행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램이 만5세 유아의 공동체의식과 친사회적 행동에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 나, 너 그리고 공동체를 함께 생각한다는 목표를 바탕으로 누리과정에 맞추어 제작된 행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램이 누리과정 사회관계 영역에서 강조하고 있는 유아의 친사회적 행동과 공동체의식에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 인성교육 관련 논문 및 자료들을 고찰하여 인성 덕목과 요소들을 도출하여 프로그램을 구성하였고, 유아교육전문가와 대학교수의 자문을 통해 프로그램에 대한 내용타당도 및 적합성 검증의 과정을 거쳐서 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 G광역시에 소재하고 있는 유치원의 만5세 유아 각 23명을 실험집단과 비교집단으로 선정하여 개발된 행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 실험집단은 9개월 간 20회기에 걸쳐 개발한 인성교육 프로그램을 적용하여 수업을 실행하였고, 비교집단은 같은 기간 동안 만5세 누리과정 사회관계 영역의 활동을 실행하였다. 연구결과, 행복누리카드를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램이 만5세 유아의 공동체의식과 친사회적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개발된 인성교육 프로그램으로 지속 효과를 위해 일상생활 속에서 반복적인 실천 활동을 통해 체계적으로 수행해야 할 것이다. This study aims to empirically verify the effect of a the character education program on children’s pro-social behavior and community spirit particularly in the social relation domain Haengbok Nuri Cards created according to the Nuri course that encourages thinking in temes of me, you, and the community as a whole. Therefore this study first reviewed theses and data related to personality education, dentified personality characteristics and elements, constructed, and developed the program after verifying the validity and adequacy of the contents in collaboration with an infant education expert and a university professor. To verify the effect of the program, the author selected 23 children who were five years old. at a kindergarten located in G metropolitan city as an experimental group and a comparative group, and it applied the character education program to them using the Haengbok Nuri Cards. The experimental group completed the class in 20 sessions over nine months applying the character education program, and the comparative group performed activities in the social relation domain of the Nuri course for five years old children. According to the research results, the character education program using Haengbok Nuri Cards showed a positive influence on five years old children’s community spirit and pro-social behavior. For a continuous effect, the character education program should be systematically incorporated in daily life through repeated and practical activities.

북한강 수역에서 분리한 남조류 Anabaena circinalis 휴면포자 발아에 대한 환경요인의 영향

Akinete germination may be a starting point of some akinete-producing cyanobacterial blooms in eutrophic freshwater systems. This study examined germinability of akinete of a cyanobacterium Anabaena circinalis isolated from the sediment of the North Han River (Cheongpyung Dam), Korea, under several environmental factors such as temperature (5~25.C), light (0~100 μmol photons m-2 s-1), nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus) and pH (5~12). The high germination rate appeared at high temperature: ¤55% at 25.C, followed by 15% at 15.C, 10.C and 10% at 5.C. Low light intensity was favorable for akinete germination. Over 45% of germination occurred at low light intensities (5, 15 and 30 μmol photons m-2 s-1), while less than 10% of germination occurred at both 50 and 100 μmol photons m-2 s-1. No germination occurred in the dark condition. Akinete germination rate increased with nutrient (phosphorus and nitrogen) enrichment, and nitrogen addition showed greater effect on the germination compared to phosphorus addition. Akinetes germinated well at neutral or slightly alkaline pH condition (pH 7 and pH 8: ¤55%), but no germination was observed at pH 11~12. The present study demonstrates some favorable ambient conditions of Anabaena circinalis germination, which could provide useful information to study the germination conditions of other Anabaena species or akinete-forming algae and predict its bloom in eutrophic freshwaters.

유전자 기법을 이용한 북한강 수역 Anabaena strain의 동정 및 Geosmin 생산 잠재성 분석

This study was conducted to identify the bloom-forming Anabaena strains with two phenotypes (straight-type and coil-type) isolated from North Han River (Sambong-ri Joam-myun) using 16S rDNA sequence. The odor material producing potential was also examined using the geosmin-synthesizing gene cluster. Despite of striking morphological difference of the two stains, resembling A. circinalis and A. crassa species, the phylogenetic analysis using 16S rDNA identified the both strains as a single species of A. circinalis with high genetic similarity (98%~100%). Also, two Anabaena strains showed to possess the geosmin-synthesizing gene cluster, indicating that they are capable of producing the odor substance. This study is the first report that provides the direct evidence of geosmin production in the gene level by A. circinalis in Korea, and provides important basic information to identify the source alga of geosmin increase and its management in North Han River.
