This paper presents studies on the development of an internal measurement system for the footwear using laser sensor. The measurement system gains to the height of the profile at internal footwear. It accomplishes the 3-axises control which uses ball screws, L-M guides and stepping motors. It is used a laser sensor at the measurement of the distance, and Labview is used for the control and the measurement. We can get the profile through reverse engineering for the LAST. The data of profile is fixed a heigh of the LAST. Then, we try to verify as compare the profile with one which is collected by Internal measurement system.

This study is an inspection of press forming product and mould using reverse engineering system. The inspection process on production field involves a lot of errors because of the hand-work so we focussed on improving the measured precision through performing the effective inspection using 3D non-contact scanner. By so doing that, we improved the precision of press forming product by analyzing the cause following the inspection result. Through the inspection, we applied it to the reverse engineering and we could improve the inspection process.

Ground resistance is very important element in distribution line of multi-grounded system. Therefore, use several kind of ground electrode materials to get ground resistance. In this study, examine about characteristics of seasonal variations of ground resistance by several kind of ground electrode material that is used to ground electrode of distribution line, and compares and evaluated characteristics of each ground electrode material.

PAM-STAMP is a widely used program which deals with press forming analysis. A blanking used in the press process depends on the experience of the workers. Thus it causes some waste material and demands a lot of time and many costs at the manufacturing mold. So we need to optimize of the blanking size. We have studied the optimal blanking size of the Brace Center Pillar using an Inverse module in PAM-STAMP.
