        치과위생사의 직무만족에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

        본 연구는 치과위생사의 직무만족에 대한 선행연구 결과를 체계적으로 수집, 분석하여 직무만족 측정도구와 관련요인에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis)의 체계적 문헌고찰 가이드라인에 의거하여 수행되었으며 최종 분석에 사용된 문헌은 44편이었다. 직무만족을 측정하기 위하여 사용된 측정도구는 모두 10개이다. 모두 국외에서 개발된 것이며 수정하여 사용되었다. 문헌 분석 결과 직무만족이 높을수록 이직의도, 직무스트레스에 음의 상관관계이며, 조직몰입, 전문 직업성에서는 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 직무만족과 다양한 변인 간의 상관관계 및 영향 요인에 국한되어 분석하였으며 향후 본 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 치과위생사의 직무만족 향상에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되길 기대한다. This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on job satisfaction of dental hygienists and analyzed the job satisfaction measurement tools and related factors. It was conducted according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis), and 44 articles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure job satisfaction, ten measuring tools were used. All the measuring tool were developed overseas and they were modified. As a result of the literature analysis, the higher the job satisfaction, the more negative correlation was found between turnover intention and job stress, and positive correlation was found between organizational commitment and professional occupation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and various variables and to investigate the improvement of job satisfaction of dental hygienist based on the results of this study.

        의료서비스종사자의 역할갈등에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

        본 연구는 의료서비스종사자의 역할갈등에 관한 선행연구 결과를 체계적으로 수집, 분석하여 역할갈등 측정도구와 관련요인에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis)의 체계적 문헌고찰 가이드라인에 의거하여 수집된 문헌 중 최종 분석에 사용된 문헌은 33편이었다. 김문실과 박상연의 도구를 사용한 문헌은 14편, Rizzio, house와 Lirtzaman의 도구를 사용한 문헌은 12편, 이은희 등의 도구를 사용한 문헌은 3편이었다. 33편의 문헌 중 5편의 문헌에서 질적 연구방법이 사용되었다. 문헌 분석 결과 역할갈등이 높을수록 직무만족과 재직의도, 조직몰입은 낮아지고, 소진과 직무스트레스, 이직의도는 증가하였다. 본 연구에서는 역할갈등과 다양한 변인 간의 상관관계 및 영향요인에 국한되어 분석하였기에 향후 본 연구 연구결과를 기초로 하여 의료서비스종사자의 역할갈등에 대한 대처방안 및 중재방안에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되길 기대한다. This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on the role conflict of medical service workers. The data were collected according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis). Among the collected documents, 33 were used for the final analysis. The documents using the tools of Kim Mun-sil and Park Sang-yeon were 14,, 12 articles using Rizzio et al's tool, and 3 articles using Eun-hee Lee et al. Qualitative research methods were used in five of the 33 references. As a result of literature analysis, the higher the conflict of roles, the lower the job satisfaction, the employee 's intention, and organizational commitment. The higher the role conflict, the more burnout, job stress, and turnover intention increased. In this study, there are limitations in analyzing the relationship between role conflict and various variables. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the research on the countermeasures and mediation strategies of the role conflict of medical service workers will be actively conducted.

        한국어판 치과위생사의 직무만족 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도

        본 연구는 직무만족 측정도구를 국내 실정에 맞게 수정하여 치과위생사의 직무만족을 평가 할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 평가하고자 시행하였다. 직무만족 원도구의 54문항을 번역하여 내용타당도와 내용분석을 통해 총 35문항을 삭제하여 총 24문항으로 확정되었다. 연구결과 탐색적 요인분석에 의해 전반적인 만족, 소득, 환자관계, 직업적 시간, 개인시간, 실무관리, 진료활동, 동료관계로 구분되었다. 확인적 요인분석을 통한 모형의 적합도는 대체로 기준에 충족하였다. 내적 일관성을 검증한 결과 Cronbach’s α은 전반적인 만족 0.918, 소득 0.833, 환자관계 0.804, 직업적 시간 0.675, 개인시간 0.939, 실무관리 0.739, 진료활동 0.757, 동료관계 0.742로 나타나 신뢰할 만한 수준의 측정도구임을 나타냈다. 이상의 결과에 따라 치과위생사의 직무만족 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도는 적합하다고 검증되었다. 향후 치과위생사의 직무만족 연구에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to develop a tool to assess the job satisfaction of dental hygienists and to evaluate the validity and reliability of the dental hygienist. A total of 54 items were translated into 24 items through content validity and content analysis. The results of this study are as follows: overall satisfaction, income, patient relations, professional time, personal time, Practice Management, Delivery of Care and co-worker relations were classified by exploratory factor analysis. The fit of the model through confirmatory factor analysis generally met the criteria. As a result of the internal consistency test, Cronbach's  was found to be a reliable measure of measurement, with an overall satisfaction of 0.918, an income of 0.833, a patient relationship of 0.804, an occupational time of 0.675, a personal time of 0.939, a work practice of 0.739, The validity and reliability of the dental hygienist 's job satisfaction measurement tool were verified to be appropriate. It can be used to study the job satisfaction of dental hygienist in the future.

        치위생(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

        본 연구는 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 대한 선행연구의 결과를 체계적으로 수집, 분석하여 임상실습 스트레스의 측정도구와 관련요인에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis)의 체계적 문헌고찰 가이드라인에 의거하여 수행되었으며 최종분석에 사용된 문헌은 24편이었다. 임상실습 스트레스를 측정하기 위하여 사용된 측정도구는 4개였다. 문헌 분석결과 만족도가 낮을수록 임상실습 스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 대인관계, 역할 및 활동, 이상과 가치의 요인이 스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 임상실습 스트레스와 다양한 변수들 간의 상관관계 및 영향요인에 국한되어 분석하였기에 향후 본 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 관하여 다면적인 연구들이 활발하게 진행되길 기대한다. This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on the stress of clinical dental prctice for dental hygiene students. The data were collected according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) and 25 ariticles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure clinical dental practice, 4 measuring tools were used. As a result of literature analysis, the lower the satisfaction, the higer the stress of clinical dental practice. Personal relationship, role and activity, ideal and value were very important factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between clinical dental practice and various variables and to investigate the improvement of clinical dental practice based on the results of this study.

        치위생 전문직 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석

        Background: The aim of this study was to identify the bibliographic characteristics and research trends of the literature published on the profession of dental hygiene to provide basic data for research, education, and intervention program development for the establishment of healthy professionalism among dental hygienists and dental hygienist students. Methods: A literature search was conducted through four databases. They were looked up using the terms “dental hygiene” and “professional.” Finally, 46 research papers that meet the selection criteria were selected for analysis. Results: From 2004 to 2022, 46 articles were published. Except for key words related to subjects and tools, key words ranked at the top were job satisfaction, self-esteem, self-leadership, and stress. Five tools of professionalism -professional self-concept, professional intuition, professional identity, and a professional values scale -were used in the study. Conclusion: Considering the social perception of dental hygienists as professionals and the reality of dental hygiene that is carrying out the process of professionalization, efforts are needed to identify and promote beliefs and attitudes toward professionals such as professionalism and professional identity.

        일부 치위생과 학생의 성격선호지표와 성취목표, 학업적 자기효능감, 시험불안의 관계

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify correlation of personality preference, and achievement goal orientation, academic self-efficacy, test anxiety in selecting college students who majored in dental hygiene. This study also provides a basic data regarding personality for education of dental hygiene students. Methods: 192 students of S college who majored in dental hygiene were asked to answer the MBTI GS form, academic self-efficacy scale, achievement goal orientation scale and test anxiety scale during the month of May, 2009. The total of 160 copies were analyzed. MANOVA, independent-sample t-test were conducted. Results: 1. Looking at distribution of personality preference type of the students, extroversion type (63.1%) was more than introversion type(36.9%), sensing type(87.5%) was more than intuition type(12.5%), thinking type(54.4%) was more than feeling type(45.6%), judging type(59.4%) was more than perceiving type (40.6%) 2. In subscale of achievement goal orientation, performance approach level was higher in extroversion type than in introversion type. Performance avoidance level was lower in extroversion type than in introversion type. However, other preference personality type didn`t show any significant difference in subscale of achievement goal orientation. 3. Academic self-efficacy was higher in extroversion type and thinking type than in introversion type and feeling type. There wasn`t any significant difference between judging type and perceiving type, sensing type and intuition type. 4. In subscale of academic self-efficacy, confidence was higher in extroversion type than in introversion type. Task difficulty preference and self-regulated efficacy were higher in thinking type than in feeling type. 5. There wasn`t any significant difference between personality preference type and test anxiety. Conclusions: Professor should find out difference between students through using information of preference personality and develop a teaching strategy that can encourage strength and make up weakness of each students.
