      • 固形배지 송이를 이용한 방울토마토 養液裁培 技術改發에 관한 硏究

        養液栽培에서 固形培地로서 송이 (Scoria)의 특성을 밝히고, 방울토마토를 栽培했을때의 收量特性에 미치는 영향을 究明코저 실시하였다. 共試品種은 Pepe, Pico, Yellow pico, Petit등 4品種이었고, 송이 以外의 固形培地는 Rock wool cube, Perlite 및 Huntan(rice hull charcoal)과 土壤栽培區를 設定하였으며 또 養液의 湛液水位를 달리한 試驗結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 培地로서의 Scoria의 吸水, 排水의 保水性은 다른 培地에 比해 우수하였으며, 몇 가지 化合物도 포함되 있었다. 2. 방울토마토를 栽培했을 때 Scoria 培地에서의 收量特性은 다른 培地區와 차이가 없었다. 3. 방울토마토의 糖度(Brix)는 培地에 따른 差異는 없었고, 겨울 生産培地에서 上位花房의 糖度가 低位花房의 糖度보다 높은 傾向이었다. 4. 培地로서의 송이의 크기는 직경 3mm에서 12mm 범위 것을 混合 使用 것이 무난하다고 생각되었다. 5. Scoria 培地耕에서 養液의 湛液水位에 따른 收量特性에는 差異가 認定되지 않았다. 6. 앞으로 養液의 給液間隔, 송이의 成分이 養液에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것으로 사료되었다.. This study was conducted to test the effect of various media on the yield and quality of cherry tomatoes on the nutrient solutions culture in Cheju do. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Scoria showed the better absorption, drainage and moisture retention than any other media, and it contained several compounds. 2. In case of cherry tomato cultivation, there was no big differences about yield characters among the media. 3. Also, there was no differences Brix according to the media. However, In case of winter cultivation, epistatic flower was higher Brix than the hypostaic flower. 4. We estimated that is good to mixed from diameter 3mm to diameter 12mm of the scoria. 5. In case of the scoria media, there was no differences at yield characters according to immersion liquid of nutrient solution.

      • 한국산 Caesalpinia sepiaria 열매(雲實)로부터 Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 저해제 분리 및 화학구조

        고혈압 예방을 위해 우리는 실거리나무 열매(雲實)로부터 ACE 저해제로서 새로운 화합물을 분리하고 기기분석에 의해 구조를 결정한 결과 prodelphinidin B-3 3-O-gallate로서 (+)-gall-ocatechin-3-O-gallate와 (+)-gallocatechin로 결합된 화합물로 구조 결정을 하였다. Prodelphinidin B-3 3-O-gallate의 ACE 저해효과에서 B환에 galloyl이나 gallate 결합한 prodelphinidin류가 저해활성이 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다. prodelphinidin B-3 3-O-gallate는 75μmole에서 약 75.5% 저해 효과가 관찰 된바 이것은 산업화의 가능성을 확인 시켜주었다. For the prevention of hypertensive, a kinds of novel condensed tannin were isolated from the pods of Caesalpinia sepiaria and characterterrized prodelphinidin B-3 3-O-gallate by mechanical analysis. Effect of inhibition on the Angiotensin Converting Enzyme was shown that B-ring, gallyol or gallate compound in prodelphinidins, grown the effect of inhibition. Prodelphinidin B-3 3-O-gallate inhibited about 75.5% at 75μmole, is shown a possibility that is used to industry.

      • 濟州地方 마늘의 鱗片크기가 生育 및 鱗莖肥大에 미치는 影響

        This experiment shows the influence that the seed clove size of garlic gives to the growth and the bulb formation of the garlic. The results of this investigation are as follows. 1. The growth of the top part continously increased until the middle of May, and then it decreased. The larger the size of seed cloves the more the number of leaves increased. Plant height, leaf lengths and the leaf widths also increased. 2. The larger the size of seed cloves the the more the bulb weight and bulb diameter of garlic increased. But there were no differences between bulb height and neck diameter. 3. When the bulb formation ratio was below 0.5 of an exponent, it was favorable regardless of the seed cloves size. 4. The number of seed cloves per bulb indicated that the number of seed cloves are more abundant in a inner layer, than in an outer layer. The number of primary seed cloves increased according to the size of the seed cloves, and the block of 3-4g increased more or less than any other block. 5. According to observations of a block of cut stalk, and a nuncut block, bulb diameter and bulb height increased in the block of cut stalk more than that in the block of nuncut stalk. However, the bulbformation ratio did not change.

      • 한국산 녹차로부터 Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 저해제 분리 및 화학구조

        고혈압 예방을 위해 우리는 한국산 녹차로부터 두 종류의 축합형 탄닌을 분리하고 기기분석에 의해 구조를 결정한 결과 prodelphinidin B-2 3-O-gallate와 prodelphinidin B-2 3,3'-O-digallate였다. ACE 저해 효과에서 B환에 galloyl이나 gallate 결합한 prodelphinidin류가 저해활성이 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다. Prodelphinidin B-2 3,3'-O-digallate는 50μmole에서 약 84% 저해 효과가 관찰 된 바 이것은 산업화의 가능성을 확인시켜주었다. For the prevention of dental caries, two kinds of novel condensed tannin were isolated from Korean green tea and characterterrized prodelphinidin B-2 3-O-gallate and prodelphinidin B-23,3'-O-digallate, respectively, by mechanical analysis. Effect of inhibition on the Angiotensin Converting Enzyme was shown that B-ring, gallyol or gallate compound in prodelphinidins, grown the effect of inhibition. Prodelphinidin B-2 3,3'-O-digallate inhibited about 84% at 50 μmole, is shown a possibility that is used to industry.

      • 약용식물로부터 분리된 폴리페놀 화학구조에 대한연구

        Cacao bean에 대한 생리활성물질의 탐색 연구 일환으로, Ghana산 cacao bean으로부터 acetone, Sephadex LH-20, MCI-gel CHP-20, Bondapak ?? 및 Fuji gel ODS G₃chromatography 등을 이용하여 5종의 polyphenol 화합물(compound 1-compound 5)을 분리정제하였고, 이들 화합물의 화학구조를 ¹H-NMR, Mass 등의 기기분석으로 화학구조를 결정하였다. 분리정제한 5종의 polyphenol 화합물의 구조를 분석한 결과, compound 1 : [(+)-catechin], compound 2:[(-)-epicatechin], compound 3[procyanidin B-1 : (-)-epicatechin-(4β→8)-(+)-catechin], compound 4 [procyanidin B-2 : (-)-epicatechin-(4β→8)-(-)-epicatechin], compound 5 [procynidin B-7 : (-)-epicatechin-(4β→6)-(+)-catechin]임을 동정하였다. 쵸콜릿의 주원료인 cacao bean의 polyphenol 성분 또한 녹차 등에서 볼 수 있는 생리활성효과에 손색없는 것으로 판단되고, 이러한 기능성에 기초하여 chocolate, 음료 등의 식품이나 화장품 또는 의약품의 기능성 소재로서의 산업적 응용 가능성이 높은 것으로 추정된다. Seven kinds of polyphenol compounds having various physiological activities was isolated and purified by acetone, Sephadex LH-20, MCI-gel CHP-20, Bondapak ?? and Fuji-gel ODS G₃ successively from cacao bean(Ghana). The chemical structures of each compound were determined and identified using analyzers such as ¹H-NMR, ??-NMR, IR and MS. The compounds isolated and identified were confirmed and determined as compound 1[(+)-catechin], compound 2[(-)-epicatechin], compound 3[procyanidin B-1 : (-)-epicatechin-(4β→8)-(+)-catechin], compound 4 [procyanidin B-2 : (-)-epicatechin-(4β→8)-(-)-epicatechin], compound 5 [procynidin B-7 : (-)-epicatechin-(4β→6)-(+)-catechin]. On the results of this study, polyphenols of medicinal plant(cacao bean) that is major source of chocolate were estimated to have various biologial activities equivalent to green tea. On the basis of these chemical structure, cacao bean extracts showed the possibility for industrial application as functional materials in the field of chocolate, beverage, cosmetic and medicine industries.

      • 濟州地方에 있어서 마늘栽培法 改善에 관한 硏究 : 3. 濟州地方 마늘의 栽培時期에 따른 鱗片特性 3. The clove Characteristics of Cheju Local Garlic on Planting Time

        The present experiment was conducted during the period from August 27, 1979 to June 5, 1980, in order to examine the suitable planting time in Jeju Island. The results are as follows : 1. Top part growth increased continuously into the middle of May. After that, it decreased. The earlier the garlic was planted, the higher the plant height, leaf height and leaf width in each plant. 2. In the underground part growth, the earlier the garlic was planted the higher the plant weight, bulb weight, bulb diameter and neck diameter. However, bulb height and neck diameter also showed good growth by 30, October. 3. Because the bulb index was below 0.5 in the bulb formation, no difference showed during the seeding period. 4. The number of primary cloves per bulb (out layer+inner layer) appeared to be similar until 30, Oct, but in the number of secondary cloves there was little difference during the seeding period. 5. The plot of cut seedstalks more than uncut seedstalks increased bulb height, bulb diameter and neck diameter. Both of them appeared similar in bulb formation ratio.

      • 한국산 약용식물의 화장품천연소재로서 응용에 관한연구

        Biological activities and application of sanguisorbae officinalis L. were investigated. In the enzymological physiological activities, the electron donating ability(EDA) was 54.92% in 10 ppm and it was over 90% over 50ppm and SOD-like activity was high as 65.36% in 1000 ppm, it was gradual increased. As inhibitory effect of xanthine oxidase, it was 17.90% in 200 ppm and a little low as 36.89% in 500 ppm and inhibitory effect of tyrosinase, it was a little low as 20.45% below 1000 ppm. As the result of measuring the lipid oxidation, all the concentrations of medical ion treatments had the ability to keep it from acidification and metal ion blocking effects about the lipid oxidation promoting factors(Fe^(2+) and Cu^(2+)), Fe^(2+) was better than Cu^(2+) and all concentrations of medical ion treatments was 40% in 50ppm. When it was applied into normal skin-softener it showed safe effect so that we can expect that as the natural material of cosmetics.

      • 한국산 약용식물 추출물의 항균력에 관한 연구

        민간 생약제와 식품공장 폐기물 등의 30여가지의 추출물로부터 항균성 및 GTase 활성 저해능력을 갖는 것을 8종의 미생물을 이용하여 검색한 결과, 15종이 항균력, 9종이 GTase 활성저해능력을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타냈다. 이들 15종 중에서 오배자, 적포도 과피 물추출물의 Methanol 분획물에 있어서 E.coli와 B.subtilis 등 그램 음성, 양성 세균에 대하여 오배자가 3.0mg, 1.0mg 적포도가 3.0mg, 2.0mg의 MIC를 각각 나타냈다. 오배자, 적포도 과피, 물추출물의 Methanol 분획물은 항균력 뿐만 아니라 충치생성에 관여하는 GTase에 대해서도 효소활성 저해능력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 추출물 중에서 대부분의 물질은 Polyphenol 계통의 물질로서 이 물질등에 의해 항균성 및 GTase 활성 저해 효과가 나타나는 것으로 추정되어지고 있다. 위에서 밝힌 추출물의 검토로 인공합성 보존제보다 우수하고 경제적이며 다양한 기능성의 천연보존제로서의 보충연구와 개발 여하에 따라서 사용가능성이 기대되어진다고 하겠다. The anti-microbial and GTase(Glucosyltransferase) inhibition activity were searcher for 30 species of various folk-frugs and by-products of food-industry. Among them, two species, gall-nut and red-grape husk water extracts, were selected for the powerful anti-microbial and GTase inhibition activity. The methanol fractions of gall-nut and red-grape husk were showed very powerful anti-microbial activity on both Gram(+) and (-), B. subtilis and E. coli. The MIC(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) of gall-nut methanol fraction were 1.0mg for E. coli. The methanol fractions of gall-nut and red-grape husk were showed powerful GTase inhibition activity. The conecntrations of these fractions for 80% inhibition of GTase activity were ?? mg/ml and ?? mg/ml, respectively. The most abundant compound in these extracts seems to be polyphenol derivatives. From these results, we think that the gall-nut and the red-grape husk extracts had more anti-microbial and anti-plaque activities than artifical synthetic presevatives as an economic point of view : although more researches and experiments were needed.

      • Sanquisorbae officinalis L. 뿌리(地楡)로부터 충치예방 및 미백물질의 분리

        우리는 충치예방 및 미백제 개발 연구의 일환으로 한국산 地楡로부터 새로운 procyanidin류를 분리하였고 thyolysis, desulfurization, methylation, tannase 처리 및 기기 분석에 의해 구조를 결정한 결과 flavan-3-ol 이량체에 gallate 한분자가 결합 된 procyanidin B-3-3-O-gallat 였고 분자량은 Negative FAB-MS; m/z(%): 792[M-H]였다. 이 화합물의 효소저해 효과를 관찰 한 결과 glucosyltransferase는 0.75 mM에서 거의 완벽한 저해를 보여 주었고 tyrosinases는 100μM에서 약 50%의 저해 효과가 있었다. In the course of studies for anti-plaque and whitening agents, novel procyanidin structure isolated from the roots of Sanquisorbae officinalis L.was established by thiolysis, desulfurization, tannase reaction, methylation and spectroscopic analysis. The chemical structure was identified for procyanidin B-3 3-O-gallate containing the dimeric flavan-3-ols, gallate and molecular weight was 792[M-H] by FAB-MS negative ion method. The inhibitory effect on the glucosyltransferase and tyrosinase activity was investigated, novel compound showed complete inhibition at 0.75mM on the glucosyltransferase and tyrosinase was inhibited about 50% at 100 μM.

      • Jack Fruit잎으로부터 Tyrosinase저해제 분리 및 구조

        Tyrosinase 저해물질을 Jack fruit 옆으로부터 Sephedex G-50, Sephadex LH-20으로 분석한 결과 B-fraction의 1mM에서 약 30-40%의 저해 효과가 있었다. 순수분리 된 화합물을 기기분석한 결과 afezelechin-(4α→8)-catechin으로 동정되었고 이 화합물의 IC_(50)은 0.6mM로 확인되었다.
