신문기사 분석을 통한 공공도서관의 홍보에 관한 연구 - 은평구립도서관의 사례를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 은평구립도서관의 신문기사 분석사례를 통해 신문기사를 통한 공공도서관의 홍보의 실태를 살펴보고 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 신문기사를 통한 공공도서관의 홍보에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴 본 후, 은평구립도서관과 관련된 2010년도 신문기사를 기사유형, 기사종류, 기사성격, 기사내용 등으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 또한 본 탐색적 사례연구는 내용분석, 면담, 현장방문 등을 통하여 은평구립도서관과 관련된 2010년도 신문기사를 홍보주체, 홍보대상, 홍보방향, 그리고 홍보방법 등 공공도서관의 홍보에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 중심으로 분석하였다. This study aimed to enhance our understanding of the public relations of public libraries through newspaper article analysis. Thus, this study built a theoretical background on the public relations of public libraries through newspaper articles. It examined newspaper articles on Eunpyeong Public Library in 2010 according to newspaper classification, article type, and article content among others. Accordingly, this exploratory case study, which used the methods of content analysis, interview, and site visit, analyzed them, with emphasis on such factors as the subjects, objects, direction, contents, and methods that influenced the public relations of public libraries.

우리나라 사서직의 역사적 발전 : 1961년에서 1979년까지

하나의 전문직으로서 사서직은 사회적 기구이며 사회의 여러 요소와 함께 영향을 끼치며 존재해 왔다. 이러한 사서직의 발전은 역사적·사회적인 과정이며 그 사회의 역사와 사회 속에서 이해되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 발전기인 1961년부터 1979년까지 사회의 발전이란 맥락 속에서 전문직으로서의 사서직의 발전을 사회-역사적(socio-historical) 분석방법을 이용하여 재조명하는데 촛점을 맞추어 (1)그 당시 우리나라 사서직의 발전을 살펴보고, (2)이러한 사서직과 정치, 경제, 문화등과의 상호연관성을 분석한 뒤, (3)사서직의 발전과 사회의 발전과의 관계를 이해하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 중요성은 사서직과 사회와의 관계를 이해하는데 있다 Librarianship, as a profession, is a part of society, and has both affected and been affected by other social forces. Therefore, the development of librarianship is a social as well as historical process within society. This study explores the historical development of librarianship: South Korea from 1961 to 1979 in the context of social development through the use of socio-historical analysis. Specifically, this study focuses on : 1)the development of librarianship in South Korea in a specific time period; 2)the analysis of social forces influencing librarianship, including political, economic, and cultural factors; and 3)understanding the relationship between the development of librarianship and that of other aspects of society. The construction of an information super highway and diffusion of the internet brings about a lot of changes in the Legislative Information Services of the National Assembly Library. In the same vein, Legislative Information Services should provide information services which satisfy users according to their information needs and the changes. In light of that, this study aims at enhancing users' satisfaction and suggesting information services for the Legislative Information Services of the National Assembly Library. Accordingly, this study surveys assemblymen and their assistants of satisfaction in Legislative Information Services and suggests some recommendations for improvement based on the survey results. 오늘날 초고속통신망의 구축과 인터넷의 확산으로 인한 정보화의 급격한 진행은 국회도서관의 의회정보서비스에도 많은 변화를 초래하였다. 같은 맥락에서 의회정보서비스도 이용자들의 정보요구와 변화에 부응하여 이용자들이 만족하는 정보서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라 국회도서관 의회정보서비스 이용자 만족도를 제고시키기 위한 방안을 고찰하고 이용자가 만족하는 도서관 서비스 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 국회에 소속되어 있는 국회의원 및 보좌진을 대상으로 국회도서관 의회정보서비스에 대한 이용자들의 만족도 조사를 실시하였으며, 설문조사를 바탕으로 의회정보서비스 의견을 수렴하고 이를 분석․반영하여 이용, 홍보, 만족도 등 국회도서관 의회정보서비스의 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

정보화가 가속되면서 정보의 효과적이고 정확한 전달과 보호에 대한 사회적 관심이 점점 높아가고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 정보사회와 이의 중요한 메카니즘이 되는 보편적 서비스의 개념을 살펴보고, 정보사회에 대한 상반된 두 가지의 이론적 견해를 비교해 본 뒤, 정보보안의 정의, 필요성, 구성요소 등을 분석하고, 다양한 정보 침해의 유형을 조사 설명한 뒤, 정보사회에서의 정보보안 전략을 기술적인 측면과 제도적인 측면으로 나누어 제시함으로서 정보보안의 확립과 정보사회에 대한 이해를 돕는데 일조함에 그 목적이 있다. As informatization has been accelerated, the secure information flow has become a major social concern. In that, this paper examines the theoretical background of the information society and the concept of universal service; compares the contrasting perspectives on the social meanings of information; analyzes the definition, importance, and components of information security and suggests some strategies on information security centering around the technical and institutional aspects of it. In so doing, this study aims at establishing the information security and at enhancing our understanding on the information society.

문헌정보학이 하나의 학문으로 발전해옴에 따라 문헌정보학 연구의 중요성도 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 문헌정보학 연구의 이론적 근거를 살펴보고 본 연구의 배경을 살펴본 뒤, 1993년부터 1997년까지의 한국문헌정보학회지와 한국정보관리학회지에 발표된 연구들을 대상으로 문헌정보학에 대한 연구를 조사${\cdot}$분석하고 이를 바탕으로 문헌정보학 연구에 관한 몇 가지 관점을 제시하고 있다. As the Library and Information Science(LIS) has developed as an academic discipline, the importance of its research has also been emphasized. In that context, this study examines the theoretical underpinning of research in LIS, provides background of this study, analyzes research articles published in the Journal of the Korean Library and Information Science Society and the Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management between 1993 and 1997 and, based upon the analysis, explores some perspectives on research in LIS.
