        An Analysis of the Relationship between Sports Center Users' Participation in Physical Activity, Leisure Boredom and Leisure Satisfaction The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the relationship between sports center users' participation in physical activity, leisure boredom and leisure satisfaction. To be more specific, this study examined the effect of level of participation in physical activity - participation frequency, participation intensity and participation duration - on leisure boredom and leisure satisfaction. I used simple random sampling to pick out 312 physical program participants from a population composed of five sports centers in Seoul, Korea in 2003. It is conducted using the Questionnaire on the Relationship between Sports Center Users Participation in Physical Activity, Leisure Boredom and Leisure Satisfaction. The Cronbach's α method gave a subordinate factor-based reliability coefficient of α = .6921 for leisure boredom and α = .9385 (highly reliable) for leisure satisfaction, respectively. The methods for data analysis used for this study include frequency analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Study findings are as follows: 1) As for the participation frequency relating to the level of participation, the effect have a positive correlation with participation intensity(r=.162*), participation duration(r=.147*) and leisure satisfaction(r=.275*) while the effect on participation intensity have a positive correlation with leisure satisfaction(r=.151*). 2) A statistically insignificant difference (5% range) was identified regarding all subordinate factors (i.e., participation frequency(β=.093), participation intensity (β=.075), participation duration(β=.032) 3) A statistically significant difference (5% range) was identified regarding all subordinate factors (i.e., participation frequency(β=.231), participation duration(β=.185)) while a statistically insignificant difference was identified for participation intensity(β=.107). Participation frequency and participation duration have a positive correlation of 12.3%(R²=.123) with leisure satisfaction.

Also, this purpose were judged in terms relative to the performance standards of seven students. 1.At a given plasma Norepinephrine was indicated difference after exercise. (P<0.05) 2.At a given plasma Epinephrine was indicated difference after exercise. (P<0.05) 3.At a given plasma lactate and glucose was not indicated a greater and more rapid increase pulse rate at the beqining of exercise and finished of exercise. (P<0.05) 4.At a given plasma Free Fatty Acid was not indicated in the capacity to ferform exercise.

      • 비만 고령 여성들의 유산소 운동과 저항성 운동 프로그램이 유산소 운동능력, ST 분절 하강 및 심혈관계 질환 위험도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the aerobic exercise and resistance exercise program on the aerobic exercise capacity, ST segment depression and risk condition of cardiovascular disease in the obesity elderly women. Subjects were 10 elderly women, who aged 65~72 years old. Subjects were trained by the aerobic exercise and resistance exercise training program that was composed of the intensity of 40~60% HRmax, the duration of 30~40min, the frequency of 3~4d/w, and period of 12weeks. To analyze measured data, the paired t-test were completed with before and after complex training data. The conclusions of this study were as follows; 1. In aerobic exercise capaclty, after 12 weeks training, percent body fat, were decreased, body fluid were increased. Resting and recovery heart rate(HR) were decreased between before and after training. Resting and peak systolic blood pressure (SBP) were decreased between before and after training. Oxygen uptake(VO2) were increased between before itnd after training. Myocardial oxygen uptake(MVO2) were decreased between before and after training. In ST segment, ST Ievel were increased significantly, ST slope were decreased between before and aftcr training. 2. When ST/HR slope were compared with ST segment, the ischemic symptoms were apt to early diagnose in ST/HR slope. 3. Duke treadmill exercise score(DTS) were increased between before and after training. In conclusion, we could know that not only the regular training might increase or change almost the cardiovascular function variables for body composition, exercise capacity, and ST/HR slope between before and after training. Therefore, we might tell that training program could provide an excellent parameters for enforcing or keeping the cardiovascular function of elderly women

        Effects of potato and lotus leaf extract intake on body composition and blood lipid concentration

JENB., Vol. 19, No. 1, pp.25-30, 2015 [Purpose] The purpose of thisstudy was to investigate the effects of potato and lotus leaf extract intake on body composition, abdominal fat, and blood lipidconcentration in female university students. [Methods] A total of 19 female university students participated in this 8-week study,and they were randomly assigned into 2 groups; potato and lotus leaf extract (skinny-line) administered group (SKG, n=9) andplacebo group (PG, n= 10). The main results of the present study are presented below. [Results]1) Body mass index, and percentbody fat and abdominal fat in students of the SKG showed a decreasing tendency without significant interaction, 2) total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in students of the SKG showed an averagely decreasing tendencyand there was a significant interaction of TC only, 3) high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in students of the SKG showed an increasingtendency without significant interaction, and 4) Z-score of fatness testing interaction in group × repetition did not show a significantinteraction; however, there was a significant interaction of TC in group × repetition. Based on these results, 8-week intake ofpotato and lotus leaf extract had a positive effect of lowering TC. On the other hand, it had no significant effect on other typesof lipids and percent body fat changes. [Conclusion] There was a positive tendency of blood lipids in students of the SKG andit seems that potato and lotus leaf extract intake might prevent obesity and improve obesity related syndromes.         As a result defence effect of active oxygen of B-carotene proves that it is different with homeostasis of vitamin as a provitamin. The B-carotene have advantage because it is only catabolizes witamin A and no by-effect. In addition to the rest of B-carotene protect hart disease, cataract, antioxidant and cancer as a disymmetry dismtegration. The continuing exercise effect antioxidant because B-carotene eleminates free radical. If we do extream exercise suddenly, ability of immunity body is decreasing and dangerousness infection is increasing. Otherwise if we do exercise regularly and continusely, ability of immunity is increasing, therefore we could keep good health.

        예・체능계열 전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십과 자아존중감 및 진로준비행동간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self-leadership, self-esteem and career preparation behaviors of college students majoring in arts and physical education. The analysis of 298 copies of the questionnaire data using the non-random sampling method, which is a sample population of college students in the Department of Arts and Physical Education, currently in Gyeonggido in 2017, is analyzed and the following conclusions are drawn. First, there were overall differences in self-leadership according to the general characteristics of college students in the department of arts and crafts, and there was a partial difference in career preparation behavior. Second, all sub-variables except self-leadership sub-variables constructive thinking strategy were found to affect positive self-esteem, and negative self- esteem was influenced by behavior-oriented strategy variables. Third, sub-variables of self-leadership, behavior-oriented strategy and natural compensation strategy have significant effects on information gathering behavior and instrument preparation behavior. Also, in goal-achievement behavior, behavior-oriented strategy and constructive thinking strategy have a significant influence Respectively. Fourth, positive self-esteem and negative self-esteem, which are sub-variables of self-esteem, have a significant effect on all sub-variables of information gathering behavior, tool preparation behavior and goal attainment behavior. The purpose of this study is not only education of academic goals but also self-esteem and presence to college students. In addition, there is an academic significance in providing basic data for preparation for career path when it is necessary to collect information necessary for career preparation, personality education to raise will, and ability development education differentiated from other major students. 본 연구는 예・체능계열 전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십과 자아존중감 및 진로준비행동간의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 현재 경기도에 소재하고 있는 2017년 경기도 지역의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 예・체능계열 전공 대학생을 모집단으로 비확률표본추출법인 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 설문한 자료 298부를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 예・체능계열 대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 셀프리더십에는 전체적으로 차이가 나타났고, 진로준비행동에 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십 하위변인 건설적 사고전략을 제외한 모든 하위변인에서 긍정적 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 부정적 자아존중감에는 행동지향전략 변인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 셀프리더십의 하위변인, 행동지향전략과 자연적 보상전략은 정보수집행동과 도구준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 목표달성행동에서도 행동지향전략과 건설적 사고전략은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아존중감의 하위변인 긍정적 자아존중감과 부정적 자아존중감은 진로준비행동의 모든 하위변인 정보수집행동, 도구준비행동, 목표달성행동에 전체적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대학생들에게 학문적인 목표의 교육만이 아니라 자긍심, 존재감을 가지도록 하고, 진로준비에 필요한 정보수집, 의지를 키우는 인성교육, 타전공 학생들과 차별화된 능력개발 교육을 위한 자료를 제공이 필요한 시점에 취업진로에 대한 준비방안의 기초자료를 제공했다는 것에 학문적인 의의가 있다.

      • 국가대표급 투척선수의 체력변화 추이에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels and changing patterns of physique and physical fitness in national class athletes of short track and jumping, from 1992 to 1996. thus it was presented the basic valuable data for selecting new figures, keeping the abilities of excellent figures, and coaching with positive scientific method to all of the athletes in this fields. Furthermore these data could be used sources as standard criterions for the advanced studies in future. The results of this article were as follows: 1. Physique 1) It was gradually increased in average height 180.8±3.40 cm, upper limb's length 77.6±5.97 cm and lower limb's length 96.9+3.57 cm at the factors of extend growth. 2) In 1991, it was decreasingly measured average chest's record 98.6±2.31 cm at the factors of developed girth. 3) It was significantly changed weight 75.7±2.90 kg, subcutaneous fat 8.57+ 1.32 at the factors of volume. 2. Physical fitness 1) It was continually increased in right grip strength 60.6±8.87 kg, left grip strength 57.0±6.26 kg, and back strength 179±17.10 kg in the case of physical strength for 5 years. 2) It was on the increased sit-up 37.0`3.49 times and pull-up 8.57±1.32 times in muscle endurance. 3) In power, measurements were gradually increased such as broad jump 279.3±10.93 cm, sergeant jump 72.7±1.43 cm, and 1001 run speed 11.39+0.36 seconds. 4) In agility, 10 M shuttle run’s average record was 9.4±0.27 seconds and the side step test's average score was 53.5±1.73 times, so this survey shows that the average record was continually increasing. 5) In coordination factor, 5 time-ruling’s result was 11.3±1.55 seconds which was little increased. 6) Cardio-vascular endurance was shown the significant differences of the results among years and variation. 7) In flexibility factor, trunk extension average record was 65.2±10.06 cm which was significantly progressed in each year, but trunk flexion's average records was nothing to change for experimental years.
