        한국과 일본의 對중국 물류정책 및 기업전략 비교분석

        본 연구에서는 다음의 세 가지 연구목적에 초점을 맞춰서, 한국과 일본에 대한 비교연구를 실시하였다. 우선 정부 레벨에서 對중국 한ㆍ일 물류정책의 특징을 파악한 후, 양국 정책의 차이점을 밝히는 것이다. 다음으로 기업 레벨에서는 한ㆍ일 물류기업의 중국 진출 실태 및 사례에 대해 살펴본 후, 이로부터 한ㆍ일 물류기업의 기업전략 상의 공통점과 차이점을 규명하는 것이다. 끝으로 본고에서 실시한 한ㆍ일 비교연구로부터 한국 정부와 기업에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻은 주된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한ㆍ일 정부의 물류정책은 중국을 중시한다는 점에서 유사하지만, 일본의 물류정책이 ASEAN과의 협력도 중시한다는 점에서 보다 폭이 넓다. 둘째, 중국 물류시장에서 한국기업에 비해 일본기업이 보다 다양한 종합물류서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 보다 광범위한 물류네트워크를 확보하고 있다. 결국 한국 물류기업은 중국에서 국적을 초월한 기업간 전략적 제휴에 보다 적극 나서야 한다. This paper compared the cases of Korea and Japan on the basis of three research goals as follows. Above all, this paper tries to illuminate differences in logistics policies for China in Korea and Japan at governmental levels after understanding their distinct features. Then, after investigating investments of Korean and Japanese firms in China and their specific cases at corporate levels, this paper tries to illuminate similarities and differences of corporate strategies in Korean and Japanese logistics firms. Finally, this paper attempts to derive implications for Korean governments and firms through the comparative study. Main results of this study are as follows. First, even though logistics policies of Korean and Japanese government are similar in admitting the significance of China, Japanese policies are broader by admitting the significance of cooperating with ASEAN nations. Second, Japanese firms provide more diverse entire logistics services and also retained wider logistics networks than Korean counterparts in Chinese logistics markets. Thus, Korean logistics firms need to pursue to establish strategic cooperation with other foreign firms in China.

        가미청상보하탕(加味淸上補下湯) 열수 및 에탄올 추출물이 천식 관련 cytokine 분비에 미치는 영향

        Backgrounds and Objectives: A major goat in asthma therapy isto reduce or prevent the inflammatory response associated with bronchial hyperresponsiveness, reversible airway obstruction and airway remodelling. Many studies have shown that eosinophilic infiltration is a prominent feathure in the pathophysiology of asthma. The importance of the Presence of eosinophils in the airways of asthmatics has long been recognized, but the mechanism by which these cells are recruited and retained in the lung are only now being elucidated Production of chemotactic cytokines by bronchial epithelial cells may contribute to the local accumulation of eosinophils in Patients with bronchial asthma. This study was designed to investigate the inhibitory effect of extraction of herbal dicoction, Gamichungsangbohatang(GMCSBHT) on eosinophil chemotactic cytokines. Material and Methods:We used water and 70% ethanol extracts of GMCSBHT and pulmonary epithelial cell lines A549(human type II -like epithelial cells). We estimated cytotoxic effects of GMCSBHT, and estimated the effects of water and 70% ethanol extracts of GMCSBHT on chemokines from prestimulated A549 cells by sandwich ELISA. Results: Chemokines of eotaxin, IL-8 were inhibited by GMCSBHT in dose-dependent manner. And ethanol extract of GMCSBHT has more inhibitory effects on eotaxin, IL-8 than hot water extract. Conculusions: These findings indicate that the supression of the expression of chemokines can be accomplished by GMCSBHT treatment, so GMCSBHT may inhibit the iuflammatory process by eosinophils in asthma.

        WTO 체제하의 한ㆍ일 농업구조와 농정의 비교

        The research agenda in this paper is to compare agricultural structures and policies in Korea and Japan after the emergence of WTO agreement and to derive implications for Korean agriculture. Main results of this study could be summarized as follows. Above all, both the proportion of full-time farmers and the proportion of the size of land for cultivating rice are the greater in Korea than in Japan. Second, the Korean agricultural basic law tries to directly protect farmers than its Japanese counterpart. Third, the Japanese government was more actively involved in structural reforms in rice agriculture than the Korean. On the basis of findings, we could reach three policy implications; (1) Korean agriculture must cultivate both full-time and part-time farmers; (2) Korea must reform its direct payment policy as a core agricultural policy; and (3) Korea must lead more active structural reforms in agriculture. 본 논문의 연구과제는 WTO 체제 출범 이후의 한국과 일본의 농업구조와 농정을 비교하고, 이러한 비교로부터 한국 농업이 얻을 수 있는 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 한ㆍ일의 농업구조와 농정의 비교를 통해서 얻은 주된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일본에 비해 한국의 농업구조에 있어서는 전업농가의 비율이 매우 높고, 농작물 재배면적에 있어서의 쌀 재배면적의 비율이 높다는 점이다. 둘째, 일본의 농업 기본법과 비교해서 한국의 농업 기본법에는 농업인을 직접적으로 보호하려는 경향이 강하게 남아 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 한국 정부에 비해 일본 정부는 쌀 농업 전반에 걸친 구조개혁을 보다 적극적으로 추진하고 있다는 점이다. 이상의 분석 결과로부터 한국 농업은 전업농가와 겸업농가를 동시에 육성해야 한다는 점, 쌀 농정의 핵심 시책인 직접지불제도를 개편해야 한다는 점, 그리고 보다 적극적으로 농업 구조개혁을 추진해야 한다는 점 등을 교훈으로 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

        Splenocyte, BMMC, eosinophil을 통해 본 단삼(丹蔘)이 천식 관련 염증세포에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways by many cells such as mast cells, Th2 lymphocytes and eosinophile. The present study was aimed to evaluate the effects of Salviae miltiorrhizae (SM) on T cell cytokine production, mast cells. and eosinophils, Methods : We screened 13 herbs to find compounds with potential to control Th cytokine production. using concanavalin A (con A)-activated splenocyte cultures. Con A-activated $IFN-\gamma$ and IL-4 levels in supernatants of splenocyte cultures. Bone marrow derived mast cells (BMMC) were incubated with SM and then the expressions of membrane proteins of BMMC were analyzed by fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS). BALB/c mice sensitized to ovalbumin (OVA) were challenged with aerosolized OVA for 6 weeks. During the last weeks some mice were treated with SM. Then eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALf) were counted and pathologic changes of lung tissue were observed with hematoxylin-eosin stain. Results : SM increased $IFN-\gamma$ level on splenocyte culture significantly. but had no significant effects on expressions of ICAM-1, CD62L, integrin $a_4$. c-kit, IL-3 receptors. CD11a, or IgE receptors of BMMC. SM treatment significantly inhibited eosinophil infiltrates in BALf and peribronchial lung inflammation. Conculusions : The present data suggested that SM may have an effect on Th cytokine secretion and eosinophils associated with asthma responses. Therefore SM might be of therapeutic value in treating asthma.

      • CANYVAL 큐브위성의 전력계 분석 및 예비설계

        본 논문에서는 CANYVAL 큐브위성의 전력계 분석과 예비설계를 수행하였다. 위성의 전력 시스템을 설계하기 위해 우선적으로 생산 전력 및 소비 전력 분석이 이루어 졌다. 생산 전력 분석은 위성의 예정궤도에 기반하여 궤도 전파를 수행한 후, 태양 벡터와 위성의 자세 벡터 사이각으로부터 위성에 입사되는 태양광의 입사면적을 계산하여 수행하였다. 또한 위성이 궤도상에서 가질 수 있는 자세운동에 따라 생산되는 전력량을 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였다. 위성의 운영 모드별 소비전력 분석이 이루어졌으며, 이 연구에서는 3가지 모드로 구분하여 소비전력을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 CANYVAL 큐브위성의 전력계 시스템을 구축하기 위한 예비설계 디자인과 배터리 용량 결정 및 하드웨어가 선정되었다. This paper performs analysis and preliminary design for the Electrical Power Subsystem(EPS) of CANYVAL cubesat. As a first step to design the EPS, power generation and consumption analyses are carried out. Power generation analysis is calculated on the simulated target orbit by using the projected area which is defined as the angle between the sun vector and the attitude vector of the cubesat. Power consumption analysis is provided for three operation modes individually. These analyses provides a foundation for the preliminary design of EPS, battery capacity, and other specific selection of related hardwares.

        Radiotherapy Versus Cordectomy in the Management of Early Glottic Cancer

        Purpose The purpose of this study was to compare the treatment outcomes of definitive radiotherapy (RT) with cordectomy in patients with early glottic cancer. Materials and Methods A total of 165 patients who were diagnosed with T1/2 squamous cell carcinoma of the glottic larynx between January 2006 and December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 112 patients received RT and 53 patients received cordectomy. Local control (LC), diseasefree survival (DFS), overall survival (OS), and larynx preservation rates after RT and cordectomy were investigated. Results The median follow-up period was 77.7 months (range, 10.7 to 127.0 months). The 3- and 5-year LC rates were 91.9% and 89.9%, respectively, for the RT group, and 82.8% and 73.2%, respectively, for the cordectomy group (p=0.006). The 3- and 5-year DFS rates were 87.5% and 83.7%, respectively, for the RT group and 79.2% and 68.0%, respectively, for the cordectomy group (p=0.046). No significant differences were identified in the 5-year OS (92.8% vs. 90.6%, p=0.713) or larynx preservation rates (98.2% vs. 97.2%, p=0.831) between groups. The major failure pattern was local failure (n=26), followed by regional (n=3) and distant failure (n=2). Multivariate analysis of LC showed that T2 stage (p=0.012) and receiving cordectomy as initial treatment (p=0.001) were significantly associated with poorer LC. Conclusion RT resulted in higher rates of LC and DFS compared to cordectomy for early glottic cancer. Treatment with radiotherapy is feasible and should be encouraged for both T1 and T2 glottic cancer.
