - Evaluating innovative ability is a complex decision-making problem that adopts improved AHP. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify the consistency between the students’ scores of innovation ability and the teachers’ subjective evaluation. Findings - The index of the evaluation system of the innovation ability of innovation education middle school students is determined. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate students’ innovative abilities according to the evaluation system. Research Implications - The conclusion of this study can be used as a reference for improving students’ innovation ability in innovation education, i. e. it can cultivate students’ innovation ability and optimize innovation education. Constructing the evaluation index system of the innovation ability of middle school students in innovation education can evaluate the students’ innovation ability in the innovation process.

      • Research on the Application of Online and Offline Blended Teaching in the School’s New Media Marketing

        Purpose - This paper tries to introduce the online-offline hybrid teaching model into the classroom teaching of new media marketing, hoping to stimulate students’ desire to listen to the class through the novel teaching model and improve students’ learning intention and interest. Changing the teaching methods enriches the students’ learning activities in class and after class and improves the teaching effect. Design/Methodology/Approach - Research the school, objective evaluation, select two classes (control class, experimental class) for teaching design. The data of the experimental and control classes were collected, and the teaching effects were compared from the aspects of the final grade, the ordinary performance, the questionnaire survey and so on, the test scores before and after the analysis, and before and after the analysis of satisfaction. Findings - Compared with traditional teaching, online-offline hybrid teaching can significantly improve students’ academic performance and satisfaction. Research Implications - Through the research on the application of online-offline hybrid teaching model in marketing courses, it is beneficial to promote the application of online-offline hybrid teaching in colleges and universities, it is beneficial to optimize the application scheme design of online-offline hybrid teaching. It provides some reference for the practice of online-offline hybrid teaching mode in other disciplines.

      • A Study on the Marketing Factors of Convention and Exhibition Industry in Tai’an

        Purpose - The exhibition industry is a strategic emerging service industry with great development potential in the new economic era, and its role in promoting the development of the national economy is also increasing. Design/Methodology/Approach - Construct a new indicator system, classify and analyze the influencing factors and their influencing mechanisms, construct a theoretical model of the influencing mechanisms, evaluate and correct the items measured by variables, and reveal the formation mechanism of the influencing factors. Findings - A new indicator system for influencing factors has been constructed, which is classified into core factors (exhibition enterprises and technological innovation), basic factors (resource endowment), and industrial environment factors (government support), revealing the formation mechanism of the impact of factors on the competitiveness of the urban exhibition industry. Research Implications - The exhibition industry is related to the material life of the people and their spiritual life. Studying the competitiveness and influencing factors of the urban exhibition industry is beneficial for alleviating the pressure brought by idle exhibition venues and related resources in various cities in China, sharing the responsibility of the Chinese government to continuously improve urban construction, meeting the growing material and cultural needs of the people, and promoting the sustainable development of the exhibition industry.

      • Research on Innovation of Chain Enterprises from the Perspective of Omni-channel

        Purpose – In line with the changes in consumer consumption habits and the pursuit of individualized and diversified needs, Omni-channel business models have become a new direction for the transformation and development of traditional retail companies. Design/Methodology/Approach – This paper takes various influencing factors as independent variables, and tends to choose online consumption as the dependent variable. This article divides the independent variables into two levels. The first is the internal level of resident characteristics, including gender, age, average monthly income level, marital status, and average online time. The second is the external level of online consumption, including product prices, product quality, product types, delivery speed, and after-sales service. Findings – Based on a brief introduction to the current situation of Omni-channel transformation of the retail industry and the impact of online retail on the changes in consumer behavior, the article takes three chain retail companies of Weidomei, Guodomei, and Ziyan Foods as examples. Deal with the four aspects of strategy, price system and membership system, and explore the Omni-channel innovation of the business model of food chain retail enterprises. Research Implications – Relevant suggestions are put forward in response to the problems existing in the innovation of the business model of food chain retail enterprises at this stage. Take the innovation of food chain retail companies in the Omni-channel model as a case, in order to provide ideas for food chain retail companies to achieve Omnichannel transformation, and provide a useful reference for the entire chain retail industry.

      • Research on the Innovation Ability of Middle School Students in Shandong Province China Based on PSAD*

        Purpose – As a basic teaching tradition, the cultivation of innovative ability can promote the improvement of students’ individualized learning and innovative ability. Various countries also have different opinions on the evaluation research of innovation ability. Our country can learn from foreign research on innovation ability training and evaluation. Design/Methodology/Approach – This paper intends to use PSAD to evaluate the root 5 innovation ability, so as to obtain the positioning information about the development stage of the innovation ability of the middle school students in Shandong Province, so as to realize the evaluation of the development level of the innovation ability of the middle school students in Shandong Province, and finally put forward according to the guidance of PSAD related theories The specific implementation plan for the development of its innovative capabilities. Findings – This thesis takes middle school students in Shandong Province as the research object, and extends the applied research on PSAD to the field of pedagogy. PSAD is currently the world’s advanced level of innovation ability measurement method. This research introduces PSAD to China and further improves its research in the field of education. Research on technology and process has international and innovative significance. Research Implications – This thesis takes the middle school students in Shandong Province as the research object, makes a detailed evaluation and precise positioning of their personal innovation ability development level, and proposes a scientific and systematic innovation ability development plan for middle school students in Shandong Province, in order to improve the teaching quality of middle schools in Shandong Province and improve the individual students. The innovative ability of the company plays a role of reference and guidance.

      • Research on the Influence Factors of Low-carbon Diet Behavior Intention

        Purpose - This study constructs an impact model of low-carbon diet behavior intention, explores the influencing factors and mechanism of low-carbon diet behavior intention, and puts forward policy and management suggestions accordingly. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on t he t heory of planned behavior, t he i nfluence model of low-carbon diet behavior intention was constructed to explain the relationship between low-carbon diet knowledge, low-carbon diet attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and low-carbon diet behavior intention. Findings - The empirical study shows that low-carbon diet knowledge positively predicts low-carbon diet attitude, and low-carbon diet attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control all positively predict low-carbon diet behavior intention. Among them, low-carbon diet attitude has the best explanatory effect on behavior intention, followed by perceived behavior control, and finally subjective norm. The theoretical model has a good explanatory power for low-carbon diet behavior intention. Research Implications - According to the research conclusion, to change the behavior intention, should focus on improving the individual’s low-carbon diet knowledge, establishing a positive low-carbon diet attitude, using the reference group to exert influence on individuals, and reducing the perceived difficulty of engaging in low-carbon diet as far as possible.
