The object of this study lied in examining into the superiority of the disabled weightlifter's upper body muscular strength by comparing the upper body muscular strength of disabled weightlifters, normal weightlifters, normal bodybuilders and untrained normal persons. As for the upper body muscular strength, I used Cybex 770 and measured maximum muscular strength, muscle power, muscle endurance and the rate of Ispilateral muscular strength and right & left side muscular strength to compare and analyze the value. And as the result, got the conclusions like following. 1. As the result was revealed that the upper body maximum muscular strength, muscle power and muscle endurance of disabled weightlifters are very superior in comparison with those of normal weightlifters, normal bodybuilders and untrained normal person, it was made clear that the rest body part excluding the disabled part can develop better than the normal person's same body part by a regular exercise and in addition that the disabled has an ability to hold a special physical strength suitable for a specific event in the same way with normal persons. Only, in the wrist articular, the disabled weightlifters were superior to the normal ones. 2. As for the fact that the rate of Ispilateral muscular strength and right & left side muscular strength of the disabled weightlifters appeared to be worst balanced, you may think that they have nicely developed only the agonistic muscle applied for the weightlifting technique of the disabled to have a special physical strength, but rather than that, I believe that the development of systematic and scientific exerising method suitable for the measurement by the disabled and by the event should be advanced as soon as possible.
