아잘레아 조생종 중생종 만생종 품종을 입실시기를 달리하여 개화반응을 조사 한 결과, 저온피해는 ‘Red Beauty’에서 11월 입실부터 발생하기 시작하여 12월 및 1월 입실은 40%나 발생하였다. 모든 품종에서 9월, 10월 및 11월 입실구는 약간씩 개화가 증가하다가 다시 감소되었으며, 12월과 1월 입실구는 개화소요일수와 개화기간이 짧고 일시에 개화하는 경향을 보였다. 개화 반응을 기준으로 품종별 입실시기는 ‘Red Wing’은 1월 하순, ‘Mother’s Day’와 ‘Coral Wing’은 12월 하순이 적당하다고 판단되었다. The flowering response of azalea as influenced by forcing dates were investigated. Days to flowering and flowering period showed significant difference by different forcing dates between September and January. Cold damage was observed in ‘Red Beauty’ forced in November and 40% of ‘Red Beauty’ showed cold damage when forced in December and January. In all the test varieties, flowering was once increased and decreased in treatments forced in September, October, and November, while treatments of forcing in December and January showed characteristics of short flowering period and days to flowering all together. The forcing dates of ‘Red Wing’ was on January 26, The forcing dates of ‘Mother’s Day’ and ‘Coral Wing’ was on December 26.

<Abstract> Cyberspace is mostly made up of the Internet and is the greast revolutionary event of this century. It is bringing about epoch-making changes to existing legal, social and economic systems. With the advent of the Internet, Electronic Commerce on the Internet has become one of the most rapidly growing area. The World Wide Web at the Internet is opening a new ream of commerce. Keeping pace with this trend, the Korean government has made a draft about the Basic Law on Electronic Commerce. The purpose of this study is to comprehend and resolve legal problem on electronic document, electronic declaration of intention, electronic contract. Electronic Commerce is commerce transactions using computers in virtual environment through computer networks. In the Electronic Commerce, a customer can contract with many company owing to the convenient service and the reduced search and transaction costs etc. Also a company can reduce time, costs and stocks. Electronic Commerce should be applied to the existing law and be reflected. Electronic document should be recognized and provided in private law. Electronic declaration of intention should be recognized and applied to the existing law and concidered its peculiarity. The existing electronic contract is mostly contract between person at a distant place, but the coming real-time electronic contract will be contract between person in conversation. The following suggestions should be taken into considerations in the enactment of EC-related laws. First, for the sake of the promotion of Electronic Commerce, it is most desirable to rosolve EC-related legal problem according to the principle of ensuring autonomy of the parties concerned. Second, the enactment of Hectronic Commerce should be conducted in a comprehensive, systematic, open, and reasonable manner. Lastly, it is desirable that Electronic Commerce is led by the private organization and government intervention is minimized on the basis of the market principles.
