        Cold area in korea, railway roadbed and gravel ballast was occurred frost-heaving. So during winter, track was rising and during thaw, track was sinking. In order to prevent the damage of frost-heaving, we have applied a few countermeasures which are circumfusion of calcium chloride and replacement of gravel ballast method. This countermeasures effect is feeble, not continuous and not eco-friendly. This study suggested that we use wasted tire-chips in frost-heaving area and considered appropriate new method to maintenance. This method was named "A Method of Wasted Tire-Chips Post". To prove effect of this method, we have tested in laboratory and field. The result of frost-heaving-ratio field test was decreased frost-heaving-ratio about 50% using "A Method of Wasted Tire-Chips Post".

      • 추진운전 및 견인운전에 따른 곡선부 궤도부담력 비교 분석

        In general when train drives boost and traction mode force of delivering to the track was difference between boost and traction driving mode. But in korea we've never performed that measure the track wheel load and lateral force while boost and traction driving. This study measured wheel load and lateral force using combination of 7200type locomotive and six freight car. And the train used single and automatic brake. The train drives boost and traction mode. In order to the difference radius of curve we had measured at 3 point in the curve of turnout

      • 뜬침목개소 궤도거동 특성에 관한 연구

        자갈도상은 침목을 지지하고 레일로부터 전달되는 하중을 분산하는 역할을 한다. 따라서 궤도에서는 도상자갈의 역할이 크다. 고속철도 구간에서는 최고속도 300Km/h의 속도로 차량이 주행하기 때문에 뜬침목이 발생한 구간에서는 양호구간에 비해 상당히 큰 충격하중이 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 고속철도 구간에서 차량주행시 침목의 수직변위별로 윤중과 레일저부 휨응력, 침목의 진동가속도를 현장에서 측정 분석하였다. 또한 레일의 요철상태에 따른 궤도 부담력을 측정하여 요철제거의 효용성을 분석하였으며, 뜬침목 발생량에 따른 궤도 부담력의 크기를 정량적으로 분석하였다. Ballast support sleepers and play a role distributing at roadbed, transferred load from sleepers. Thus, ballast is very important element. In the high speed line, section of floating sleepers be occurring larger shock loads than good section as driving speed is 300km/h. This study measured and analyzed about sleeper vertical displacement, wheel load, rail bending stress, sleeper vertical acceleration where a variety of sleeper vertical displacement. In addition, according to the state of the rail surface irregularity, we measured track behavior and analyzed effectiveness of removing rail surface irregularity. We analyzed quantitatively track behavior, according to the sleeper vertical displacement.

      • 철도운행선 인접공사 사고유형 분석과 예방대책안 고찰

        2013년부터 “철도운행선 인접공사 안전관리강화” 라는 주제로 한국철도공사, 한국철도시설공단, 교통안전공단 3개 기관이 협업과제를 추진하고 있다. 협업과제의 주요내용은 운행선 인접공사 개소에 대해 연간 5회의 합동안전점검 시행과 운행선 인접공사 안전관리강화를 위한 공동연구과제 추진 등이다. 본 논문에서는 2011년부터 2015년까지 운행선 인접공사 사고발생현황을 분석하고 사고발생원인과 예방대책을 일부 제시하고자 하며, 운행선 인접공사에 사용되는 장비와 관련하여 국외의 투입장비 제어기술을 소개하고 향후 국내 도입방안 등에 대해 서술하고자 한다. Since 2013, KORAIL(Korea Railroad Corporation), KR(Korea Rail Network Authority), TS(Korea Transportation Safety Authority) had been carried forward collaboration challenge what enhancement of safety management at railway Adjacent Line Open(ALO) work. Main contents of collaboration challenge are joint safety inspection at ALO 5-times per a year and study about enhancement of safety management at ALO. This study analyzed type of accidents from 2011 to 2015 and presented preventive measurement about accident causes. Also, we introduced control technology of using equipment at overseas ALO.

      • 주행조건에 따른 판형교 지점부 거동 측정 분석 (Measurement and Analysis about Behavior of Steel Plate Girder in Vicinity of Support, According to Driving Condition)

        A number of conventional railway bridge is more than 2600. Non-ballast plate girder bridge is about 700 and this is 27% of all bridge numbers. Non-ballast plate girder has advantages that self load is more lighter than moving load and construction cost is more inexpensive than concrete bridge. But non-ballast plate girder has disadvantages that vibration and noise is bigger than concrete bridge. This study had analyzed behavior of non-ballast plate girder according to the arrangement of supports and driving conditions to review the proper arrangement of support. Measurements were performed in single line and disel locomotive of 7400type were used as test vehicle. The vehicle’s driving conditions are as follows; Change of driving direction, Constant speed driving, Deceleration driving, Acceleration driving. Main measurement contents were horizontal displacement and vertical vibration acceleration in girder of vicinity support. Results of measurement are as follows; In case that a vehicle drives from fixed support to movable support, vertical vibration acceleration of the girder was smaller than opposition case.

      • 선로 급곡선부 궤간 및 일반PCT 적용성 검토

        Railway of korea used to install WT(Wood Tie) for adjust track guage in sharp curved track section because PCT(Prestressed Concrete Tie) couldn't adjust track guage. For ten years, Curve PCT has been developed and installed in sharp curved track section. For easy adjustment of slack, Shoulder gap of Curve PCT is made 6㎜ wider than normal PCT. Recently, 「Railway Construction Rules」 was revised and 「By Provisions for the Construction of Railways」was made. This Provisions contain the guidance of using slack in R≤300m. But, Slack-formula didn't revised and definite adjust-value didn't mentioned in the provision. Therefore, In this study reviewed Slack-formula and investigated usability of normal PCT in R≤300m.

      • 레일표면 흠집발생에 따른 고속철도 궤도부담력 분석

        고속철도구간에서 설빙 또는 자갈비산에 의해 레일두부의 표면에 흠집이 발생하게 된다. 레일 표면에 발생하는 흠집은 차륜의 주행에 영향을 주며 궤도의 부담력이 증대되어 레일에 피로를 유발하게 되며 레일하부 지지층을 이루고 있는 침목, 도상 등에도 악영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존연구문헌을 통해 레일표면 흠집 발생으로 유발되는 궤도부담력을 분석하고 실제 현장에서 윤중, 침목수직변위 등의 측정을 통해 궤도에 발생되는 부담력을 측정 분석하였다. 측정결과에 따르면 레일 흠집의 깊이와 종방향 길이, 차량의 속도가 주요 영향요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. In HSR(High Speed Railway), surface of rail head scratched by snow and scattering gravel. Scratches that occur on the surface of the rail head, affect driving wheel and increased wheel load, it caused rail fatigue and affects tie and ballast. So, in this study analyzed occurring wheel load on track by rail surface scratch through the existing study and measured wheel load and vertical displacement of tie. According to the result of measurement, depth and longitudinal length of the scratches, driving speed of the vehicle are significant factor of increasing wheel load.

      • 도상안정제 살포방법에 대한 고찰

        자갈도상 궤도에서는 콘크리트 도상 궤도보다 유지보수 빈도가 높게 나타나는 것은 일반적으로 잘 알려진 사실이다. 그러므로 자갈도상 궤도의 관리자는 유지보수 빈도를 줄이고자 노력을 기울이고 있다. 경부 고속선 1단계구간에서는 자갈도상으로 구성된 궤도에 대해 초창기에 고결제를 이용하여 접속구간 등에 대한 고저틀림을 억제하고자 하였으나 유지보수의 어려운 점과 취성파괴 등의 문제가 발생하기도 하였다. 최근에는 도상안정제 살포를 통해 고저틀림의 발생을 억제하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경부고속선 1단계 구간중 선형은 직선이며 노반은 토공구간인 개소에 도상안정제의 살포량과 살포형식을 달리하여 도상진동가속도의 변화를 관찰하였다. 살포방식은 궤간 내측 전체부분과 궤관외측의 30cm까지 살포하는 전면살포방식과 궤간 내측 30cm부분과 궤간외측 침목 끝단 30cm까지 살포하는 부분살포방식으로 구분하였으며 살포량은 단위면적당 1.5kg/m²및 3.0kg/m²으로 살포하는 방식을 혼합하여 4가지 방식에 대해 도상진동가속도의 변화추세를 분석하였다. It is typically a well-known fact that gravel ballast track have high frequency of maintenance than the concrete ballast track. So, track maintenance manager effort reducing frequency of maintenance. In Gyeong-bu high speed line, 1 step region track consists of gravel ballast track. In Infancy of management, track manager used ballast binder of epoxy ingredient. But, it had some problems such as maintenance difficulties and its brittle fracture. In recent years, track manager use ballast binder of urethane ingredient. This study analyzed ballast vibration acceleration where linear is tangent track and roadbed consists of soil, which spray methods and spray quantities were applied differently. Spray methods are two kinds which one is spraying inner of track gauge and outer of track gauge from tie edge to 30cm, the other is spraying inner of track gauge from rail bottom edge to 30cm and outer of track gauge from tie edge to 30cm. Spray quantities are also two kinds which one is 1.5kg/m² the other is 3.0kg/m².

      • 크리너 작업구간 선로안정화 상태평가에 관한 연구

        In railway Ballast plays an essential role as intermedium in transmitting train load to subgrade safely. Gyoung-Bu HSL 1st phase consists of ballasted track except for over 5km long tunnels. Ballast track occurred track irregularity by train loads and requires periodic maintenance work. However Repetitive train operation and tamping work cause to accelerate track irregularity and ballast deterioration such as abrasion and crushing. For these reason Track irregularity areas had occurred ballast cleaning work to improve track quality. However for the train to run safety ballast cleaner working area needs train speed reduction and track stabilization work due to ballast relaxation and initial settlement. In this study according to train speed-up and cumulative traffic tonnage we measured and analyzed the track settlement and acceleration of sleepers to evaluate of track stabilization in order to keep the ballast condition stable after cleaning work.
