결혼이주 여성의 가정생활 적응 사례연구를 통한 사회복지실천의 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 결혼이주여성들이 문화 간 차이에서 오는 스트레스를 해소하고 원만한 가정생활을 누리기 위해서 그들에게 제공할 수 있는 사회복지실천방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구 결과에서는 첫째, 문화 간 차이 극복하기 위한 실천방안이 필요하다. 효과적인 문화 간 차이를 극복하기 위해서는 문화적으로 다양한 내담자를 위해 그들의 인종, 문화, 민족, 성별, 성적 지향의 배경에 부합하는 개입양식을 사용하고 목표를 설정하는 것이다. 둘째, 전문교육인력의 양성이 필요하다. 전문인력 양성을 위해 기존의 사회복지 과목에 문화적 다양성에 관한 내용이 다루어져야 한다. 셋째, 관련법의 재정비가 필요하다. 다문화가족지원법은 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 한국가족문화의 이해라든가, 결혼이주 여성 상담이라는 항목이 결여되어 있는 등 보완의 필요성이 계속해서 대두되고 있다. 결론적으로, 결혼여성이민자들은 일상생활의 여러 측면에서 한국생활이 자국의 생활과 다르다는 점을 인식하게 되어 적응하는 과정에서 많은 인내심과 높은 수준의 노력을 하게 된다. 따라서, 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 사회복지실천방안이 요구된다. This study is to find social welfare practices that married women migrant can provide to them in order to relieve the stress of cultural differences and enjoy a good family life. Results,First, action plans to overcome intercultural differences are needed. To overcome effective cross-cultural differences, interventions and goals are set for culturally diverse clients that match their racial, cultural, ethnic, gender and sexual orientation.Second, it is necessary to cultivate professional education personnel. In order to train professionals, cultural diversity should be addressed in existing social welfare courses.Third, the related laws need to be rearranged. The Multicultural Family Support Act continues to emerge as a need for supplementation, including the understanding of Korean family culture and the lack of counseling for immigrant women.As a result, married women immigrants recognize that Korean life is different from their own in many aspects of their daily lives, so they endeavor to have a lot of patience and high level of effort in the adaptation process. Therefore, there is a need for a social welfare practice that can support this.

the purpose of this paper is to study the effect of morphology of potassium titanates on the friction characteristics in the NAO(Non Asbestos Organic) brake pad. 3 potassium titanates are selected and test pieces are manufactured by hot press forming. It is observed physical properties and friction performance as density, hardness, average coefficient of friction, fade, wear etc. In fade, the coefficient of friction of non fiberous potassium titanates is more stable than that of fiberous potassium titanate. In wear and disc roughness, fiberous potassium titanate is better than non fiberous potassium titanates.
