1985년에 설치된 대덕전파천문대의 14m망원경은 이전까지 단일빔 관측으로 성간운 및 별탄생 영역, 활동성 은하핵 구조 등을 연구해왔다. 최근 다중빔 시스템 구축을 완료하여 실제 연구관측을 진행하고 있다. 다중빔 수신기는 단일경 관측 시스템의 경우보다 최소 10배 이상의 효율을 향상시킨다. 이번 호를 통해 새 단장한 대덕전파망원경에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

This paper presents an effective method for detecting vehicles in front of the camera-assisted car during nighttime driving. The proposed method detects vehicles based on detecting vehicle headlights and taillights using techniques of image segmentation and clustering. First, in order to effectively extract spotlight of interest, a pre-signal-processing process based on camera lens filter and labeling method is applied on road-scene images. Second, to spatial clustering vehicle of detecting lamps, a grouping process use light tracking method and locating vehicle lighting patterns. For simulation, we are implemented through Da-vinci 7437 DSP board with visible light mono-camera and tested it in urban and rural roads. Through the test, classification performances are above 89% of precision rate and 94% of recall rate evaluated on real-time environment.
Rod Milling과 Chemical Leaching에 의해 제작된 비평형 Al(Fe-Cu) 합금 분말의 결정화 및 자기적 특성

We report the crystallization and magnetic properties of non-equilibrium $Al_{0.6}(Fe_{x}Cu_{1-x})_{0.4}(x=0.25, 0.50, 0.75)$ alloy powders produced by rod-milling as well as by new chemical leaching. X-ray diffractometry, transmission electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and vibrating sample magnetometry were used to characterize the as-milled and leached specimens. After 400 h or 500 h milling, only the broad peaks of nano bcc crystalline phases were detected in the XRD patterns. The crystallite size, the peak and the crystallization temperatures increased with increasing Fe. After being annealed at $600{^\circ}C$ for 1 h for as-milled alloy powders, the peaks of bcc $AlCu_{4}\;and\;Al_{13}Cu_{4}Fe_{3}\;for\;x=0.25,\;bcc\;AlCu_{4}\;and\;Al_{5}Fe_{2}\;for\;x=0.50,\;and\;Al_{5}Fe_{2},\;and\;Al_{0.5}Fe_{0.5}\;for\;x=0.75$ are observed. After being annealed at $500{^\circ}\;and\;600{^\circ}C$for 1 h for leached specimens, these non-equi-librium phases transformed into fcc Cu and $CuFe_{2}O_{4}$phases for the x=0.25 specimen, and into bcc ${\alpha}-Fe,\;fcc\;Cu,\;and\;CuFe_{2}O_{4}$ phases for both the x=0.50 and the x=0.75 specimens. The saturation magnetization decreased with increasing milling time for $Al_{0.6}(Fe_{x}Cu_{1-x})_{0.4}$ alloy powders. On cooling the leached specimens from $800{\~}850^{\circ}C$,\;the magnetization first sharply increase at about $491.4{\circ}C,\;745{\circ}C,\;and\;750.0{\circ}C$ for x=0.25, x=0.50, and x=0.75 specimens, repectively.

Currently, most automobile companies are interested in research on intelligent autonomous vehicle. They are mainly focused on driver's intelligent assistant and driver replacement. In order to develop an autonomous vehicle, lateral and longitudinal control is necessary. This paper presents a lateral and longitudinal control system for autonomous vehicle that has only mono-vision camera. For lane detection, we present a new lane detection algorithm using clothoid parabolic road model. The proposed algorithm in compared with three other methods such as virtual line method, gradient method and hough transform method, in terms of lane detection ratio. For adaptive control, we apply a vanishing point estimation to fuzzy control. In order to improve handling and stability of the vehicle, the modeling errors between steering angle and predicted vanishing point are controlled to be minimized. So, we established a fuzzy rule of membership functions of inputs (vanishing point and differential vanishing point) and output (steering angle). For simulation, we developed 1/8 size robot (equipped with mono-vision system) of the actual vehicle and tested it in the athletics track of 400 meter. Through the test, we prove that our proposed method outperforms 98 % in terms of detection rate in normal condition. Compared with virtual line method, gradient method and hough transform method, our method also has good performance in the case of clear, fog and rain weather.
알칼리 정제(精製)와 에스테르화에 의한 미강유의 이화학적(理化學的) 특성(特性)의 비교(比較)

알칼리 처리와 글리세린으로 에스테르화 반응을 시킨 탈산공정에 의하여 정제한 각 미강유의 이화학적 항수 및 지방질 조성을 비교하였다. 비중 및 굴절율은 글리세린처리미강유가 알칼리정제미강유보다 높았고, 색도는 글리세린처리미강유가 알칼리정제미강유보다 훨씬 진한 황색도를 나타내었으며, 발연점은 알칼리정제미강유가 글리세린처리미강유보다 60${\sim}80^{\circ}C$높았다. 유리지방산의 함량은 알칼리정제미강유(0.05%)보다 글리세린처리미강유(0.88${\sim}$1.36%)가 높았으며, 왁스는 알칼리정제미강유에서는 검출되지 않았으나 글리세린처리미강유에서는 soft wax가 0.600${\sim}$0.871%, hard wax가 0.035%${\sim}$0.486% 함유되어 있었다. 알칼리 정제미강유와 글리세린처리미강유의 중성지방질, 당지방질 및 인 지방질의 함량은 큰 차이가 없었다. 중성지방질중의 TG 함량은 알칼리정제미강유(96.3%)가 글리세린처리미강유(93.0${\sim}$94.1%)보다 많았으며 MG함량은 알칼리정제미강유(0.11%)가 글리세린처리미강유(0.39${\sim}$0.69%)보다 낮았다. 알칼리 정제미강유와 글리세린처리미강유의 주요지방산은 올레산, 리놀레산, 팔미트산 이었으며 처리방법에 따라 큰 차이가 없었다. The alkali refined rice bran oil (ARBO) and the esterified rice bran oil (ERBO) with glycerol were analyzed for their physicochemical charateristics and the compositions. Specific gravity, refractive index and yellowness of ERBO was higher than ARBO but smoking point was 60-$80^{\circ}C$ higher than ERBO. The free fatty acid content was 0.05% a ARBO and 0.88-1.36% ERBO. The wax was not detected in ARBO but the soft and hard waxes were detected in ERBO. The lipids were composed of 98-99% neutral lipid, 0.2-0.5% glycolipid and 0.1-0.5% of phospholipid in all samples. The triglyceride content of neutral lipid was 96.3% ARBO and 93.0-94.1% ERBO, and its monoglyceride content was 0.11% ARBO and 0.39-0.69% ERBO. The major fatty acid composition of samples were 41-42% oleic, 36-40% linoleic and 17-18% of palmitic acid.
