지금까지 micro-propagation을 爲한 器內培養法은 試驗官이나 培養甁에 agar media를 넣어 axillary bud 또는 shoot를 置床하여 multiple shoot를 誘導 生長시킨 後, 1個月 마다 새로운 media의 器內에 옮겨주는 培養法을 利用하고 있으나, subculture 代身에 液體培地를 注入하고 있으나, subculture 代身에 液體培地를 注入하고 shoot를 繼續 生長시켜 生産하는 器內採穗圃의 役割을 할 수 있는 培養法을 試圖하였다. 상수리와 박달나무를 材料로 WPM 基本培地를 使用하였다. 培養甁의 agar media에 처음에는 培養 1個月後부터 液體培地를 1週 間隔으로 注入, 하루밤 동안 laminar air flow hood內에 두었다가 眞空펌프를 利用하여 液體培地를 除去하고 培養하며, 培養甁에서 자란 shoot를 잘라난 後에도 새로운 줄기의 發生이 繼續 이루어졌다. 또한 agar media 代身에 shoot나 axillary bud를 支持할 수 있는 stainless 鐵鋼을 利用하면, 液體培地 狀態로 樹種에 따라 培養이 可能하므로, 이에 對한 結果를 報告하고저 한다.

針葉樹類의 原形質體 培養可能性을 試驗하기 위하여, 소나무 種子의 胚子葉에서 原形質體를 裸出하여 培養을 試圖하였다. 9日동안 發芽시킨 採種園産 소나무 種子에서 길이가 3∼4㎜가량 되는 胚의 子葉을 잘라내어 Cellulase Onozuka R-10과 Macerozyme을 添加한 酵素 容液에서 8時間 培養하여, 活性이 높은 原形質體를 大量으로 얻을 수 있었다. 裸出된 原形質體를 B_5 培地의 無機鹽, 비타민, 아미노산, 有機酸, 糖類, 植物 홀몬이 들어있는 培地에 培養하였을 때, 12時間 經過後 첫 budding이 觀察되었으며, 3∼4日 經過後 3∼4個의 細胞로 分裂하였다. 細胞分裂은 赤道板을 가운데 둔 二等分式 分裂이 아니고, 대부분 酵母菌과 같이 budding에 依한 分裂이었다. 細胞分裂은 4個의 細胞狀態에서 中斷되어 더 이상 進展되지 않았다. 소나무 種子를 17日 혹은 24日間 發芽시켜서 完全히 자란 子葉을 使用했을 때에는 原形質體 裸出은 쉽게 이루어졌으나, 培養時에 細胞分裂이 이루어지지 않았다.

The motion analysis of a translation device driven by a piezoelectric actuator is performed to identify the mechanics of impact drive mechanism and to find the maximum speed waveform. The translation device is modeled as a semidefinite two-degree-of-freedom system. The motion analysis includes effects of friction force between moving mass and contact surface, dynamics of voltage amplifier and piezoelectric elements, and hysteresis of piezoelectric actuator. Base on the model, simulation studies are carried out and then compared with experimental results. It is found that the error between moving distances obtained by analysis and experiment is less than 15% and that the actual motion of moving mass is well predicted by the analytical work, finally, precision positioning experiments are carried out by using a proximity sensor as a feedback sensor. Position control of moving mass is initiated by the maximum speed waveform and finely tuned by the scaled down waveform so that accurate positioning is accomplished within the resolution of the sensor.

죄의 알레고리인가, 알레고리의 죄인가? —쿳시의 『치욕』과 재현의 정치학

J. M. Coetzee's Disgrace is no less controversial than his previous works for its usual vague politics and employment of problematic racial/gender discourses. The novel evolves around two sexual incidents: One is David Lurie's relationship with Melanic Isaacs, a colored student of his, and the other is three blacks' violation of Lucy, Lurie's daughter. Lurie finds himself facing a sexual harassment charge as a consequence of a sexual relationship with his Romantics student. At an inquiry, Lurie, without hesitation, pleads guilty as charged but refuses to offer an apology or show any sign of repentance. This puzzling behavior of Lurie's is understood by not a few critics as allusive to those of the white perpetrators of racial discrimination at the hearings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. As puzzling as Lurie's bearing at the inquiry is Lucy's dealing with the gang rape and its consequences. Quite a few researchers read Lucy's enigmatic behaviors in a racial context, that is, as an allegory of the price the whites are expected to pay for continuous residency in a new post-apartheid South Africa. Unlike the second sexual incident, the significances of the first incident, this paper argues, are yet to be accounted for. Thus, by specifically probing into the allegorical dimension to the first sexual incident, this paper answers such questions as why the male protagonist forms an all-risking scandalous relationship with his student, and why he refuses to issue any public apology despite his immediate acceptance of guilt. The paper argues that the enigma can be explained when viewed in the political context of a specific political/ethnic group, that is, the liberal white South Africans. In other words, the politically and morally ambiguous situation in which the liberal whites found themselves during the era of apartheid, is behind Lurie's self-contradictory acts of pleading guilty, yet refusing to repent, and also of violating the professional ethics code, yet at times defending himself in the name of individual rights. The conclusion of this paper is that while, by encoding the South African racial relations in sexual terms, Coetzee was able to add another significant and sophisticated allegorical dimension to his crime-and-punishment-like narrative, this achievement entailed a liability for violating the sexual Other in the realm of representation.

Picea jezoensis , 5 개류 Polymorphic isozymes 의 유전분석

우리나라 固有樹種인 Picea jezoensis 天然林集團의 遺傳硏究를 위하여 發芽段階의 megafametophytes(N)를 Starch gel Zone-electrophoresis 方法에 依한 Phosphoglucomutase(PGM), Shikimate dehydrog-enase(SDH), Malic enzyme(ME), Glutamate-oxa-loacetate transaminase(GOT), Isocitric dehydrog-enase(IDH), isozyme의 遺傳樣式과 遺傳子座間의 連關關係를 究明하였다. PGM은 2個의 Zone(PGM-A, PGM-B)이 분리되며 移動이 빠른 PGM-A에서는 變異가 發見되지 않았고, PGM-B Zone에서 B₁, B₂ band가 1:1로 분리되어 對立遺傳子로 確認되었고, SDH, ME는 1個의 Zone에서 各各 2個式의 對立遺傳子를 確認하였다. GOT와 IDH는 各各 2個의 Zone(GOT-A, GOT-B와 IDH-A, IDH-B)으로 區分되며 GOT-A Zone은 變異가 없는 2個의 band로 나타나며 나머지 3個 Zone에서는 2個式의 band가 各各 1:1로 분리되어 對立遺傳子임을 밝혀졌다. 連關關係를 調査한 바, IDH-A와 IDH-B, PGM-B와 GOT-B 및 SDH-A와 ME-A 遺傳子座間에 比較的 弱하게 連關되어 있으며 平均 Recombination 比率은 各各 26%, 29%, 31%로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 結果는 가문비나무 天然林集團의 遺傳硏究를 通한 遺傳子 保存林 確保에 重要한 基礎資料가 될 것이다.

This study focused on recently rise of A.I. technology and machine traslation in Korean-Chinese language data sector. At first, overviews the history, current status, and stage characteristics of machine translation, and attempts to understand the current principles and limitations of machine translation. Based on these investigations, this study analyses cases of data construction project for A.I. learning. From these discussion, this study provides a basis for discussing the technical supplement and direction of machine translation in the future according to the change in data construction method.
