당뇨병과 관련된 정신병리 : 정신증상, 특히 우울증상을 중심으로 Deal with Psychiatric Symptoms, Especially Depressive Symptoms
우이혁,최신영,김정기 大韓神經精神醫學會 1996 신경정신의학 Vol.35 No.3
This study was performed to find out psychopathological characteristics related with diabetes mellitus(DM) in comparison with known DM patients, newly diagnosed DM patients, normal subjects. These three groups were examined with Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) & Symptom Check List-90-Revision(SCL-90-R). The results were as follows : 1) Known DM patients showed significantly higher scores on BDI, and all subscales of SCL-90-R than normal subjects. 2) The BDI score of known DM patients was simillar with newly diagnosed DM patients while known DM patients showed significant differences in comparison with newly diagnosed DM patients on Depression and Obsession subscale in SCL-90-R. 3) The content of depressive symptoms of known DM patients was similar with that of newly diagnosed DM patients. 4) Newly diagnosed DM patients showed higher tendency on BDI score and Interpersonal sensitivity, Depression, Anxiety, Hostility, Phobic Anxiety subscale score of SCL-90-R than normal subjects. 5) There were no differences in BDI score and all of SCL-90-R subscale score according to prevalence of DM except somatization subscale. Our study suggests that depression may be predisposed to DM and the man who has high interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety is more susceptible to DM. Futhermore, DM makes worse preivious psychopathology probably. Therefore in the management of DM, it is important to treat them according to the aspects of depression and other psychopathological characteristics.
ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma) 처리에 따른 n-type SiGe/Metal contact의 SBH(Schottky Barrier Height) 연구
김이곤,장호원,전창민,송영주,강진영,심규환,제정호,이종람 대한금속재료학회 2005 대한금속·재료학회지 Vol.43 No.2
The effect of surface treatment of n-type SiGe using the inductively coupled plasma (ICP) was studied by current-voltage and x-ray photoemission spectroscopy measurements. The ICP treatment produced surface oxides and point defects at the surface of SiGe. The x-ray photoemission spectroscopy measurements showed that atomic ratio of Ge/Si was increased after the etching treatment. These results provide the evidence that Si vacancies were produced at the etched surface. Si vacancies acting as donor for electrons resulted in shift of Fermi level to near the conduction band. As a result, Fermi level could be pinned at such Si vacancies, leading to the remarkable reduction of Schottky barrier height and the reduced dependence of Schottky barrier height on metal work function.
Vol.45 No.-
The chelate effect has beeninterpreted for a series of ML_2 [M=Cu^+2,Ni^+2, L=O_2CCO^-2, O_2CCH_2CO^-2, O_2CCH_2CH_2CO^-2] by means of Extended Hu¨ckel molecular orbital method. The calcalation showed that atomic overlap population of M-O bond and LUMO^*-HOMO^** energy gap are decreased with the greater the number of chelate ring and net charge is increased with the smaller the number of chelate ring. That is, this means that the chelate rings of greatest stability are five-membered.
The Speed and Position Sensorless control of Switched Reluctance Motor using Binary Observer
Iee Woo Yang,Young Cho Kim,Jung Soo Choi,Young Seok Kim 전력전자학회 1998 ICPE(ISPE)논문집 Vol.- No.-
It is well known that an encoder or a resolver is necessary to obtain the position data for speed or position control.
Generally utilized speed sensors are mal-affected by the EMI, dusty, and high temperature surroundings Therefore, the speed and position sensorless controls using observers have been studied widely.
In this paper, the binary observer which is composed of two feedback regulation loops to control the speed of SRMCSwitched Reluctance Motor) is applied. One loop compensates the control input directly like the sliding mode control, and the other one compensates the system parameters indirectly. This observer is constructed on the foundation of variable structure control theory and has the inertial term for the varying parameter The validities of this proposed method is proved by experiments.
The Position and Speed Estimation of Switched Reluctance Motor using Sliding Mode Observer
Iee Woo Yang,Bo Youl Kim,Jin Soo Kim,Young Seok Kim 전력전자학회 1998 ICPE(ISPE)논문집 Vol.- No.-
For the speed control of motors, the position or speed sensors are necessary to obtain the position information of the rotor. Specially, SRM(Switched Reluctance Motor) needs an accurate rotor position data because both the rotor and the stator have a salient pole structure.
High functional sensors like resolver or encoder are expensive and have complex connecting lines to the controller so the pure signals are apt to be mixed' with noises.
In the sight of SRM drives, the high temperature, heavy dust, and the EMI surroundings reduce the reliability of speed and position sensors. Therefore, the speed and position sensorless control algorithms using observer have been accepted widely.
In this paper An adaptive sliding observer is described to control the SRM without speed or position sensors The adaptive sliding observer is set on the basis of variable structure control theory. The sliding surface is constructed by current error terms and this surface guarantees the errors converge to 'zero'. The stability of observer is affirmed
by Lyapunov stability analysis and popov's hyper stability theory.
Acoustic Noise and Vibration Reduction of Coreless Brushless DC Motors with an Air Dynamic Bearing
Iee-Woo Yang,Young-Seok Kim,Sang-Uk Kim 대한전기학회 2009 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.4 No.2
This paper presents the acoustic noise and mechanical vibration reduction of a coreless brushless DC motor with an air dynamic bearing used in a digital lightening processor. The coreless brushless DC motor does not have a stator yoke or stator slot to remove the unbalanced force caused by the interaction between the stator yoke and the rotor magnet. An unbalanced force makes slotless brushless DC motors vibrate and mechanically noisy, and the attractive force between the magnet and the stator yoke increases power consumption. Also, when a coreless brushless DC motor is driven by a 120° conduction type inverter, high frequency acoustic noise occurs because of the peak components of the phase currents caused by small phase inductance and large phase resistance. In this paper, a coreless brushless DC motor with an air dynamic bearing to remove mechanical vibration and to reduce power consumption is applied to a digital lightening processor. A 180° conduction type inverter drives it to reduce high frequency acoustic noise. The applied methods are simulated and tested using a manufactured prototype motor with an air dynamic bearing. The experimental results show that a coreless brushless DC motor has characteristics of low power consumption, low mechanical vibration, and low high frequency acoustic noise.

In order to actively apply horticultural therapy to vocational education base schools, this study applied the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism to improve the vocational skills of high school students with intellectual disabilities. The horticultural therapy program was carried out in total 12 sessions with three groups composed of 20 students each: 20 in the control group, 20 in the experimental group with a normal horticultural program, and 20 in the experimental group with a horticultural therapy program which applied the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism. The results were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 using the Interpersonal Negotiation Strategies evaluation tool. The study found that in terms of interpersonal relationship, there was no significant difference between the pre and post tests within each group. However, in the post tests among the three groups, there was no significant difference between control group and experimental group with normal horticultural program (p=.82), but there was a significant difference between the control group and experimental group with the horticultural therapy program applying the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism (p=.03). This proved that the horticultural therapy program applying the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism is effective for improving interpersonal relationship. Ultimately the program is expected to be continuously, and systematically improved and applied as a learning method contributing to developing the basic vocational skills of persons with intellectual disabilities.
