Domestic electrical construction inspection system was introduced into building site in 1963 by registered architect"s law, meanwhile, inspector appointed by ministry of owners take charge of Government managing building site. Afterwards several systems has been adopted to heal some problems each of them has revealed. These times Government granted authority for inspection on surveillancer, furthermore, formulate a supervising system which articulate the responsibilities of supervision and put it in effect as of 1st, January, 1994. This supervision system gets rid of factors causing faulty work to a considerable extent. However, as it is still in early stage, the system has various problems to overcome, For example, actual state of handling modifications of design in accordance with supervision system in field shows a difference between process provided by law and field process. Thus this study inquire and analyze actual condition of supervision system, at the same time, problems occurring in modifications of design under supervision, and then propose a way to improve it.
티타니아에 담지된 귀금속촉매의 H<sub>2</sub>O-H<sub>2</sub> 전처리에 따른 휘발성유기화합물 산화에 미치는 영향

연구에서는 $TiO_2$ 담체에 귀금속(Pd, Ru, Ir)을 담지시켜 촉매를 제조하였다. 금속분산의 향상을 위해 $H_2O-H_2$ 전처리 기술이 이용되었고, 반응물로서 xylene, toluene 그리고 MEK를 사용하였다. 단일금속과 합금금속의 촉매들은 함침법에 의해 준비하였고, XRD, XPS 분석을 통하여 특성 분석하였다. Pd-Ru, Pd-Ir 촉매는 다양한 활성점을 나타내었고, 그것은 Pd의 metal 영역를 강화시켰다. 합금금속으로 이루어진 촉매가 단일 금속으로 이루어진 촉매에 비해 VOCs 전환율이 더 높았다. $H_2O-H_2$ 전처리 기술은 Pd 입자를 고르게 분산시켰다. 이는 촉매의 효율을 증진시키는 효과를 보여주었다. 본 연구에서 Pd에 소량의 Ru, Ir 첨가는 VOCs의 산화반응을 증진시켰고, $TiO_2$ 담체상에서 $H_2O-H_2$ 전처리는 VOCs의 제거효율을 증진시켰다. In this study, noble metals (Pd, Ru, Ir) were supported to $TiO_2$ catalyst. In order to distribute metals uniformly, $H_2O-H_2$ pretreatment technique was used. Xylene, toluene, and MEK were used as reactants. The monometallic or bimetallic catalysts were prepared by the excess wetness impregnation method and were characterized by XRD, and XPS analysis. Pd-Ru, Pd-Ir bimetallic catalysts had multipoint active sites which improved the range of Pd metal state. Bimetallic catalysts had a higher conversion of VOCs than that of monometallic one. The effect of $H_2O-H_2$ pretreatment technique was the enhancement of uniform distribution of Pd particles and promotion of catalytic efficiency. In this study, addition of Ru and Ir metals to Pd promoted oxidation conversion of VOCs. In addition, $H_2O-H_2$ pretreatment promoted removal efficiency of VOCs on the $TiO_2$ support.
TiO₂ 담체상에서 귀금속 촉매의 휘발성유기화합물 산화특성

In this study, monometallic Pt and bimetallic Pt-Ru, Pt-Ir were supported to TiO₂. In order to distribute metals uniformly, and Xylene, toluene and MEK were used as reactants. The monometallic or bimetallic catalysts were prepared by the excess wetness impregnation method and were characterized by XPS and BET analysis. As a result, Pt-Ru, Pt-Ir bimetallic catalysts were showed higher conversion than Pt monometallic catalyst. Pt-Ir bimetallic catalyst was showed highest conversion on the TiO₂ support. In the VOCs oxidation, Pt-Ir bimetallic catalyst had multipoint active sites, so it improved the range of Pt metal state. Therefore, bimetallic catalysts were higher conversion of VOCs than monometallic ones. In the kinetics, VOCs oxidation was appeared on the first order reaction. In this study, the use of small amount of Jr to Pt promoted oxidation conversion of VOCs.
