Conventional systems driven by the wind force induce the generation by rotating the rotator of the generator at high speed after the blade rotating at low speed goes through an accelerator. Also most of them is low at the usage efficiency of wind energy because of the characteristic change of wind. In this paper, for the solution of these problems and for the generation to be achieved regardless of districts and geographical features the rotation energy stored by a spring drives the compact generator, stores the electric power at batteries and supplies the power to load, continuously.<br/> The system driven by the wind force in this paper consists of a generator, an Invertor, batteries and sets for power storage with a spring. In this paper, the operation characteristics of system were analyzed through experiments for a trial product.

The general ways of the anti-islanding can be classified into the active method and passive method. The passive method which use only the voltage information when power failure occurs has much possibility of the wrong detection. And the active method detects the change of the voltage frequency as instantaneously changing the frequency of the inverter output current.<br/> Therefore, in this paper, the method to inject arbitrary order harmonics into controlled current is proposed. In this method islanding can be detected by measuring the amount of load voltage of injected harmonics order. And as a current control method predictive control method is used, which make actual current accurately to track reference current by instantaneously computing converter output voltage and has fast response in transient state This parer proposed method was verified by simulation.

BT에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 식물 종자 및 작물의 배양 기술에 관한 연구가 활발해 지고 있다. 이 연구들은 주로 백신, 종자 등에 대해 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 이를 위해 다양한 연구 환경의 구축이 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 여러가지 본야 중에서도 빛의 파장대에 따른 작물의 배양 조건 분류를 위한 특수램프 개발에 주 목적을 두고 인버터 최적조건 설계를 위하여 Ansys S/W를 사용, 램프 전원용 인버터의 열 분포를 시뮬레이션 하였다.
