        중국 다문화 교육 탐색 : 중학교 음악교과서를 중심으로

        본 연구는 중국 중학교 음악교과서에서 다문화주의의 반영 정도를 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 중국 중학교 음악과 악보 교과서를 분석하였다. 분석 대상은 중학교 전 학년(1, 2, 3학년) 악보 교과서에 실린 모든 음악과 삽화이다. 음악의 경우, 장르 구별 없이 예를 들면, 민족음악, 대중음악, 종교음악 등 교과서에 실려 있는 모든 곡들을 대상으로 중국 내부 소수 민족별로, 외국별로 분석하였다. 삽화의 경우, 삽화에 나타난 외국의 대표적 작곡가, 음악 등에 대한 소개, 외국의 전통 복장, 외국의 대표적 건물, 풍경, 바다 등, 중국 소수민족, 외국 악기에 대한 소개를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 음악의 경우, 중국 자국 내에 소수민족 음악은 교과서에 어느 정도 반영되어 있으나 55개의 소수민족 음악 중에서 주로 신강 위구르족, 몽골족, 카자흐족, 티베트족, 포이족, 묘족, 백족, 태족, 이족, 요족, 납서족인 11개 민족에 편중되어 있었다. 그리고 외국 음악은 5대륙 지역의 음악이 모두 실려 있으나 분포가 균형적이지 않았으며 특히 유럽 지역의 음악을 중심으로 편중되어 나타났다. 둘째, 삽화의 경우, 외국 작곡가에 대한 소개는 총 13회, 외국의 상징적 물건 총 27희, 소수민족 인물상 종 14회로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석들을 통해, 무엇보다 다민족으로 이루어진 중국 내에서의 다양한 문화의 공존을 존중하는 배움의 기희가 학생들에게 제공되어져야 함을 촉구하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the degree of multicultural education reflected in music textbooks of Chinese middle school. The analytic objects are all the music and illustrations appeared in three textbooks. The case of music, ethnic music and foreign music were analyzed. The case of illustrations, representatives of foreign writers, representative works, traditional clothing, and other landmark buildings, natural scenery, China's ethnic minorities, foreign musical instruments. The results are as follows: the first, the case of music, although Chinese minority music were reflected to some degree, focus mainly on the Uygur, Mongolian, Tibetan, Buyi and Miao ethnic music. Regarding foreign music, although the music of five continents appeared in the textbooks, very unevenly distributed and put emphasis on the European music. The second, the case of illustrations, the introduction of foreign musicians appeared 13 times in total; The symbolic construction of foreign appeared 27 times, China's 14 ethnic minority figure appeared. Through these analysis, it can help students understand the cultural diversity of China in music textbooks.

        오동나무 잎의 페놀성 화합물

        강원대학교 구내림에서 오동나무 잎을 채취하여 아세톤-물(7:3, v/v)로 추출하고 n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethylacetate 및 H_(2)O 등 네 개의 분획으로 분리한 후 에틸아세테트용성 분획물을 Sephadex LH-20으로 칼럼 크로마토그래피를 수행하였으며 용리용매는 메탄올 수용액과 에탄올-핵산 혼합액을 사용하였다. 그 결과 flavonoid류 화합물인( +)-catechin, ( - )-epicatechin, apigenin, luteolin, taxifolin과 phenolic acid류 화합물인 p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid 및 p-coumaric acid를 단리 하였다. 단리된 화합물은 NMR 및 MS 스펙트럼을 이용하여 구조를 결정하였다. The leaves of Paulownia Coreana Uyeki were collected, extracted with acetone-H_(2)O(7:3, v/v), fractionated with n-hexane, methylene chloride and ethylacetate, and freeze dried to give some dark brown powder. The ethylacetate soluble mixture was chromatographed on a Sephadex LH-20 column using a series of aqueous methanol and ethanol-hexane mixture as eluents. Spectrometric analysis such as NMR and MS From the ethylacetate fraction, five flavonides and three phenolic acids were isolated and determined.

        일본잎갈나무 낙엽의 추출성분 및 항산화활성

        일본잎갈나무 낙엽 (8.5kg)을 채취하여 9.5% EtOH 용액으로 추출하고 농축된 추출용액은 분획깔때기로 헥산, 메틸렌클로라이드, 에틸아세테이트 및 수용성으로 순차 추출하여 동결건조하였다. 에틸아세테이트용성과 수용성 분획에 대하여 칼럼크로마트크래피를 실시하였고, 충진물질로는 Sephadex LH-20을, 용리용매로는 메탄올 수용액 및 에탈올-핵산 혼합용액을 사용하였다. 단리된 화합물들은 TLC로 확인한 후 NMR 스펙트럼을 사용하여 정확한 구조규명을 하였고 FAB-MS와 EI-MS 스펙트럼으로 분자량을 측정하였다. 일본잎갈나무 낙엽으로부터 5개의 화합물을 단리하였으며, 각 분획물과 단리된 화합물들은 DPPH 라디칼 소거법을 이용하여 항산화 시험을 실시하였다. Fallen neeldes (8.5kg) of Larix kaempferi were separately collected. extracted with 95% EtOH. EtOH extract was evaporated under reduced pressure, concentrated then successively fractionated with a series of hexane. methylene chloride, ethylaectate and water on a separatory funnel. Then, each fraction was freeze dried. A portion of ethylacetate and water soluble powder were packed on a column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20) eluting with aqueous MeOH and EtOH-hexane mixture. Spectrometric analyses such as NMR and FAB-MS including TLC were performed to characterize the structures of isolated compounds.

        Case Reports : Sturge-Weber Syndrome

        Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS) is a neurocutaneous syndrome, characterized by the association of facial port-wine hemangiomas in the trigeminal nerve distribution area, with vascular malformation(s) of the brain (leptomeningeal angioma) with or without glaucoma. Herein, we reported Sturge-Weber syndrome in a 50-year-old man, who presented port-wine hemangiomas and epilepsy. In this case, the patient`s epilepsy episodes from his first year of life had been ignored and separated from the entity of SWS by his physicians, which led to delayed treatment. This case illustrates the importance of careful examination of patients of any age with hemangiomas in the trigeminal nerve with concomitant episodes of epilepsy. In such cases, there should be yearly neuroimaging screenings to guaranteed early interdisciplinary interventions from the time of definite diagnosis. (Ann Dermatol 23(4) 551~553, 2011)

        Carbon Storage of Exotic Slash Pine Plantations in Subtropical China

        Exotic conifer trees have been extensively planted in southern China because of their high apparent growth and yield. These fast-growing plantations are expected to persist as a considerable potential for temporary and long-term carbon sink to offset greenhouse gas emissions. However, information on the carbon storage across different age ranges in exotic pine plantations is often lacking. We first estimated the ecosystem carbon storage across different age ranges of exotic pine plantations in China by quantifying above- and below-ground ecosystem carbon pools. The carbon storage of each tree component of exotic pine (Pinus elliottii) increased significantly with increasing age in Duchang and Yiyang areas. The stem carbon storage except <10 years in Ji’an areas was the largest component among all other components, which accounts for about 50% of the total carbon storage followed by roots (∼28%), branches (∼18%), and foliage (∼9%). The mean total tree carbon storage of slash pine plantations for <10, 10-20 and 20-30 years across three study areas was 3.69, 13.91 and 20.57 Mg ha-1, respectively. The carbon stocks in understory and forest floor were age-independent. Total tree and soil were two dominant carbon pools in slash pine plantations at all age sequences. The carbon contribution of aboveground ecosystem increased with increasing age, while that of belowground ecosystem declined. The mean total ecosystem carbon storage of slash pine plantations for <10, 10-20 and 20-30 years across China was 30.26, 98.66 and 98.89 Mg ha-1, respectively. Although subtropical climate in China was suitable for slash pine growth, the mean total carbon stocks in slash pine plantations at all age sequences from China were lower than that values reported in American slash pine plantations.

        從目的論角度看韓國影視劇劇名的中文.譯

        In recent years a growing number of South Korea’s films and TV dramas went intoChina,and they were very popular in cinema, television and DVD. However, as the difference in culture between China and South Korea, the meaning of their names would be changed when they were translated to Chinese. More than 600 South Korean films and TV dramas which were input into China from 2001 to 2012 have been researched in this paper. We discussed the features of their Chinese names and real names and analyzed the translation states of the South Korean film and TV drama in 21st century from aSkopos Theoryperspective.

        한·중간 지역격차 비교 연구

        (Purpose) Although the existence of regional disparities among local governments is inevitable, it needs to be reduced in order to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and create equity in the policy environment. As a starting point for narrowing the regional disparity in Korea and in China, this paper attempts to find out the variations and fundamental causes of the regional disparity from 1985 to 2019 in terms of GRDP. (Design/methodology/approach) For this, the characteristics of regional disparities are investigated by computing the Gini coefficients for the GRDP and per capita GRDP of local governments in both countries, and the Gini coefficient decomposition method is used to explain the major causes of regional imbalances. (Findings) The results derived from analyzing the major factors of economic disparity with the Gini coefficient, the contribution of the economic disparity between and within metropolitan areas is similar to the factors of the overall economic disparity in Korea. On the other hand, it can be seen in China that local government factors at the regional level are greater since the contribution of the disparity between regions is greater than within a region. (Research implications or Originality) Therefore, for Korea both policy efforts of local governments and a balanced regional development policy at the central government level are required to reduce the disparities. On the other hand, for China it is believed that policies to improve regional disparities are needed at the regional government level because the contribution of disparities between regions is greater than within a region.

        Tentative identification of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol metabolites in human plasma and urine using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry

        Background: 20(S)-Protopanaxadiol (PPD), the aglycone part of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol ginsenosides,possesses antidepressant activity among many other pharmacological activities. It is currently undergoingclinical trial in China as an antidepressant. Methods: In this study, an ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupoletime-of-flight mass tandem mass spectrometry method was established to identify the metabolites ofPPD in human plasma and urine following oral administration in phase IIa clinical trial. Results: A total of 40 metabolites in human plasma and urine were identified using this method. Fourmetabolites identified were isolated from rat feces, and two of them were analyzed by NMR to elucidatethe exact structures. The structures of isolated compounds were confirmed as (20S,24S)-epoxydammarane-12,23,25-triol-3-one and (20S,24S)-epoxydammarane-3,12,23,25-tetrol. Both compoundswere found as metabolites in human for the first time. Upon comparing our findings with the findings ofthe in vitro study of PPD metabolism in human liver microsomes and human hepatocytes, metaboliteswith m/z 475.3783 and phase II metabolites were not found in our study whereas metabolites with m/z505.3530, 523.3641, and 525.3788 were exclusively detected in our experiments. Conclusion: The metabolites identified using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled withtriple quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry in our study were mostly hydroxylated metabolites. This indicated that PPD was metabolized in human body mainly through phase I hepatic metabolism. Themain metabolites are in 20,24-oxide form with multiple hydroxylation sites. Finally, the metabolicpathways of PPD in vivo (human) were proposed based on structural analysis.

      • Validation of a Korean Translation of the Emotional and Personality-Related Career Decision-Making Difficulties Scale–Short Form (EPCD-SF)

        <P>This study examined the psychometric properties of a Korean translation of the Emotional and Personality-Related Career Decision-Making Difficulties–Short Form (EPCD-SF). The participants were 501 Korean students; 239 also completed a second survey to assess the test–retest reliability. The overall factor structure of the original EPCD was supported with the Korean EPCD-SF, but 2 items of the conflictual attachment and separation subcategory in self-concept and identity dimension showed low factor loadings, indicating that the 2 items might not be relevant to the Korean participants. The Korean EPCD-SF had a better model fit than the EPCD-Long Form did, and it was reliable and stable. The Korean EPCD-SF was positively related to other career indecision measures, such as career stress, external locus of control, and trait anxiety, and it was negatively related to career decision self-efficacy and self-esteem.</P>
