        외모관여수준에 따른 피부관리 구매동기와 상품평가속성 차이 연구

        With adding interest in the appearance, people have invested time and effort to make their appearance better. From recent advances in digital technology, people are interested in skin condition and care. Therefore, this study was to examine the appearance involvement and consumer purchasing behaviors(purchase motivation and attributes to evaluate) by involvement degrees. In order to achieve the goals, survey was performed for randomly selected 620 customers lived in Pusasn, Ulsan, Kyungnam, and Daejeon. These surveys were analyzed as with SPSS-WIN 19.0. and performed as frequency, factor, reliability, cluster, and ANOVA. The results were as follows. First, in measuring the level of involvement, respondents were divided to two groups according to means. Seconds, there were significant differences by the level of involvement in the purchase motivation. Thirds, there were significant differences by the level of involvement in the attributes to evaluate. In conclusion, the results of this study are to expect to be utilized as fundamental resource which plan differentiated marketing strategy for customers using skin care services.

        피부 관리실의 서비스품질이 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향

        With the economic growing, people has had the attention of health and appearance. Due to this trend, skin-care market was grown and service quality was the important variables to differentiate among skin-care shop. The purpose of this study was to examine service quality of skin-care shop and clarify the relation of perceived value and post-purchase behavior. For this study, a questionnaire survey was performed for randomly selected 280 customers using the skin-care shop lived in Pusan and Kyungnam. These surveys were analyzed as with SPSS-WIN 17.0 and Amos 5.0. The result was summarized as follows: 1. Service quality was classified 3 factorspeople, physical environment, policy. 2. Only the physical environment factor was affected the perceived value. 3. The perceived value was influenced the positive word-of-mouth and store loyalty. The findings of this study are expected to be utilized as fundamental data for developing and applying the service marketing strategy in skin-care shop.

        수기요법과 초음파관리가 30~40대 중년여성의 피부상태에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study lies in examining the changes in oil, moisture, resilience, pigment and wrinkles and satisfaction. the clinical trials were conducted once a week for 10 weeks. As to the oil quantity, there was no change in T-zone oil quantity between the manipulative therapy and ultrasonic waves apparatus group, nor change in T-zone oil quantity according to intergroup measurement period. In the case of the manipulative therapy group, the U-zone oil quantity has increased; in the case of ultrasonic waves apparatus group, the U-zone oil quantity has decreased. The U-zone oil quantity has reduced more in the ultrasonic waves apparatus group than in the manipulative therapy group. As to the water quantity, in the case of the manipulative therapy group, there was no change in both the U-zone and T-zone; in the case of the ultrasonic waves apparatus group, the water quantity has increased. The water quantity of the ultrasonic waves apparatus group has increased more than that of the manipulative therapy group. As to the pores, in the case of the manipulative therapy group, it has decreased in its value; so has the ultrasonic waves apparatus group. As to the wrinkles, in the case of the manipulative therapy group, the wrinkles value has reduced, so has the ultrasonic waves apparatus group. There was no change in the wrinkles value according to the intergroup measurement period. As to the pigment, in the cases of both the ultrasonic waves apparatus and manipulative therapy group, the pigment value has reduced. However, the pigment value of the ultrasonic waves apparatus group has reduced more than that of the manipulative therapy group. As to the resilience level, there was no change in the resilience value in the case of manipulative therapy group; however, it has increased in the case of the ultrasonic waves apparatus group.
