A goal of this study is explain the process which organization of Pansori Sasul. Pansori have own way of thinking. I have named this way of thinking to '판소리적 사유'(the way of thinking of Pansori). In the period of Pansori, there is lot of performance genre and ethic genre. Especially, novel genre have strong power and hegemony in the contemporary literary genre. Under the influence of these genres, Pansori have organized its Sasul. Therefore, Pansori, novel and folktale have resemblance. But, this resemblance is not the whole of essential fact. Chang(唱化) is main peculiar element of Pansori. Chang has changed narrative structure, and have influenced on climax of narrative. These are peculiar fact of Pansori and the way of thinking of Pansori.

This study's main aim is the type of construction of Pansori-sasul. The Pansori is important genre in the many cultural discourses at 19th century. The Pansori has very flexible way to construct text with contemporary other genre. A horizontal movement of unit text is main theory of constructing Pansori-sasul. With this view point, this study will consider on <Saetaryung>. <Saetaryung> is a song of Jap-ga and piece of Pansori-sasul. So, study on <Saetaryung> will explain the theory of construction Pansori-sasul. This study will show construction theory of Pansori with a point of difference with Jap-ga and Pansori with focus on <Saetaryung>. The conclusion of this study will explain a type of discourses in 19th century of our classical genre of lyricism and narrative. And that will be able to show the theory of construction Pansori-Sasul, too.

The aim of this study is to consider the structural contradictions reflected within any literary work. When we constantly read and interpret literary works from a new perspective. It is important for us to study the structural contradictions reflected in the work, Hong Gil Dong which can be called as a classical literature. When we understand and evaluate old works, we consider the area of their back grounds. I want to approach old works not as a condition of any history but as the old works themselves. The content of the following will be an analysis of the old work of Hong Gil Dong I examined it and then studied the structural contradictions reflected to it from a new perspective based on the theory of myth criticism.

Objectives. A polydioxanone (PDO) stent was developed to treat tracheomalacia in pediatric patients. However, its safety and efficacy need to be verified in animal studies before clinical trials in patients can be conducted. This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of a PDO stent in normal and tracheomalacia-model rabbits. Methods. In total, 29 New Zealand white rabbits were used: 13 for evaluating the biocompatibility of the PDO stent in normal rabbits and 16 for the creation of a tracheomalacia model. The tracheomalacia model was successfully established in 12 rabbits, and PDO stents were placed in eight of those rabbits. Results. The PDO stent was successfully positioned in the trachea of the normal rabbits using an endoscopic approach, and its degradation was observed 10 weeks later. The stent fragments did not induce distal airway obstruction or damage, and the mucosal changes that occurred after stent placement were reversed after degradation. The same procedure was performed on the tracheomalacia-model rabbits. The survival duration of the tracheomalacia rabbits with and without stents was 49.0±6.8 and 1.0±0.8 days, respectively. Thus, the PDO stent yielded a significant survival gain (P=0.001). In the tracheomalacia rabbits, stent degradation and granulation tissue were observed 7 weeks after placement, leading to airway collapse and death. Conclusion. We successfully developed a PDO stent and an endoscopic guide placement system. The degradation time of the stent was around 10 weeks in normal rabbits, and its degradation was accelerated in the tracheomalacia model. The mucosal changes associated with PDO stent placement were reversible. Placement of the PDO stent prolonged survival in tracheomalacia-model rabbits.
