        The objectives of this study are to find out 1) the overall stress level of the industrial employees, 2) the differences of demographic variables(sex, age, religion, birth order, social level, income, residence style, home ownership and home scale) of the industrial employees, 3) the higher stress item among the stress cases of the industrial employees, 4) the differences in industrial employees stress coping methods according to sex, age, religion, birth order, social level, income, residence style, home ownership and home scale, 5) the differences on the overall stress situations of the industrial employees. Participants were 733 industrial employees between 20's and 50's(540 males and 193 females). The data were collected by the following tools: Social Re-adaptive Diagnostic Scale(42 items) standardized by Holmes and Rahe, Diagnostic Scale of Stress Situations developed by Kim Heung-Gyu(1994). The collected data were analyzed frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA by SPSS 10.0. The findings of this study were as follows: First, 92.1% of the industrial employees showed no stress related problem, 7.9% of the employees showed serious level of stress conditions. Second, according to demographic analysis only sex, age, home ownership and home scale were found the differences of stress. Third, the most stressful factor during one year for the industrial employees was in the working condition. Fourth, Males have more confidence in coping with stress compares to females. Finally, the study shows that 40.8%(299 people) of the employees, the larger portion in the study, can in fact control their stress.

        전통호텔 건립의 타당성 및 선호도

        본 연구는 충북 제천지역의 전통호텔 건립에 대한 타당성과 선호도를 파악하고, 향후 개발방향에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 설문지는 제천의 인근지역(단양, 청주, 원주)에 각 50부씩, 수도권은 100부를 포함한 300부를 배포하여 248부를 회수하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 전통숙박시설의 건축형태는 외관(한옥)/내부(서양식)의 절충형, 10만원 미만의 숙박요금, 전통음식점, 전통체험관 및 교육시설의 부대시설이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 2. 전통숙박시설의 이용목적에서 적절한 숙박요금과 위치(주변 관광지와의 연계)를 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 3. ‘한옥과 서양식의 혼합형’의 건축형태에서 10만원 또는 15만원대의 객실요금, 자연친화적이면서 전통문화를 체험할 수 있는 공간을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 건축형태와 전통숙박시설에서 ‘한옥/서양식 절충형’은 객실/식음료의 적절한 가격, 청결과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This paper is to suggest direction for development, and to analysis feasibility and preference traditional hotel which will be build in Jae cheon city. The questionnaires are distributed each 50 in local area (Jae cheon, Dan Yang, Cheong Ju, Won Ju) and 100 in seoul, then used for data analysis 248. The results are as followed. First, it was showed that architectural style which is mixed korean traditional style outside with modern style inside, 100,000 (won) lower room cost, Korean restaurant, and various facilities. Second, two main reasons for using traditional house are to proper room price, and good location which is tourist attraction near lodging. Third. accommodations which is compromise between Korean and Western style is closely related with lower room cost (100,000 won), and natural-oriented traditional facilities. Fourth, traditional accommodations which is blend Korean style with Western style are strongly connected proper room and food & beverage price, and sanitation.

      • 솔리드모델과 2D 연성모델을 사용한 브레이크 디스크의 열해석

        This paper describes the thermoelastic instability arising from friction heat generation in braking and proposes the finite element methods to predict the variation of temperature and thermal deformation. In a conventional disc brake analysis, heat generation is only related with wheel speed and friction material and the interface pressure between disc and pad is assumed constant. But, under dynamic braking conditions, the frictional heat causes the thermoelastic distortion that leads to more concentrated contact pressure distribution and hence more and more non-uniform temperature.<br/> In this paper, to complete the solution of the thermomechanically coupled problem, the linear relation model between pressure and temperature is proposed and demonstrated in examples of a simple two dimensional contact problem. And the two dimensional model has been extended to an annular three dimensional disc model in order to consider more realistic geometry and to provide a more accurate critical speed for automotive brake systems.

        This study presents the active noise control of duct noise. The duct was excited by a steady-state harmonic and white noise force and the control was performed by one control speaker attached to surface of the duct. An adaptive controller based on filtered -x LMS (FXLMS) algorithm was used and controller was defined by minimizing the square of the response of the error microphone. The assembled controller, which is called a hybrid ANC(Active Noise Control) system, was combined with feedforward and feedback controller. The feedforward ANC attenuates primary noise that is correlated with the reference signal, while the feedback ANC cancels the narrowband components of the primary noise that are not observed by the reference sensor. Furthermore, in many ANC applications, the periodic components of noise are the most intense and the feedback ANC system has the effect of reducing the spectral peaks of the primary noise, thus easing the burden of the feedforward ANC filter.<br/>

        "Development of Active Noise Control System for Vehicle's Muffler" is developing an active muffler system capable of attenuating low frequency noise levels and simultaneously improving engine performance. Its concepts will utilize a digital signal processing computer, with a cancelling actuator connected to the engine via a straight-through pipe, to cancel unwanted engine exhaust noise. With fast clock speed of 20MHz, the DSP chip allows for rapid adaption to a car engine speed changes.<br/> Sensing devices located within the Active Muffler System detect exhausted noise generated by the engine. The sensing devices relay the noise, in the form of electrical signals, to the DSP computer. The DSP analyzes the incoming information and, in response, generates mirror image elecrical signals. These inverse signals are then introduced, through transducers, into the Active Muffler System canister. Within miliseconds, cancellation occurs. Through these cancellation process, considerable noise reduction will be attatined.<br/> In this study, active muffler was designed and manufactured for exhaust noise reduction of commercial vehicle, then simulation and experiment of real vehicle was conducted.<br/>
