        중심 안정화 운동과 저항성 운동이 만성요통환자의 통증완화 및 무게중심 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of core stabilization exercise and resistance training on the changes of chronic low back pain and the center of gravity (COG). 23 chronic lumbago patients were divided into 3 groups as core stabilization group (n=8), resistance training group (n=8), and combined group (n=7) with core stabilization exercise and resistance training. They have been evaluated the body composition, COG and visual analogue scale (VAS) at 3 times (before training, after 3 weeks, and 6 weeks of training). Although there were no significant differences of weight and fat mass among three groups, core stabilization group had a significant decrease of %fat. After 3 weeks, core stabilization group had a little improvement of the COG in Coronal Left-Right (CLR) and Harmonic Frequency Pst-Frnt (HFPF). Resistance training and combined group had improved the center of gravity in Midsagittal Pst-Frnt (MPF) and Harmonic Frequency Left-Right (HFLR) after 6 weeks of training. In the changes of VAS, combined group was significantly lower than any other groups in back pain, exercise pain, stiffness, walking discomfort, standing still pain, twisting pain, handicap, work interference, work modification. In conclusion, combined exercise program with core stabilization exercise and resistance training of 6 weeks showed the reduction of %fat, balance of the COG, and low back pain. This program is suggested as an effective intervention for chronic lumbago patients.

        폐경 중년여성의 운동순서에 따른 신체구성, 혈중 대사변인 및 체력 변화의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of long term complex training program on body composition, blood metabolic profiles and physical fitness of postmenopausal women. 21 menopausal women were randomly assigned for 2 groups(Resistance-Aerobic exercise group; R-A, Aerobic-Resistance exercise group’A-R) and trained for 8 weeks. After 8 wks complex training, body weight, abdominal subcutaneous fat area, and body fat percentage were significantly reduced in the R-A. The R-A group also significantly improved serum lipid profile and a significant increase in glucose, estrogen, and osteocalcin. The R-A and A-R also had substantial physical changes. The R?A and A-R also had a significant increase in muscular endurance and flexibility. In conclusion, we verified that R-A complex training had a positive effect on reduction of weight, abdominal subcutaneous fat, body fat percentage and blood lipids. A complex training program can help prevent physical function and function control decline for middle-aged women, after menostasia. Although these results are not definitive, systematic programs are proposed for menopausal middle-aged women as an exercise method. Doing aerobic exercise after resistance exercise can resolve obesity quickly. It can also have a significant effect on improving muscle endurance and flexibility.<br/> <br/>

        아트광고 효과연구

        본 연구는 아트 광고가 비아트 광고보다 효과적인가를 알아본 후에 적합성, 친숙성 및 제품유형이 그 효과 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 대학생 316명을 대상으로 8집단(적합성x친숙성x제품유형)으로 구분하여 실험을 실시하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행 연구 결과에서처럼 아트 광고가 비아트 광고보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제품과 작품 간의 적합성이 아트 광고 효과의 조절변인으로 작용하는가를 알아보았는데 연구 결과 광고태도의 경우에만 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 적합성과 친숙성에 따른 아트 광고의 효과가 제품 유형에 따라 다르게 나타나는가를 알아보았다. 연구 결과 광고 태도는 쾌락재와 실용재 모두 제품과 작품이 적합하고 친숙한 작품을 본 경우에 높게 나타났으며, 제품-작품 적합성과 작품 친숙성, 제품 유형간 삼원 상호작용효과도 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 브랜드태도의 경우 친숙한 작품의 경우에는 쾌락재와 실용재에 따라 큰 차이가 없었으나, 친숙하지 않은 경우는 쾌락재의 경우가 실용재보다 더 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과는 아트 광고가 효과적인 광고 전략이며 제품과 작품 간의 적합성이 신중히 고려되어야 함을 시사해준다. 또한 제품-작품 적합성, 작품 친숙성, 제품 유형간의 상호작용효과가 아트 광고에 대한 태도에서 검증되었다. 즉, 아트 광고에 있어 쾌락재보다 실용재를 광고하게 될 경우 제품-작품 적합성, 작품 친숙성에 따른 광고태도 차이가 컸는데, 이는 특히 실용재 광고에서 아트를 활용할 경우 ``제품과 작품이 얼마나 적합한지``, ``작품이 얼마나 친숙한지``에 대해 더욱 주의하여야 함을 보여주는 결과이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ad with art image on the consumer`s responses focusing on the moderating effects of product-art fit, art familiarity and product type. To meet the purpose, six hypothesis were proposed and an experiment with 2×2×2 factorial design by types of product(utilitarian/hedonic), product-art fit(fit/unfit) and art familiarity(familiarity/unfamiliarity) was performed. The results are as following. Firstly, ad with art image had more positive scores in ad attitude and brand attitude than ad with non-art image. Secondly, three-way interaction effect of product-art fit, art familiarity and product type were significant. In other words, when the product type was utilitarian goods, the art familiarity gap with product-art high fit was significantly influenced on the attitude toward the ad, however in hedonic goods were not. As for the brand attitude, two-way interaction effect of art familiarity and product type was significant. These results support those of the previous studies in which the ad with art images had positive ad effects and suggest that product-art fit, art familiarity, product type to consumers` response are more important variables affecting the effects of the ad with art image.

        대학 레슬링 선수들의 단기간 체중감량 정도에 따른 신체조성, 스트레스 호르몬 및 뇌활성 변화

        This study explores the psychological changes according to the changes of the stress hormone activity in accordance with the short-term weight loss, as well as athletes physiological changes of the central nervous system and weight loss by looking at changes in brain activity simultaneously. This wrestler belonging College(n=14) as a target were each separated by a person of less than 5% weight-loss group (n=7) and at least 5% weight group (n=7) in order. Subjects were treated with short-term weight loss by classical methods such as 1-5 days of high intensity training and dietary restrictions. As a result, the following conclusion could be obtained. As a result, if the short-term excessive weight loss of more than 5% of body weight shows that in addition to the reduction of body weight and fat mass may result in a significant reduction of the lean body mass, such as muscle, it represented a significant change in serum stress hormones and brain activity could. This performances of the contestants players ahead of the game is of course considered to be able to have a negative impact on personal health. But this is more through careful research studies of future results each factor on the fitness level changes or deciding performance factors Analysis will be needed for.
