학습자 중심의 비주얼씽킹을 활용한 「가족과 문화」수업사례 연구

본 연구는 학습자 중심의 비주얼씽킹(Visual Thinking)을 활용하여 사범대학 가정교육과 학생들을 대상으로 가족과 문화 수업에 적용 후 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 암기 위주의 전통적인 학습 방법인 강의식수업에서 벗어나 미래 교육에서 요구하는 핵심 (교과)역량을 길러주기 위한 총 14차시 수업을 설계하여 진행하였고, 수업 효과를 알아보기 위해 수업 만족도 설문조사 및 활동지, 성찰일지, 팀별 보고서를 분석하였다. 학생들은 일방적 강의에서 탈피하여 스스로 이해하고 자발적 참여와 토론 등 어울림 수업을 할수 있어서 좋았으며, 비주얼씽킹을 활용한 수업은 흥미로웠고 특히, 학습 내용을 정리하는데 유용하여 다 른 전공분야에 적용시킬 의지도 높게 나타났다. 이처럼 비주얼씽킹을 가족과 문화 수업에 활용해보는 것은 학습자 중심의 교수학습 방법으로 긍정적인 학습 효과를 가진 것으로 나타나, 미래 교육과 인재 양성을 위한 대학교육뿐만 아니라 중등교육에도 활용될 것으로 기대한다. This study used learner-oriented visual thinking to examine the effects of applying it to family-based and cultural classes for students of Family Education at private universities. A total of 14 classes were designed and conducted to develop core (textbook) competencies required by future education, which focuses away from the traditional method of learning by rote. The class satisfaction survey, activity log, and team-specific reports were analyzed to find out the overall effectiveness of the classes. It was good for students to get away from one-sided lectures to understand themselves and to have a chance to take lessons in harmony with methods such as voluntary participation and discussion at the forefront; Students thought classes using visual thinking were interesting, and they showed a high willingness to apply them (the learned techniques) to other majors as they were useful in organizing their learning content. Such use of visual thinking in family and cultural classes is expected to be used in secondary education as well, to foster future education and talent, as it is shown to have positive learning effects as a learner-oriented method of teaching.

46,XX 남성은 여성의 핵형을 가지나, 남성의 표현형을 나타내는 경우를 말한다. SRY 유전자는 Y 염색체(Yp 11.31)의 단완에 위치하며 인간에서 성을 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 증례는 무정자증의 임상증상이 보이는 46,XX 남성의 정확한 원인분석을 위해 말초혈액분석에서 세포유전학적인 방법과 분자유전학적인 방법을 함께 병행한 보고이다. 남성 표현형과 비교하여 성에 불일치 소견이 보여, 그 원인을 찾기 위해 QF-PCR, FISH와 Multiplex PCR 분석 등의 분자유전학적 방법을 적용하였다. 그 결과, 여성의 성 염색체 XX를 가지되 SRY 유전자가 존재하여 남성 표현형을 보이면서 무정자증이 된 경우이다. 따라서, 일반적인 세포유전학 방법을 기초로 QF-PCR, FISH와 Multiplex PCR 분석 등과 같은 분자유전학적 방법을 병행하면 환자의 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 제공하는데 효과적이고 유용하다. 46,XX male is a rare sex constitution characterized by the development of bilateral testis in persons who lack a Y chromosome. Manifestations of 46,XX males are usually hypogonadism, gynecomastia, azoospermia, and hyalinations of seminiferous tubules. The incidence of XX male reversal is approximately 1 in 20,000 male neonates. The SRYgene is located at the short arm of the Y chromosome(Yp11.31) and codes for testis determining factor in humans. Here, the patient, who presented with a normal male phenotype, was referred for azoospermia. Conventional cytogenetic analysis showed a 46,XX karyotype. Quantitative fluorescent polymerase chain reaction(QF-PCR) and Multiplex PCR studies identified SRY gene. And, Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization(FISH) confirmed the SRY gene on the distal short arm of chromosome X. We identified the SRY gene on the distal short arm of chromosome X by molecular cytogenetic and molecular analyses. Therefore, molecular-cytogenetics and molecular studies were proved to be clinically useful adjunctive tool to conventional prenatal cytogenetic analysis.
