        확률 강우강도식을 이용한 우수 저류지의 용량 결정

        소규모 도시유역에서 우수저류지 용량을 결정하는 간편방법을 제안하였다. 기본개념은 on-line방법과 off-line 방법에 대해 유입량과 유출량 사이의 최대 저류량을 간편하게 구하는 것이다. 합리식은 소규모 도시유역의 홍수량을 결정하는데 자주 사용되고 있기 때문에 합리식을 근거로 수행하였다. 기존의 방법은 지속시간에 따라 저류량을 반복 계산하여 최대저류량을 구하고 그 때의 지속기간을 찾는다. 본 연구에서는 일반형의 강우강도식을 이용하여 최대저류량이 되는 지속기간을 직접 구하고 그 지속기간에 대한 저류량을 구한다. 기존 방법과 본 연구의 방법을 이용하여 선택된 대상지역에 적용하여 비교함으로서 본 연구의 방법이 간편함을 확인하였다. A new simplified method is suggested for determination of detention storage volume in small urban catchments. The basic concept is to find the maximum volume between the inflow and outflow volumes for on-line and off-line method respectively. The simplified method is based on rational method, which is one of the most popular runoff model used for the design of urban drainage in small watersheds. The existing simplified method determinated that maximum detention storage volume and it`s rainfall duration by matching curve of detention storage volume and rainfall duration. But we could directly calculated rainfall duration corresponds maximum detention storage volume without matching curve and easily calculated maximum detention storage volume. We confirmed that this research is simpler than existing one for an applied small area.<sup>9)</sup>

        조선용 극후판 EH36-TMCP강 FCAW 용접부의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구

        This work attempts to establish the stability and reliability of welded joint by FCAW for high strength EH32-TMCP ultra thick plate. Experimental results are reported for 37 pass X-groove butt joint of EH32 steel. Abbnevation on Expantion FE analysis has been carried out to simulate the FCA W process on the same specimen model as in experiment. By numerical simulation, thermal and mechanical behavior (residual stress, plastic strain, magnitude of stress and their distribution and production mechanism) has been investigated by heat conduction and thermo elasto-plastic analysis.

        켄터이너선 고강도 극후판 EGW용접부의 용접잔류응력 특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, in shipbuilding industries the production trend towards large ships leads to an increase use of high strength ultra thick plates. Especially in super large container ships over 8000 TEU, ultra thick plates of EH36/EH40 over 70 mm thickness and the yield strength 355 MPa is being used in order to satisfy the strength of hull upper deck and hatch coaming of the ship structure. Accordingly, the use of14tra thick plates increases the welding tasks. An alternate welding process such as EGW with high heat input replaces multipass FCAW process for welding ultra thick plates thus improving the productivity. Steel plates below 55 mm thickness, I pole EGW process is applied whereas above 55 mm thickness I pole EGW with FCAW or 2 pole EGW high efficiency welding process is applied. But, unlike existing welding processes EGW produces high heat input which in turn affect the object material and welding material properties strongly. Therefore, limitations for heat input or requirement of post heat treatment exists in case of EGW. Localized high heating during welding, followed by rapid cooling, generates residual stress in the weld which is detrimental to sound welded structure. Therefore, it was important to clarify more precisely the residual stress characteristics caused due to welding in the design stage, in order to ensure the secureness of structure. This study intends to establish the reliability of weld joint by EGW for high strength EH32 TMCP ultra thick plate. For this, heat conduction and thermo elasto-plastic analysis has been carried out on two pass X-groove butt joint model to clarify the thermal and mechanical behaviour (residual stress, plastic strain, magnitude of stress and their distribution and production mechanism) of the weld joint.
