        DC정합회로를 갖는 능동 Replica LDO 레귤레이터

        본 논문에서는 DC 정합회로를 갖는 능동 Replica LDO 레귤레이터에 대하여 나타내었다. Replica단과 출력 단의 DC전압을 정합하기 위하여 DC정합회로를 설계하였다. 능동 Replica LDO 레귤레이터의 PSR특성은 일반적인 레귤레이터 보다 큰 값을 가질 수 있다. 설계된 DC정합회로는 Replica 레귤레이터에서 발생할 수 있는 단점을 줄여 준다. 또한 전체회로를 능동회로로 설계함으로써 칩면적을 줄이고 수동저항을 사용할 때 발생하는 열잡음을 제거할 수 있다. 0.35um CMOS 파라미터를 사용하여 HSPICE 시뮬레이션한 결과, DC정합회로를 이용하여 설계된 레귤레이 터의 PSR특성은 -28dB@10Hz로써 DC정합회로를 사용하지 않는 일반적인 레귤레이터의 -17dB@10Hz보다 개선될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 레귤레이터의 DC출력 전압은 3V이다. In this paper, an active replica Low-dropout(LDO) regulator with DC voltage matching circuit is presented. In order to match the voltage between replica and output of regulator, DC voltage matching circuit is designed. The active replica low dropout regulator has higher Power Supply Rejection(PSR) than that of conventional regulator. The designed DC voltage matching circuit can reduce the drawback that may be occurred in replica regulator. And using fully active element in regulator can reduce the chip area and heat noise with resistor. As results of HSPICE simulation with 0.35um CMOS parameter, the designed active replica LDO regulator achieves Power Supply Rejection, -28@10Hz better than -17@10Hz of conventional replica regulator without DC matching circuit. And the output voltage is 3V.

        종합지역접근성 측정모형의 개발

        Despite of being the criteria to choose the efficient and reasonable alternatives in actual planning process, the measure of accessibility rarely has applied to practices because each model has unexplicit concept of it and limitations in itself. Accessibility implies transportation system which offers opportunity of movement to overcome spatial separation and, simultaneously, land--use system which represents the location of each activity. Therefore, measures of accessibility have to represent the attractiveness of locations and the interactions of activities, that is, land--use and transportation, with an index. Considering that urban activity is based on the economic efficiency, costs and benefits, accessibility means the economic efficiency of the location of activity and the travel in view of land-use and transport repectively. Combined models that measure accessibility with considering land-use and tranportation simultaneously depend on reasonable concepts, but it is too simple for them to explain the accessibility which resulted from complex interaction of urban activities. Combined urban activity model developed by Kim(1983) and Rho(1989) explains the characteristics of activities in each region and urban structure in economic general equilibrium states in the long term of urban system. This model measures a regional accessibility with a dual variable which means the location surplus. This is a more systematic and comprehensive model for calculating the regional accessibility because it considers the interaction of each activity in urban system. It needs efforts to apply the accessibility index as a criterion in actual planning process through finding and quantitification of other explanatory variables to measure it in combined urban activity model.

        Software Radio용 전압제어 주파수가변 CMOS 전류모드 필터

        In this paper, a voltage-controlled frequency tunable current-mode integrator and a 3rd-order current-mode Chebyshev filter in 1.8V-0.18㎛ CMOS is realized for software radio applications in system-on-chips. This filter is used for reconstruction purposes between a current-steering DAC and a current-mode mixer. Power consumption of the designed filter can be reduced by using a current-mode small size integrator. And also, cutoff frequency of this filter is variable between 1.2㎒ and 10.1㎒, the power consumption is 2.85mW. And the voltage bias compensated circuit is used to control the voltage variation.in the designed filter.

        Various approximate ways have been presented for the solution of modulation transport equation (16) under steady state conditions. The emphasis is often to give physical insight into the modulation process. I have already given one involving Compton-Getting factor and tried a brief approximate force-field solution. An estimate of adiabatic energy loss is provided by Zeφin GeV where φ is in units of GV.

        재료배합비에 따른 앵도편의 Texture 특성

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the properties of sugar (20%, 30%) and starch (15%, 20%, 25%) to Angdo on Angdo Pyun's preference, texture and color. Textural characteristics were examined through sensory evaluation, Rheometer. Color test by Color and color difference meter. The properties through sensory evaluation were appearance, color, flavor, hardness, thickness and acceptability. With Rheometer, compression force, work ratio, adhesive work and gumminess were measured. With Color and Color diffeence meter, L, a and b were measured. The results were as follows: 1. Sensory evaluation indicated that with the increase of starch addition, the Angdo Pyun maintained a worse apperance and got hardened and thickened. As the amount of suger increased, the Angdo Pyun maintained better in color and flavor as well as its acceptability. 2. Rheometer measurement indicated that a compression force, work ratio, adhesive work and gumminess tended to increase, as the starch proportion increased. As the amount of sugar increased, the Angdo Pyun maintained a greater adhesive work, work ratio and gumminess. 3. Color and Color difference meter indicated that figure L and a tended to increase and b, ΔE and ΔC decrease, as the starch proportion increased. 4. In the analysis of correlation between hardness and compression force, it was found that they are highly related. In view of the above results, it came to the conclusion that Angdo Pyun with the addition of 30% sugar and 15% starch could give the best result among the groups studied.
