John Dewey의 교육담론에 근거한 대안학교의 교육목적 분석

The purpose of this study is to explore and navigate the direction for alternative schools which are becoming a new paradigm today, through from the perspective in the pragmatic educational discourse of John Dewey and suggests the direction alternative schools in John Dewey's discourse should go forth. John Dewey suggest educatioal objectives an intrinsic, flaexible and active goal of growth. First, Dewey emphasize that educational objectives should be an intrinsic purpose that must be a natural product of the present conditions Second, Dewey, educational objectives shuold be flexible to vodifiable when new condition appear. Third, Dewey, educational objectives should be an active goal of freedom of action. As a result, Pairing pragmatic educational discourse with alternative education, Education is an effort to realize the possibility of growth in human experience, and in Dewey's pragmatic philosophy, alternative education will be developed through concrete and systematic educational purposes. And educational growth can be progressively transferred. when these educational goals are achieved, alternative education can grow and develop. 본 연구의 목적은 오늘날 새로운 패러다임의 형태로 자리 잡아가고 있는 대안학교의 교육체제 즉, 교육목적에 대해 고찰하고, 이를 통해 듀이의 실용주의 교육담론의 관점으로 조망하여, 듀이 교육담론에서의 대안학교가 나아가야 할 방향을 탐색하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 듀이는 교육목적을 성장으로서의 내재적, 융통성, 능동적 목적으로 삼는다. 첫째, 목적은 현재 조건의 자연적인 산물로 나와야 하는 내재적인 목적이어야 한다. 둘째, 새로운 조건이 발생하면 수정되어 나가는 융통성이 있는 목적이어야 한다. 셋째, 목적은 언제나 행위를 자유롭게 하는 능동적 목적이어야 한다. 듀이의 실용주의 철학의 교육담론을 대안교육과 관련지어 살펴볼 때, 교육은 인간의 경험 속에서 성장의 가능성을 실현시켜 주고자 하는 노력으로 이해되기 때문에 듀이의 실용주의 철학 안에서 구체적이고 체계적인 교육목적의 실천을 통해 대안교육은 계발되어질 것으로 판단되며, 결론적으로 이런 교육적 목적이 성취될 때 대안교육은 성장 발전할 수 있을 것이다.

This study is about the design of safety devices to prevent the Quick coupler from detaching or falling, as one of the excavator attachments equipment widely used at construction sites and other industrial sites. The excavator is used by attaching equipment such as buckets, kryasha, shears depending on the characteristics of each work and the Quick coupler is used to quickly replace the attached equipment. At this time, the Quick coupler greatly reduces the detachable and mounted time of attachment equipment, but it can also be the main cause for detachable and falling accidents. To solve these problems, the Quick coupler's moving hook must be able to bind the connecting pin, and after equipment replacement, the safety device shall be operated automatically so that the connection pin is engaged. In addition, if the Quick coupler's moving hook will bind the connecting pin of the attachment equipment, the safety device should operate regardless of the operator's intention, and the safety device should not be released due to the operator's mistake or error in judgment. This study was conducted to find solutions to prevent detachment and fall accidents of excavator attachment equipment, and it is expected that this study will greatly reduce safety accidents at industrial sites such as excavation, road cleaning, deforestation, and up and down. Because it is difficult to block safety accidents just by approaching that accidents occur due to a lack of safety awareness of workers, design solutions for fundamental problem solving have been derived. Through this study, it is expected that not only will accidents caused by mistakes by workers be reduced, but also productivity will be improved by increasing the convenience of work. In a follow-up study, a prototype will be produced with a dual safety device design for excavator attachment equipment and empirical analysis research based on practical data will be conducted. 본 연구는 건설 현장과 기타 산업 현장에서 폭넓게 사용되는 굴삭기 부착장비 중 퀵 커플러의 탈착, 낙하사고 방지를 위한 안전장치 디자인에 관한 것이다. 굴삭기는 각 작업의 특성에 따라 버켓, 크랴샤, 쉐어 등의 장비를 부착해 사용하는데 부착장비의 빠른 교체를 위해 퀵 커플러가 사용된다. 이때 사용된 퀵 커플러는 부착장비의 탈착 및 장착 시간을 획기적으로 줄이지만 탈착과 낙하사고를 일으키는 주 요인이 되기도 한다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 퀵 커플러의 이동후크가 연결핀을 구속할 수 있어야 하고, 부착장비 교체 후 안전장치가 자동으로 작동해 연결핀이 체결되도록 구성되어야 한다. 아울러 퀵 커플러의 이동후크가 동작해 부착장비의 연결핀을 구속하면 작업자의 의도와 상관없이 안전장치가 작동하고, 작업자의 실수나 판단 착오 등에 의해 안전장치가 해제되지 않아야 한다. 본 연구는 굴삭기 부착장비의 탈착 및 낙하사고를 방지하기 위한 해결방안을 찾기 위해 수행되었으며, 이번 연구를 통해 굴삭기 부착장비를 이용한 굴삭작업, 도로 정리 작업, 삼림작업, 제설작업, 상하차 작업 등 산업 현장에서 벌어질 수 있는 안전사고를 크게 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 작업자의 안전의식이 부족해 사고가 발생한다는 접근만으로는 안전사고 차단이 어렵기 때문에, 근본적인 문제해결을 위한 디자인적인 솔루션을 도출하게 된 것이다. 이번 연구를 통해 작업자의 실수에 의한 사고가 줄어들 뿐만 아니라 작업의 편의성을 높여 생산성도 함께 개선될 것으로 기대하고 있다. 후속 연구에서는 굴삭기 부착장비 2중 안전장치 디자인으로 시제품을 제작해 실질적인 데이터를 기반으로 한 실증적인 분석연구가 진행될 계획이다.

예비보육교사의 성격특성에 따른 가족기능 및 스트레스 대처방식과의 관계

The purpose of this study is to support a resource for a pre-educare teacher train program. To achieve this purpose of this study. Some study problems were established as follows: 1. How is Ego-gram of pre-educare teachers? 2. How is OK-gram of pre-educare teachers? 3. How is Family function by Ego-gram of pre-educare teachers? 4. How is Comparison of Stress and Way of Handling by Ego-gram of pre-educare teachers? To solve these study problems, Ego-gram, Ok-gram, Family Adaptability & Cohesion Evaluation and Comparison of Stress and Way of Handling were administered to 134 pre-educare teachers who were trained to be child care center teachers. The results of these analyses can be summarized as follows; 1. The result of the most ego-gram type is Parent Ego and follows Child Ego and Adult Ego. It show the M type. 2. The result of OK-gram is I'm OK and You're OK which is the most beneficial type. 3. The result of the most Family function is accommodation of adaptability and connection of cohesion. 4. The result of Comparison of Stress and Way of Handling of pre-educare teachers is social way of handling.

회전 퀵커플러 안전장치 동작방법 연구

Excavators are construction machines used for digging soil, transporting soil, dismantling buildings and clearing the ground at construction sites. There are various attachments attached to the arm end of the excavator and used for various operations. There are the most common types of buckets attached for excavation and other types of attachments used for foresting, road cleaning, snow removal, and waste disposal. When multiple types of work are done at the same time, several attachments must be replaced and a device called a quick coupler is used to reduce replacement time. Although a quick coupler reduces the replacement time of the Attachment, it is necessary to attach safety devices to prevent unintentional detachment of attached attachments during the operation. To prevent the attachment from leaving or falling regardless of the operator's intention, support is installed in the hook of the bucket pin and controlled through a separate hydraulic cylinder to ensure safety. When attaching an attachment, it shall be attached without any action. This study is intended to verify the design validity of safety devices to prevent falls of attachments occurring at construction sites.

기형도 시에 나타난 시대적 징후

This study’s purpose is to re-assess and re-construct the graceful poetry in the literary position of Ki Hyeong-do’s poetry in previous studies on verse. Ki Hyeong- do was frequently construed and assessed as a poet throughout the 1990s. The main spirit expressed in his poetry was pointed out as having nihilistic color and hopeless sensitiveness, which was a result of his separation from the literacy of the 1980s that put emphasis on ideology and social cause. The process of such an interpretation refracts the characteristics of history embedded in his poetry in a unique way. In other words, such interpretation excludes the fact that his poetry was successful in imaging the division of a picture of laborers toiling in their work sites in the latter years of 1980s and at the same time deprives the possibility that his poetry can be viewed in a new light in the historic characteristics of labor poetry. In addition, such interpretation ostracizes a fact that the recognition and will inherent in his poetry grieves on the memory of Gwangju Democratization Movement in the 1980s and treats the memory as a resultant political event but does not nullify it. Ki Hyeong-do’s poetry not only separates itself from other examples of de-construction poetry in the 1980s and sets urban spaces as poetic realms but also expresses feelings of confusion and hopelessness in its spaces. Moreover, his poetry expressed his dreams of a narrative life thereby. This point should also be assessed and construed in a more systematic way. In fact, it is not difficult to find various features of internal conflict in the hopelessness and futility frequented in the world of his poetry. More than that, it is found that his intent was to advance to a larger order by means of understanding such conflicts. This understanding implies a possibility that the frame of conventional analysis of Ki Hyeong-do’s poetry should be broken. It should not be a fact that the role of Kim Hyeong-do’s poetry in the changing course of poetic history from 1980s to 1990s revealed a symptom of separation of the times. We can secure a point to put the historic character of Korean poetry in a new light by means of the poetry of Ki Hyeong-do through interpreting the fact that his poetic world intended to be seen and recognized as a certain form of continuity and unity through his poetry.
