        蒐集種 나물용 콩의 主要特性 硏究 Ⅰ. 主要 形質 特性과 形質間 相關

        Bean sprouting is one of the traditional vegitable in Korea. It is producted by sprout soybean cultivars. Experiments were conducted to investigate the major chracteristics in collected sprout soybean cultivars from Chonnam and Chonbuk province farmer’s field. One hundred and thirty three varieties were used in this study. The obtained results were as follows: Average flowering duration were appeared 52 days. On the basis of flowering duration early, medium and late maturing cultivars were devided and they were occupied 9, 75 and 16% of total cultivars tested, respectively. The average chlorophyll content of 12~13th leaf from cotyledon node was 49.5 and the range of chlorophyll content in test cultivars was from 26.5 to 56.2. The height, daimeter of stem and number of nodes in mainstem averged 63.4cm, 7.4mm and 11.2 nodes, and ranged 28~133cm, 3.9~10.3mm 9.0~22.4 nodes, respectively. Average number of branches and pods per plant were appeared 6.2 branches and 85.2 pods, respectively, and those were two times more than those of other collected cultivars for different utlization. One hundred seed weight averaged 8.7g and was appeared smaller seed size than that of other research institute object. Seed coat color in tested cultivars classfied naples yellow, moss green, cream, lemon yellow, black, cocoa, amber and emerald green, and those were 70, 8, 7, 7, 3, 2, 2, and 2%, respectively. Color of hilum classfied black, naples yellow, cocoa, tan, black brown, amber, cream and lemon yellow, and those were 23, 23, 15, 15, 9, 6, 5 and 4%, respectively. Average yield per hectare showed 1,130kg and was lower yield compared to that of improved verieties, but three among all tested cultivars were over 2,400kg/ha. Diameter of mainstem and dry weight per plant were correlated with the 100 seed weight, and those were 0.225, 0.206, respectively. Dry weight per plant, number of pods and diameter of mainstem were highly correlated with yield by 0.743, 0.659, 0.524 respectively.

        蒐集種 나물용 콩 品種의 主要 特性 硏究 Ⅱ. 多變量解析法에 의한 品種群 分類

        The purpose of this experiment was to classify the varietal groups and to select parents for breeding in sprout soybean. One hundred and thirty three varieties were classified based on 13 chracters measured by Euclidian distance D² and complete linkage cluster analysis was attempted. Ten varietal groups were classified by the complete linkage cluster analysis based on the D² computed in 13 chracters. Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ contained 26 varieties(7%), 9(7%), 6(5%), 4(3%), 9(7%), 22(17%), 2(1%), 39(29%), and 7(5%), respectively. Maturity type of group Ⅷ and Ⅹ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ, the other groups were classified early, late and medium, respectively, by the day from seeding to flowering. Some varietal groups were associated with their geographical origin. The number of mainstem nodes and chlorophyll content were main contributors to the D² in both intra and inter groups, and the degree of those was not significant.

        PEG로 프라이밍 된 보리(Hordeum vulgare L.)종자의 발아특성

        These experiments were conducted to evaluate the variability of seed germination, and seedling growth of PEG priming barley. The average germination percentage(AGP) of PEG priming seed was higher than control, but those were low with extend the treatment period. The AGP of washing seed after PEG priming was higher than unwashed seed, and that of redried seed after priming was lower than control. The germination time of priming seed was short compare to control seed, and that was prolonged with extend the priming period, and that of washing seed after priming was shortening, and that of redried seed after priming was prolonging. The emergence percentage(EP) of priming seed was higher than control, and the emergence time was shortest in 50% field moisture capacity soil. The seedling and root length of priming seed was shorter than control. 노동력의 절약은 물론 농기계의 효율을 증진시키고 생산비를 절약하여 취약한 보리재배의 국제 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 일환으로 보리종자에 종자처리를 하여 발아시기와 유묘생장을 조정함으로서 벼·보리수확 동시파종재배를 실용화하기 위하여 보리종자에 프라이밍 처리하였던 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 평균발아율은 대조구보다 PEG 처리구에서 더 높았는데 처 리 기간이 길어질수록 점차 감소하였다. 2. 평균발아율은 PEG 처리한 다음 수세하여 PEG를 제거한 종자가 수세하지 않은 종자에 비해, PEG처리 후 재건조 종자의 발아율은 건조하지 않은 종자보다 저조하였다. 3. 발아소요시간은 PEG 처리에 의해 크게 단축되었는데 처리기간이 길면 길수록 길었다. 4. 포장 출아율은 PEG 처리 종자가 대조구에 비해 훨씬 높았는데 처리기간이 지 연될수록, 처리 농도가 높아질수록 저조하였다. 6. 출아소요시간은 PEG처리한 다음 수세 하여 PEG를 제거한 종자가 수세하지 않은 종자에 비해 단축되었으며, PEG 처리 후 재건조 종자는 재 건조하지 않은 종자보다 지연되었다. 7. PEG 처리 종자의 포장 출아율은 모든 토양수분 함량에서 대조구 보다 훨씬 높았으며, 포장 용수량의 50%에서 70과 90%보다 높았다. 8. 토양수분함량별 출아소요시 간은 포장용수량의 50%토양수분함량에서 가장 단축되었으며, 이보다 높으면 지연되었다 9. PEG 처 종자의 유묘장은 D.W 프라이밍 종자가 대조구보다 컸으며, PEG처리 종자는 오히려 대조구보다 작았다. 유근장도 이와 비슷하였다.

        蒐集種 나물용콩 品種의 主要 特性 硏究 Ⅲ. 下胚軸 伸長性과 主要 形質과의 關係

        These experiments were conducted to investigate the variability of hypocotyl elongation, and relationship between the hypocotyl length and major chracteristics of collected native sprout soybean. The results obtained are summarized as follows; It follows that it may be reasonable to evaluate the hypocotyl elongation of soybean seeds by comparison of hypocotyl length. And the tested 133 collected native sprout soybean cultivars could be classified as follows. Long; Changsu 1, Wanju 2, Chungeub 1, Buan 4, Gimje 1, Jinan 3. Gurye 1, Sunchon 4, Short; Chonju 7, Chungeub 1, Buan 1, Gurve 3, Jindo 1, Seungju 1, Medium; other 102 cultivars. The rate of hypocotyl elongation was the highest during the hour from 72 to 84 after seeding in paper towel. The large seed produced seedling with longer hypocotyl than did medium and small seed. Hypocotyl elongation by comparison the seed coat color could be classified as follow. Long; emerald green, yellow, naple yellow. Short; amber, moss green, cocoa. Medium; black, cream. As the storage period was long, the hypocotyl length under normal temperature was apparently shortened, but that of seed in refrigerator was not changed.

        농용 무인항공방제용 500g 대립제의 잡초방제효과와 확산성

        Halosulfuron-methyl+mefenacet 500g 대립제와 3kg 입제에 대한 시간대별로 채취한 물을 분석하고 제초활성을 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 500g 대립제를 중심부에 처리하여 30~60분 후 10 ㎡ 면적에 유효한 수준의 확산이 일어났다. 확산이 일어나는데 중요한 영향을 미치는 것은 부유성담체와 수분함량이다. 이와 같은 이유로 500g 대립제의 개봉 후 수분과의 접촉은 확산성에 영향을 미치므로 개봉당일 약제를 살포하여야 한다. 500g 대립제와 3kg 입제간의 약효는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 사마귀풀, 올챙이고랭이에 대한 반응은 달랐다. 이는 유효성분이 수중에 분포하는 500g 대립제와 달리 토양표면 1cm 내에 많은 양이 분포하는 3 kg 입제와의 유효성분의 확산양상에 의한 차이이다. This study was conducted to investigate herbicidal efficacy and diffusibility of halosulfuron-methyl+mefenacet in water treated with 500 g great granule (GG) and 3 kg granule (GR). The 500 g GG was been spreading on the surface of the water within 6 minutes, 53 seconds, and it"s active ingredient was diffused in the water bath of 10 ㎡ size between 30 and 60 minutes. In addition, the diffusion of 500 g GG was influenced by moisture contents, so it have to immediately use 500 g GG in paddy fields when it was been unpacked. The herbicidal efficacy of the 500 g GG and 3 kg GR of halosulfuron-methyl+mefenacet was excellent to most weed species, but showed different efficacy for the control of Aneilema keisak and Scirpus juncoides, that was may be distribution pattern of active ingredient as different formulation.

        무인헬기용 Macrogranule(GG) 제초제의 안정성 및 살포방법 연구

        무인헬기 살포로 논에 발생하는 잡초를 방제할 목적으로 macrogranule(GG) 제초제를 개발하였다. 약제제조와 제조약제의 안정성, 살포방법에 따른 적용방법을 조사하였고, 제형별 살포소요시간 경제성을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 제조 GG의 입경(粒經)은 2.5~3mm 범위내에 85%이상을 차지하였고, 가비중은 0.2~0.4g mL-1로 수면에서 부유성을 갖고 확산되는 입제고형물이었다. GG의 저장안전성은 54±℃ 항온기온에서 2, 4, 6, 8주간 저장 후 halosulfuron-methyl을 HPLC로, mefenacet는 GC로 분석한 결과 유효성분 및 외형 변화가 없이 안정되어 있었다. GG의 수중붕괴성은 온도가 상승할수록 증가하였다. 또 담수 중 pH별 수중붕괴성은 담수 pH의 영향은 없었다. GG의 살포거리는 손살포, 도구살포 및 기계살포 등에서 각각 4~5m, 7m, 10~12m로 살포방법에 따라 달랐다. GG의 약효 및 작물안전성은 손살포, 도구살포, 기계살포 및 무인헬기살포에서 모두 우수하였다. 제형간 4,000㎡ 기준 손살포 소요시간은 GG, GR, SC, TB가 각각 38분 4초, 42분 20초, 38분 10초, 21분 4초였으나, 무인헬기 살포시 1분 32초를 나타냈다. 제형의 형태 및 특성상 무인헬기살포가 가능한 제형은 SC, GG였다. This experiment carried out to confirm characteristics of macrogranule (GG) for herbicidal efficacy by using remote-controlled aerial application (RCAA) to control annual and perennial weeds in rice paddy field, application methods, and application times of formulation types. Particle of 500 g GG having average diameter of 2.5∼3 mm was over 85 percent, the bulk density of the particle was 0.2∼0.4 g mL-1 and the particle was water floating granule. Active ingredients and external form of halosulfuronmethyl+mefenacet GG remained stable under condition of storage stability test. The disintegration time of the GG was faster as the water temperature was increased. But disintegration time was not affected by pH on the water conditions. By using hand, spoon and power applicator, drift distances of GG were 4∼5 m, 7 m and 10∼12 m, respectively. GG showed good herbicidal efficacy and plant safety in all of the application methods such as, using hand, spoon, power applicator and RCAA. Application times of GG, GR, SC and TB by hand in 4,000 m² were 38 min. 4 sec, 42 min. 20 sec, 38 min. 10 sec and 21 min. 4 sec, respectively, but application time of GG by using RCAA was 1 min 32 sec. According to appearance and characteristics of formulation types, suspension concentrate (SC) and GG were possible formulation types for RCAA.

        무인헬기용 Macro granule 제초제의 벼 작형별 살초효과 및 주변작물에 미치는 영향

        무인헬기를 이용한 제초제처리는 제초제의 특성이 항공방제에 적합해야하는 등 선결 요인이 무척이나 많다. 논에 발생하는 잡초를 방제할 목적으로 환경친화적·생력형 macro granule(GG) 제초제를 개발하였다. 무인헬기를 이용한 벼 작형별 잡초방제효과 및 벼에 대한 생육특성을 조사하고, 주변작물에 미치는 영향을 평가하였던 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. GG의 무인헬기살포효과는 담수직파시험에서 93.6∼96.6%의 방제효과를 보였는데, 손제초구와 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 수량은 손제초구와 약제처리구가 각각 4,700kg ha-1, 4,450∼4,670kg ha-1로 비슷하였다. 기계이앙시험에서는 시험약제 모두 92.7∼97.3%의 방제효과를 보였다. 무인헬기살포와 손제초구의 수량은 각각 5,270∼5,520kg ha-1, 5,730kg ha-1로 큰 차이는 없었다. 또한 GG살포가 주변작물에 미치는 영향을 보면 액상제형과 GG가 직접살포되었을 때 배추, 상추, 오이, 고추, 콩, 들깨에 생육억제, 황변, 낙엽 등의 증상이 나타났으며, 일부 개체는 고사하였는데 이것은 무인 헬기를 이용한 약제 살포의 문제점을 시사한 것으로 무인헬기 살포시 주변작물에 약액이 비산되지 않도록 주의가 필요 할 것으로 사료된다. 향후 사용 약제의 선택, 시기, 주변 작물의 종류 등을 감안 한 주도면밀한 연구가 반드시 필요하다고 생각된다. 본 연구의 결과 무인헬기를 이용한 제초제 살포는 우리나라의 농업이 처해진 여건상 새로운 대안이 될 수 있다고 보여지며 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 더욱 심도 있게 수행되어야 한다고 생각된다. This experiment was carried out to confirm characteristics of macro granule (GG) for herbicidal efficacy by using remote-controlled aerial application (RCAA) to control annual and perennial weeds in rice paddy field, and phytotoxicity to rice and non target plants of formulation types. Herbicidal efficacy of GG applied by using RCAA was 93.6∼96.6% in flooded direct sowing cultivation. There was no difference in phytotoxicity between the hand and the power applicator methods in terms of height, number of tiller and yield component. Herbicidal efficacy of GG applied by using RCAA was 92.7∼97.3% in machine transplanting rice field. There was no difference in phytotoxicity between the hand and RCAA methods in terms of height, number of tiller and yield component. When suspension concentrate (SC) and GG were applied directly on Chinese cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, pepper, soybean and wild sesame, several symptoms of injury such as, the inhibition of growth, yellowish, leaf fall and withering was observed.

      • 在來大豆에 있어서 種子크기가 下胚軸 伸長性과 出芽에 미치는 影響

        This study was undertaken to asses the effects of seed size, temperature and planting depth on hypocotyl elongation and field emergence of Korean soybean in growth chamber. The result obtained were as followed. Germination percentage was not differed markedly depending in seed size, but large seed on high temperature and small seed on low temperature were low. Seed vigor in large seed was more activity than in medium seed and small seed, and time required to germination was shortened. The length of hypocotyl elongation in large seed was more activity other than seed size. The length of hypocotyl elongation of Jeonjujearea, KLS 729-2 and KLS 405-1 were more activity other than varieties. Large seed was planted in loam soil and small seed planted in sand were poor emergence. No. of days to emergence in field was delayed with increasing the planting depth.

        An experiment was conducted to obtain basic information for breeding sprout soybean from 133 varieties of sprout soybean cultivated in the province of Chonnam and Chonbuk. Heritabilities, genetic and environmental correlations and path coefficients of plant characters with yield were estimated. Heritabilities of number of days to flowering and 100 seed weight were very high with values of 99.7% and 94.1%, respectively. Heritabilities of hypocotyl length, number of branches, diameter of main stem and chlorophyll content were medium with values of 75.6, 63.8, 82.5 and 79.0%, respectively. Plant height, number of main stem nods, number of pods for plant and yield showed relatively high values of heritabilities with 88.6, 82.7, 84.5 and 90.1%, respectively. Yields showed highly significantly positive genetic correlations with diameter of main stem, number of branches and number of pods. It also showed significantly positive correlation with number of main stem nods and 100seed weight. The magnitude of the direct effects of plant characters on yield by path coefficient analysis was in the order of number of pods per plant, 100 seed weight, diameter of main stem, number of branches, number of main stem nods and plant height.

      • 大豆品種의 主要特性 變異 : Ⅲ.Effect of Day Length and Seed Wieght on Chemical Composition in Soybean Seed Ⅲ. 日長條件과 種實重差異에 따른 主要成分含量 變異

        This study was undertaken to asses the effect of day length and seed weight on chemical composition in soybean seed. The result obtained were as followed; Longer day length caused increase in protein, but decrease in oil. As seed weight decreased, the protein content decreased, whereas the oil content was not affected by the seed weight. There were five main fatty acids; ricinoleic, palmitic, linolenic and stearic acids. Increase in day length resulted in decrease in oleic acid, but increase in linolenic acid. Oleic acid content was low in the light seeds whereas higher contents of palmitic, linolenic, and stearic acids were obtained from the lighter seeds. Positive correlation existed between stearic acid and palmitic and ricinoleic acid. However the other fatty acids showed negative correlations between each other.
