        공동주택 관리비 항목별 영향요인 분석 연구

        In this research, I finally came to a conclusion analyzing the connection among managing of each items in management expenses, the size of each complex and stories, and the term of using. (1) In the managing cost regarding to the management manner, although the managing cost of self-governing management is less imposed than the one of commission management, there is slight difference between those Costs. And it is more important to consider the effectiveness of management than to emphasize reduction of management cost. (2) The higher the stories, the higher the managing cost of elevator per the unit area. It Is caused by the fact that the father the distance of the elevator operating, the higher the electric charges. (3) The third of one of total management cost goes to pay the personnel expenses. So I found that the effective management of the expenses is available to reduce management cost. (4) The higher the stones, the lower the cost of personnel expenses including the cleaner cost. (5) The sum of costs assigned in repairment and management increases in proportion to the term of using. The costs assigned in special repairment and management are interacting to each other. (6) To reduce the management cost, we have to cut down the personnel in security guard that occupies one third of total management cost with application to the joint security system and operation of the self-governing guard. Through this process, it will be easy to accomplish the rationalization of contract with an outside order. Because the improvement of management service is not only the responsibility of owner but also the one of dwellers. And it Is imperative to realize the importance of cooperation and trust between the owner and dwellers. And the establishment of effective managing system which has convenience and rationality must be settled without delay.

        공동주택 지하주차장 상부구조 형식 분석연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out the most reasonable design in the superstructure of an underground parking lot which needs to be considered with the economic efficiency being influenced on the subdivision price, construction duration, workability and the maintenance of crack and leakage status of apartment house. In this research, we've evaluated the fitness for the superstructure of an underground parking lot by examination of construction constraint, which was based on the calculated data of structural design and quantity survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. The system of the absent structure of beam is proper structure for economic efficiency, construction duration and workability, but it is disadvantageous at the side of maintenance efficiency because of the many part of large slab. In the opposite direction, the establishing structure of beam has the advantages of structural stability except economic efficiency, construction duration and workability 2. It's required a proper selection for the views being contrary to each other which the owners considers good quality, on the other hand, the contractors consider construction duration and workability. 3. In making a selection for the superstructure of an underground parking lot, we have concluded that it is the most important to choose the proper structure for the demanded performance by contrasting with two system. (2Bay or 3Bay)

        Due to the inexperience of stone work and field workmanship, and the preference of simple construction, various problems such as unauthorized cutting of the touch and epoxy bonding are occurring. Therefore, the existing T-type hole construction method was developed to fundamentally control these attempts. As a result of comparison with the control panel method, vibration and noise were reduced by 2dB and 10dB, indicating an excellent effect. Particularly, dust was about 1/102~1/61 in individual values, and the average value was 1/80 (12.5%). The effect of preventing damage and environmental pollution is expected to be great.

        As construction projects are gradually getting larger and focusing on building skyscraper with the development of construction technology and the concentration of population in cities, the choice of the soil sheeting works is very important in terms of securing safety and economic feasibility. Further research is planned on the developed concrete guide-based continuous over lap pile method through the introduction of a system that automates vertical management, continuous improvement and supplementation so that the basement soil sheeting wall can be utilized as a building structure.

        As the area where stone is used in buildings increases, the amount of stone processing increases, and the amount of dust generated in the processing process is increasing, but interest in this is insignificant. In addition, as a result of investigating the dust generated in the dry process, the proportion of SiO2 is about 70%, so there is a concern about the risk of pneumoconiosis caused by breathing. Therefore, it is judged that it is urgent to collect it at the source to prevent damage to workers and environmental pollution.

      • 완전 드롭형 알폼 시스템 개발

        Even though the Al. form system, which was developed to replace the Euro-form, has been used as the slab lower formwork for almost all concrete structures based on the light weight and high conversion rate, the low-noise Drop method has been developed and used in order to overcome the limitations of the Al. Form system such as noise pollution and safety accidents caused by free fall during the demolding. However, as the low-noise drop method is still insufficient, Safety Full Drop Al. Form method is expected to be in the spotlight in the construction market based on its excellent advantages compared to the developed methods. In addition, we plan to conduct research to further contribute to securing the quality of the overall structure through continuous improvement and supplementation by introducing an automation system to the very construction method.

        서냉고로슬래그 고미분말을 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도 발현특성에 관한 연구

        Accordingly, we made slow cooling ground granulated slag powder of which fineness is 7,000, 10,000, 20,000㎠/g by using<br/> grinder and examined properties of concrete using that in this study. We carried out slump test, air contents test and<br/> compressive strength test to examine properties of concrete according to fineness of slow cooling ground granulated<br/> blast-furnace slag, substitute ratio, additive quantity and additive way of calcium hydroxide. The results are as follows<br/> (1) Slump and air contents of concrete using slow cooling ground granulated blast-furnace slag varied with fineness and<br/> substitute ratio of it but were similar to plain concrete.<br/> (2) Compressive strength increased according to rising of fineness of slow cooling ground granulated blast-furnace slag and<br/> declined with rising of substitute ratio of it. We judged that fineness of slow cooling ground granulated blast-furnace slag has<br/> to be more than 20,000㎠/g to use it as concrete admixture through comparing compressive strength of plain concrete with it of<br/> all water curing.<br/> (3) Compressive strength of concrete of slow cooling blast-furnace slag ground granulated was improved according to adding<br/> accelerator. In case of way adding powder at 4%, 6% and diluting with water at 6%, 8% was excellent.

        The purpose of current study is about how to construct wall-type APT in slip form and Deck plate applied different connection<br/> of materials that wall and slab.<br/> A proposal construct's solution is using the continuous a binding string that the main of contents are slab or stairs which<br/> horizon structure part construction is joined the vertical structure part, new we proposed of 2 solution that new technology<br/> development.<br/> We'll suggest that the development is in the construct of higher stories APT more better other construction method. We expect<br/> that the new method is good but we have many things to solute themes.<br/> Thus, we decided that this development contents are needed that correct structural investigation and constructor's security of<br/> speciality and through a fact construct, correct verification.
