The curriculum of national level provides a direction of education and framework of school education. The content duplication between different subjects were emphasized and studied in many ways while revising national curriculums. The duplication of inter-curriculums may let one subject becomes the rudiments of learning for the other, however, there is a potential of reducing motive and interests of learner and learning efficiency with that. The purpose of this study is to deduct implications for next education curriculum and textbook developing by analysing the duplicated elements between science and technology·home economics subjects of revised middle-school curriculum in 2009. And that is to present science and technology·home economics professor can be helpful in teaching and learning methods. For duplication analysis, overlapped education achievement standards and topics were selected by comparing an achievement standard of revised science curriculum and that of revised technology·home economics curriculum in 2009 for the aimed analyses. Analysis of the concept of duplication in the two subjects is performed by comparing science and technology·home economics textbooks in the selected achievement standards. and that is made to the conceptual diagram. By quoting directly prints and a textbook illustration, the elements of contents the duplicate the concept is analyzed in detail. It is created that teaching and learning methods linked science and technology·home economics based on analysis of the conceptual diagram and the elements of contents. The result of analyses of education achievement standards of each curriculum showed standards related with 'digestion', 'energy', 'human embryology' and 'advanced science' were duplicated. The other results of studying duplicated contents in textbooks suggested overlapped concepts(terms) were existed as following rank of proportion; Human embryology(23 contents), Digestion(22 contents), Energy(9 contents), Advanced science(2 contents). Except for ‘energy’, the other topics is made of conceptual diagram of level 3 or higher. The textbooks prints about elements of contents duplicated is compared and sorted by quoting directly prints and a textbook illustration. The conceptual diagram is helpful to analysis of duplicated contents, to cognize visually. Then it is helpful to develop next education curriculum and textbook. Teaching and learning methods are created about the topic ‘digestion’, ‘energy’, ‘human embryology’. The science curriculum is the foundation of the other subjects. Thus, the duplicated concept and element of contents is taught the science curriculum earlier than the technology·home economics. In science class, the duplicated concept and element of contents is taught in detail. But, in technology·home economics class is taught briefly and showed just duplicated concept and element of contents. Then, in Science class the conceptual diagram is presented in the introduction. And duplicated element of contents is presented in the development. And it is demand students make a conceptual diagram in the closing for reminding the linked contents. That acts to rationalize the contents to learn for introduction purpose of subject group. Then that will increases the efficiency and relation of education.

Research of residential properties’ sales marketing Due to peculiar quality of real estate, real estate market is forming distinctive market that differentiate it from goods market and marketing activity about real estate is closely related with ordinary people. Especially sales marketing of apartment, which has become the primary dwelling pattern, is the most often real estate marketing. Therefore this study introduces its procedure and action plan. Since real estate marketing, which is happened from early stage of examination to follow-up service after moving in, is not limited to the success of one project but it is related to the image of the whole company, they regard the management of apartment image important and need organic cooperation between advertisement, promotion and product development in task progressing. Especially about sales marketing of each business, it is required to be more professional since marketing environment is getting complicated and service of sales agency, which conducts tasks professionally, is expanding according to increasement of consumer needs about service and risk, task diversification from poor sales. Sales marketing has distinction about the chief aim, human management and efficient advertisement, promotion according to the period of pre-marketing, main-marketing and post-marketing and its common goal is to maximize the rate of return by minimizing the unsold apartment and early distribution. The internet environment boasting a world-class level is carrying on informatization of real estate and other administrative progress is also being proceeded in internet environment. In accordance with this, the importance of technique about informatization in sales marketing is also increasing and efficient technique is required to have successful sales result. In contemporary society where the diversification is taking place, development can be happened with sharing individual ability and this it can be an opportunity to study improvement plan of sales marketing strategy which has stagnated.
