도시철도 건설을 위해 차량의 기본설계 단계에서 시스템 공학적으로 차량에 대한 기본적인 요구사항을 추출하고 분석하여 열차 소요량과 소비/회생 전력량을 산출하여 실시설계에 반영 될 수 있도록 하고, 차량의 요구사양을 명세화 하여 발주업무가 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 하여 프로젝트의 위험요소(Risk)를 제거 하고 시스템 및 차량이 제공해야할 서비스에 대한 시스템 참여자들의 이해도를 높이는 과정은 프로젝트 성공의 기초가 된다.

현재 도시철도 차량에 설치된 화재감지기는 소방방재청이 정하는 형식승인 및 검정기술기준을 통과하지 않은 제품이 설치되어 운행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 화재감지장치 문제점 등을 보완하여 형식승인 시험항목 기준을 통고한 제품을 개발하였다. 향후 형식승인을 득한 화재감지기를 우선 적용하여 시민들의 안전과 생명을 보호하는데 노력하고자 한다. Fire detectors currently used in metropolitan railway vehicles are not qualified under the test requirement and the type of approval set by the National Emergency Management Agency. In this paper, therefore, we developed a new fire detector that meets the type of approval by improving major flaws in existing detectors. We also plan to apply the qualified fire detectors preferentially to protect the safety of citizens more efficiently.

This paper proposed the research that it is the GDP's characteristic for GTO's TURN ON/OFF and diagnostic technique. While we are operating the 2nd line subway, we suggested accurate and reliable diagnostic technique. We developed the analysis device that it is possible to have the output waveform of each point, the GATE ON/OFF waveform, the load test, the max rated test, and then we had accurate diagnostic technique. We administered diagnostic test about badness GDP. We progressed to the precision test based on the result of the test. Appling to a real car, we had got the accurate conclusion about the diagnostic result, and acquired a technique for management method of trouble. Developed device use load of the same as a car, and then it was designed to get the same waveform and it is possible to measure the most OFF current. We prevented GTO damage through analyzing the accurate waveform for each measurement point of GDP. If we apply to other system of the same way, it will be contribute to the safety service and to prevent some of accidents.

Metro serves more than a basic function of transporting passengers between short distances but became a crucial part of civic culture due to the fact that citizens demand various facilities for better life style. Therefore domestic metro cuts off train noise and air dust provides pleasant platform surroundings by offering effective HVAC and establishes PSD (Platform Screen Door) system to prevent falls into train tracks. To control and interlock EMU Door and PSD to avoid passenger complaint and revenue service obstructions stability and reliability of on-board & wayside equipment are required foremost and each line needs to build optimum interface between on-board & wayside equipment. To control PSD we would like to introduce examples of Busan Metro(BTC : Busan Transportation Corporation) which already utilizes interface between on-board & wayside equipment in various ways and consider optimum interface between on-board & wayside equipment in future PSD system.

This paper described a Mascon position sensor equipped with a microprocessor. The conventional analog sensors do not send accurate information to the related system as the sensor ages. Also, using a sensor without function of characteristic adjust to the system has problems because of information mismatch between them. The sensor we developed is possible to compensate an error or a deviation and to match with other sensors by the internal microprocessor. Circuits of power source and signal conversion are designed to dual line to acquire the stability of the system. 본 논문에서는 마이크로프로세서를 구비한 마스콘 포지션센서에 대해 기술하였다. 기존 아나로그 센서는 특성이 변화하면서 시스템에 정확한 값을 제공하지 못하며, 또한 시스템에 다른 센서를 적용하면 특성조정이 어려웠다. 본 논문에서 개발한 센서는 마이크로프로세서에 의해 오차 또는 편자보정이 가능하고, 다른 센서를 사용하여도 특성의 조정이 가능하다. 전원 및 신호변환 회로가 이중화되어 시스템의 안정성을 확보할 수 있다.

This paper describes the proceeding experimental results to replace the 32 [W] fluorescent lamp installed in subway train to a LED module. We fabricated 25 [W] LED modules to meet the illuminance 300 [lx] specified in the standard for subway train. After the installation of LED modules, comparative analysis with conventional fluorescent lamps was carried out. From the experimental results, illuminances on the height of 0.85 [m] and 1 [m] above floor were 323 [lx] and 360 [lx], respectively. These illuminances satisfied the requirement 300 [lx]. By the application of 25 [W] LED module as a light source in subway train, energy saving about 22 [%] compared with 32 [W] fluorescent is acquired. Also, low cost of maintenance is expected due to 8 times longer lifetime 50,000 hours of LED than that 6,000 hours of fluorescent lamp.

In this paper, we analyzed the frequency spectrum of radiated electromagnetic waves generated by series arc- and corona- discharges as a basic study to develop an online diagnostic technique for power facilities installed inside switchboards. To simulate corona and series arc discharges, an arc generator specified in UL1699 and a corona generator were fabricated. The experiment was carried out in an electromagnetic shielding room, and the measurement system consists of an Ultra Log Antenna and an EMI Test Receiver. The frequency spectrum exists in ranges from 30 to 500 [㎒] for series arc discharge and 30 [㎒] to 2 [㎓] depending on defects for corona discharge. The peak frequency of series arc discharge and corona were 40 [㎒], 80 [㎒] and 35 [㎒]~160 [㎒], respectively.
