        흄관매설 자동화 장비의 성능분석을 위한 평가모델의 개발

        건설 자동화 장비 개발의 성공여부를 판단하고 이를 실용화하기 위해서는 개발 장비의 성능평가 및 분석을 통해 재래식방식과 비교하여 자동화 방식을 도입함으로써 얻을 수 있는 기대효과에 대한 검증이 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국내에서 개발된 흄관매설 자동화 장비의 성능분석을 위한 평가모델 및 방법론을 구축하고 수차례의 현장실험(field trials)을 통해 수집된 실험 데이터를 바탕으로 재래식 흄관매설 방식과 자동화 방식의 성능을 종합적으로 비교$\cdot$분석함으로써 재래식 방식에 비해 자동화 방식의 도입을 통해 얻을 수 있는 정성적 $\cdot$정량적 기대효과를 제시하였다. 흄관매설 자동화 장비의 성능분석을 위해 본 연구에서 제시한 성능평가 모델 및 방법론은 향후 건설자동화 관련 기술개발 시 자동화 장비의 성능평가 및 분석 모델을 개발함에 있어 기본적 틀(framework)을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In developing an automated construction system, it is essential to propose a performance evaluation model and methodology, which can measure productivity, quality, safety and economic feasibility in order to verify its superiority. Recently, a tele-operated hume concrete pipe laying machine has been developed to solve several problems related to safety, quality, productivity in conventional method. The primary objective of this study is to propose a model and methodology for the performance evaluation of the developed tele-operated hume concrete pipe laying machine. Furthermore, this study evaluates the automation machine's performance compared with the existing hume pipe laying work by using data which obtained in many field trials. It is anticipated that the proposed model and methodology might be effectively used in analyzing the performance of other automation robots.

      • 동결(凍結) 및 동결(凍結)-융해작용(融解作用)을 받는 점성토(粘性土)의 강도(强度)와 그의 변형거동(變形擧動)

        Some experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of freezing and thawing on the strength and strain characteristics of alluvial silty clay under the different temperatures, loading and moisture conditions. The results were as follows; 1. The soil used was proved to be consisted of silty clay with honey-combed structure, and showed higher dilatancy, frost activity and lower stability in natural state. 2. Soil treated with freezing and thawing cycles showed lower compressive strength compared with the non treated, The strength decreased with incement of freezing and thawing cycles. It's shapes of stress-strain curves were flat and did not formulate a peak while the peak strength of higher moisture content soil decreased with the increment of moisture content. It's decrement ratio was most distinctly shown at the first one cycle of freezing and thawing. 3. The cohesion decreased due to freezing and thawing cycles but internal frcition angle was not changed. 4. The liquid limit decreased with increment of freezing and thawing cycles, and became almost constant after three cycles of freezing and thawing. 5. The strength under simple loading at failure mode was appeared to be higher compared with the cyclic loading after freezing and thawing but initial moisture content effect was not observed. 6. Ice lense was not observed within 50% of ice content ratio but observed over 100%. The higher the ice content ratio, the higher the peak strength. As a matter of fact, it seems that an optimum ice content ratio exists for plastic mode and the least compressive strength.

      • 동결(凍結)ㆍ융해반복작용(融解反復作用)이 화강암풍화토(花崗岩風化土)의 물리적성질(物理的性質)에 미치는 영향(影響)(II)

        In this research program special triaxial compression tests and dehydration-swelling tests under the condition of freeze-thaw process were conducted to show the effects of freezethaw process on the physical properties of weathered granite soil, and their results as follows; 1. Consolidation settlement of weathered granite soil mass was increased due to freeze-thaw process, and the initial tangent coefficient of dense state was higher than that of loose state. 2. Compression behaviour of soil was increased according to the decrease of freezing temperature, and when the freezing temperature was reached under -10℃, the compression rate was not influenced by change of freezing temperature. 3. The experiments showed that the void ratio and permeability of soil were converged into their values of shrinkage limit, and the permeability was higher due to the freeze-thaw process and as the lower the freezing temperature. 4. The decrease of liquid limit was indicated as the lower the freezing temperature, and as more the freeze4haw cycles, the moisture content was shown the lower side. 5. It was shown that the shrinkage was decreased by freeze-thaw process and not influenced by way of freezing temperature, but dehydration rate was higher.

      • 국토개발을 위한 권역설정에 관한 연구

        For the 21st century, Korea expects many different challenges arising from national and international concerns co-occurring with an transformation toward the information society and the eventual unification of North and South Korea. Current planning regions which were laid out in 1992 should be altered to adjust to the ongoing changes based on new guidelines of the expected spatial organization of the nation. This study has roughly reviewed the problems of all planning regions at the national level since 1972 and then chose the new important guidelines in order to reflect on the proposed planning region discussed. Internally, spatial change of population, rapid growth region of employment, increase of mobility and expansion of urban region were seriously considerated to drive new planning regions. Also internationally, the development of information networking including air transportation lines in the Northeast region of Asia, industrial restructuring of the existing industry, and rapid growth and development of China's eastern coastal area were widely taken into critical guidelines. Based on the above criterions, this work proposes three planning regions. The first region is centered on five major metropolitan centers including Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Taejon, and Kwangju. The second major planning region derived from small scale sector such as Yongjong new international airport area, Cheju city, Sokch'o city, Tonghae city, military demarcation area, and old mining areas. The two sites include areas that are designated either as future development sites, or sites that contain a specific land management problem such as evacuated land mines in need of reclamation. Third region includes the areas to be needed for environmental protection and conservation in relation to sustainable development, and the areas for agricultural promotion. And the territory of North Korea has to be treated in a special way for future national development. The proposed planning regions emphasize major metropolitan regions based on the future spatial activities projected by Korean society to be interdependently formed along major urban subsystems within metropolitan area, and it expects that these metropolitan areas will absorb the international impacts in the global era.
