민간경비업무의 발전방안 연구 - 이벤트 경비업무를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 민간경비업무현장에서 이벤트 경비업무를 수행하고 있는 현장전문가들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 민간경비업무의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 관련분야 교수자 4인과 경력 10년 이상의 현장전문가 6인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 민간경비업무의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 이벤트경비업무와 연관성이 있는 교육이 필요시 된다. 둘째, 관객 응대 및 관객 민원 발생 시 대처 요령관련 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 서비스 관련 교육이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에서 집단민원현장의 규정을 현실에 맞게 조정하여야 한다. 다섯째, 열악한 근무 여건을 개선하여야 한다. 여섯째, 책임감 및 사명감을 배양할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to explore the development methods of private security services based on the problems that field experts in charge of event security are currently aware of. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we conducted interviews with 4 professors in relevant fields and 6 field experts with more than 10 years experience and analyzed the data. They suggested the development of private security services as follows. First, education that is related to event security work is necessary. Second, training should be conducted in response to audience and audience complaints. Third, service-related training is required. Fourth, in the Security Law, the provisions of the collective complaints field should be adjusted to the reality. Fifth, improving poor working conditions. Sixth, it is necessary to educate to develop responsibility and sense of mission.

만성신부전 환자에서 혈청 종양표지자에 관한 연구

N/A Objectives: Tumor markers have been clinically used to diagnose and monitor the progression of various tumor or to assess their response to therapy. This study focuses on the evaluation of tumor markers in Chronic renal failure patients, compared with normal controls. Methods : The following 9 kinds of serum tumor markers, such as carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), squamaus cell carcinoma-related antigen(SCC), CYFRA 21-1, CA(carbohydrate antigen) 125, CA 19-9, α-fetoprotein(AFP), prostate specific antigen(PSA), human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) and CA 72-4 were measured in 56 persons without chronic renal failure(CRF) as controls, in 132 patients with chronic renal failure(56 patients on conservative management, 41 patients on chronic hemodialysis, and 35 patients on CAPD) who did not present any evidences of neoplasia. Results : 1) The mean level of CEA in CRF patients was significantly higher than that of controls(p<0.001), and that of CRF patients on hemodialysis was significantly higher than that of patients on conservative management(p<0.05). 2) The mean level of SCC in CRF patients was significantly higher than that of controls(p<0.001), and the mean levels of SCC did not differ significantly among three groups of CRF patients. 3) The mean level of CYFRA in CI4F patients was significantly higher than that of controls(p<0.001), and that of CRF patients on hemodialysis was significantly higher than those of patients on conservative management and on CAPD respectively (p<0.05). 4) The mean level of CA 125 in CRF patients was significantly higher than that of controls (p<0.001), and that of CRF patients on CAPD was significantly lower than that of controls(p<0.05). 5) Positive percent for CYFRA 21-1 in all CRF patients was 89.7%, and SCC 82.9%, CEA 60.3%, CA 125 48%, CA 19-9 22.4%, PSA 7.9%, CA 72-4 6.1%, hCG 4.7% and AFV 3.2% respectively. Conclusion : The present study shows that tumor markers such as CEA, SCC, CYFRA 21-1, CA 19-9 and CA 125 are elevated above reference values in a substantial number of patients according to the reference values commonly used in normal persons, making them unreliable for monitoring malignancies in uremic patients. While the other tumor markers such as AFP, PSA, hCG and CA 72-4 are reliable for the same purpose. These results must be taken into account when serum levels of tumor markers are measured in CRF patients

한국의 민간경비산업은 경제성장과 IT기술의 발전에 더불어 상당히 발전하였다. 본 연구는 민간경비업무현장에서 경비업체를 경영하고 있는 경비업자들이 인지하고 있는 프리랜서제도의 문제점들을 바탕으로 민간경비업무 프리랜서제도의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 관련분야 교수자 3인과 경비업자 6인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 민간경비업무 프리랜서제도의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 프리랜서 경비원의 체계적인 관리가 필요시 된다. 둘째, 프리랜서 경비원의 관리자(팀장)관련 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 최저임금 준수 점검이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에 프리랜서제도관련 내용이 현실에 맞게 추가되어져야 한다. 다섯째, 프리랜서 경비원의 사회보장 체계가 개선되어야 한다. 여섯째, 프리랜서 경비원 협동조합설립이 필요하다. The private security industry in Korea has developed considerably with the development of economic growth and IT technology. The purpose of this study is to explore the development method of the freelance system for private security work based on the problems of the freelance system that CEO of the security company in the private security work field recognize. To accomplish the purpose of this study, we interviewed 3 professors and 6 CEO of the security company to analyze the data. They suggested the development of the freelance system of private security work as follows. First, the systematic management of freelance security guards is needed. Secondly, the training for the manager of the freelance security guards should be done. Third, a minimum wage compliance check is required. Fourth, the contents of freelance system should be added to the reality in accordance with the security law. Fifth, the social security system of freelance security guards should be improved. Sixth, the establishment of a freelance security guard cooperative is necessary.

신변보호사 자격검정제도의 개선방안: 실기시험을 중심으로

본 연구는 자질과 역량 있는 신변보호사 인력을 양성하여 전문적이고 안정적인 서비스를 국민들에게 제공함으로써, 서비스이용대상자인 국민들이 보다 안전한 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 신변보호사 자격검정제도의 시행목적에 부합하는 제도로의 성장을 위해서는 현행 평가방식에서 다각도로 수정 보완되어져야 할 것이다. 신변보호사 자격검정제도의 실기시험관련 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체력평가항목이 추가되어져야한다. 둘째, 검정기술의 재정립이 필요시 된다. (제2의 위협이 야기되는 기술은 삭제) (민간인 신분으로 사용할 수 있는 기술 추가) 셋째, 낙법 및 응용동작이 추가되어져야한다. 넷째, 다양한 시작자세에서의 평가가 필요시 된다. 다섯째, 상대와의 거리 및 방향을 다양화하여 평가가 이루어져야 한다. The purpose of this study is to select the talented and competent personal caregiver personnel through a professional and rational inspection system, and to provide safer personal care services to the public so that the people who are eligible for service can lead a safe life. The purpose of this study is to cultivate qualified and competent personal guardian personnel and provide professional and stable services to the people so that the people who can use the service can lead a safer life. In order to grow into a system that meets the objectives of the personal guardian qualification screening system, it must be revised and supplemented from various evaluation methods. The improvement measures related to the practical test of the system for qualifying personal guardians are as follows. First, the fitness evaluation items should be added. Second, it is necessary to reestablish the test technology. (Remove technology that causes the second threat) (Adds skills that can be used as civilian status) Third, the fallout and application action must be added. Fourth, evaluation in various starting positions is necessary. Fifth, evaluation should be made by diversifying the distance and direction with the opponent.

There has been a long debate whether the Sun revolves the Earth or the Earth revolves the Sun. Also, students are very interested in the solar systems, which means the entire system of planets, satellites, minor planets, comets, and meteoroids that orbit the sun. However, students are not sure about them. New models which enhance learning about them are strongly needed. This study is intended to develop the new models on the solar systems and to investigate how the presevice elementary teachers` concepts are affected by them. Subjects are 20 preservice elementary teachers. One instrument including 11 items is used. Data are collected before using the new models and after using them through the tests. As a result, learning through the new models has a positive effects on the preservice elementary teachers` concepts on the solar system.

지속성 외래 복막투석 환자에서 복막 평형검사

N/A Objectives: The peritoneal equilibration test(PET) is routinely performed in adults treated with chronic peritoneal dialysis to assess the peritoneal transport rate and to optimize treatment prescription. This study focuses on the evaluation of characteristics of peritoneal solute transport rates and physical and serological factors affecting peritoneal transport rate performed in our continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) patients due to guide adequate peritoneal dialysis form. Methods: We analyzed 95 PET results which had been tested on the 28th day of CAVD and physical and serological values, such as age, sex, diabetes mellitus, height, weight, body surface area, arterial blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, albumin, hematocrit, hemoglobin, sodium, potassium, phosphate which had been obtained on the day of PET. Results: 1) According to transport rate, high transport rate group was 9 cases(9.5%), high average transport group 26 cases(27.4%), low average transport rate group 32 cases(33.6%), and low transport rate group 28 cases (29.5%) respectivly. 2) The average of 4hour D/Pcr was 0.60, 4hour D/Do glucose was 0.46, and drain volume was 2480ml. Thus the average of peritoneal solute transport rate of total patients was low average transport rate. 3) Factors affecting peritoneal solute transport rate were age, body surface area, plasma albumin, serum creatinine and triglyceride level. Conclusion: These findings suggest that high dose peritoneal dialysis form should be used in our CAPD patients because most of them have low average peritoneal transport rate, and age, body surface area, plasma albumin, serum creatinine, and triglyceride level should be considered when select the adequate peritoneal dialysis form.

수소 데드 앤드 연료전지의 특성 및 맥동을 이용한 성능 향상에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper presents experimental results carried out on the purge characteristic of the anodic dead-end mode fuelcell and how to improve the cell performance by pulsation effects. The dead-end mode fuelcell has some merits that a fuel supplying device is not needed and the cell power is higher than that in the open mode fuelcell. However, the purge is necessary for preventing the porous media from being flooded by liquid water formed in the channel. At this time, the un-reacted fuel is discharged with the liquid water together in purge process. The discharged fuel can make the fuel efficiency lower. Therefore, the number of purge times should be decreased for the better fuel efficiency. In this study, the outlet of the anode channel was equipped with a purge solenoid valve and a pulsation generator. The purge times was decreased when the current density decreased and operation pressure increased without the pulsation effects. In addition, when the pulsation effects such as various frequencies or amplitudes were applied, purge times was alleviated up to 40%.
