        Various alkyl ester prodrugs of diclofenac were synthesized in order to investigate the relationship between their skin permeation characteristics and physicohemical properties. Solubility in various vehicles was meastured at room temperature. 1-Octanol/water partition coefficients (Log P) and capacity factors (k") were measured to detemine the lipophilicity of the prodrugs. Stability of prodrugs in the skin extract and homogenate was also investigated before conduction the skin permeation studies. Increases in the Log P and capacity factor values were observed when alkyl esters of diclofenac were perpared. Since the aqueous solubility of the prodrugs was not high enough, they were saturated in propylene glycol (PG) for skin permeation studies. Prodrugs were rapidly metabolized to diclofenac, both in skin homogenate and in dernal extract of skin. The skin permeation rate of alkyl ester prodrugs was significantly higher than diclofenac with shorter lag time. Morecover, a parabolic relationship was observed between the pemeation rate and the log P values of prodrugs, and the maximum flux was achieved at a log P value of around 4.0.

        A Comparative Study between Graphic Design and Motion Graphic Design in Hierarchy Structure

        The contrast between graphic elements attracts the audience’s attention and builds ahierarchy structure that delivers information. This is how the hierarchy structure works in graphic design, and designers use this structure to deliver information in an efficient way. The concepts of motion and time exist as relatively new graphic elements in motion graphic design, and these elements affect the information delivery process. This study focused on subjects such as “motion,” “space defined by the frame,” and “message building with a series or juxtaposition structure” and approach them in a qualitative manner. The characteristic of a graphic element changes over time and becomes a motion. Its sudden transformation shows the contrast shift in a graphic element and attracts the eyes instantly. This graphic shift created a contrast, which is incorporated with time and effect into a hierarchy system in motion graphic design. A “frame” is a physically defined space that allows the involvement of a self-directed viewpoint in graphic design. However, a “frame” is a physically defined space by a viewpoint that directs and captures the variable state of aspace in motion graphic design. This directed and defined space by a viewpoint affects the reading process deliberately. A message” is built with a sequence of graphic information in motion graphic design. However, a “message” is built with a juxtaposed order of graphic information on one spread in graphic design.

        Managing Employee Work Stress using Health Psychology

        Purpose – Work stress environment is expanding alongside the speed of worldwide change and Psychological well-being concerns are coming about because pressure over-burden can bring about lost workdays, lower representative usefulness, and high occupation turnover rates. For this reason, the current study investigates to provide how practitioners can manage employee work stress using health psychology based on numerous prior studies. Research design, Data, and methodology – Qualitative textual research involves collecting and analyzing various non-numeric data to establish different concepts or opinions in prior literature. That means that the present researcher carried out qualitative research in multiple ways, investigating many kinds of previous textual data, such as prior published peer-reviewed resources and case studies analysis, Content analysis is a research technique that is primarily applied in qualitative research methods. Result – The results revealed that directed symbolism has also been displayed to improve prosperity and tranquility among employees with an assortment of persistent infections. Like diaphragmatic breathing, reflection practices consolidate zeroing in on a particular article or sensation (like breathing) while at the same time separating from other distracters and controlling inward encounters (for example, feelings, musings) through non-critical acknowledgment. Conclusion – This research proposes that intellectual rebuilding or figuring out how to perceive maladaptive musings and change them to reflect more versatile; judicious idea examples can fundamentally further develop temperament, diminish pressure, and reduction negative feelings for employees.

        그래픽디자인과 모션그래픽디자인의 위계구조에 관한 비교 연구

        그래픽디자인에서의 위계구조는 효율적인 방법으로 정보를 전달하기 위해 받아들이게 되는 정보의 순서를 시각적 대비를 통해 형성한다. 모션그래픽디자인은 움직임과 시간이 받아들이는 정보의 순서에 영향을 준다. 본 연구는 그래픽디자인에서의 위계 구조와는 달리 모션그래픽디자인에서 위계구조에 영향을 끼치는 움직임, 공간, 메시지에 대해 정성적 분석을 통해 연구하였다. 그래픽디자인에서 시각적 대비에서 이끌어진눈의 움직임을 통해 위계구조가 형성되어진다. 모션그래픽디자인에서는 시간의 진행을 통한 시각적 대비의 반복과 강조는 움직임을 생성하며 이는 정지하고 있는 시각적 이미지의 대비보다 시선을 이끌어 위계구조에 영향을 준다. 그래픽디자인에서의 프레임으로 정의된공간은 위계질서에 대해 독자의 자발적인 시점을 유도한다. 모션그래픽디자인에서의 프레임은 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 가변적인 공간에서 주관적인 하나의 시점이 정의하는 공간이다. 이러한 프레임의 공간 정의는 의도적인 정보의 전환을 이끌며 정보의 위계구조에 영향을 준다. 모션그래픽디자인에서의 메세지는 시간에 따른 시각적 요소의 등장 순서에 따라 정보가 전달되는 순차적 진행을 따르는 직렬(sequence)위계구조를 통해 생성된다. 이는 그래픽디자인에서 시각적 요소의 대비가 병렬(juxtaposition)위계구조를 통해 생성되는 메세지와는 다르게 생성된다.         노년층 대상 봉투서면 복약지도서의 시각적 이해를 돕는 그래픽 디자인 연구

        본 연구는 많은 약을 복용하는 노년층 환자들 대상봉투서면 복약지도서의 새로운 디자인 구체화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현재 사용되고 있는 봉투서면 복약지도서의 디자인 문제점들을 약사와 의사 전문가집단 인터뷰를 통해 선행 조사하고 이를, 봉투서면지도서 시안에 반영했다. 이를 인터뷰를 통해 수정, 총 4쌍의 디자인시안을 도출, 60세 이상 70세 미만의 자가복약이 가능한 남녀 노년층 환자 8명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행했다. 쌍대 비교 결과와 심층인터뷰 결과를 통해 선호도와 시각계층구조 인식에 대해 조사했다. 총 8명의 노년층 환자들 8명 중 7명은 약의 복약시간이 세분된 디자인을 선호했다. 7명이 약의 이름, 용법, 약의 세부적인 정보가 봉투 뒷면으로 옮겨진 디자인을 선호했다. 7명의 노년층 환자들은 부작용을 기재하기를 원했다. 6명이 노안으로 12pt 이하의 글자를 읽지 못했다. 8명의 노년층 환자가 현 봉투서면 복약지도서보다 적은 정보를 담은 디자인을 선호했다. 새 봉투서면 복약지도서에는 약의 세부적인 내용은 약의 봉투의 뒷면으로 옮겨 공간을 효율적으로 사용해야 한다. 복약시간이 다른 세분된 약의 복약시간 기입란이 제공되어야 하며 환자들이 필요한 정보의 순위를 구체화하여 읽는 순서를 고려한 레이아웃이 필요하다. 노년층 환자들의 가독성을 반영, 12pt 이상의 글자를 사용해야한다. 약의 부작용을 기재해야 한며 봉투서면 복약지도서 디자인의 일관성을 유지, 노년층환자의 이해를 도와야 한다. This study aims to develop new design for instructions on medication packaging for senior chronic disease patients who take various types of medicines. Doctors and pharmacists were consulted to investigate the design issues and to prepare the first design drafts. Four different paired design samples were created and compared to examine the design preference of senior patients over 60 and under 70 who can take medicine by themselves. The final design and the reading steps were reached after in-depth interviews and design comparison studies. From a total of 8 patients: 7 preferred the design containing detailed drug information on the backside; 7 preferred to include a subdivided medication schedule; 7 preferred to include drug side effects information; 6 patients were unable to read text smaller than 12pt; and 8 patients preferred designs containing less information than current medicine instructions. Any new design must contain detailed drug information on the back for the efficiency. A subdivided daily medication schedule section is required for specific dosing schedule. An organized reading steps on medicine information demanded by senior patients. The text on the instructions should be larger than 12pt and detail the side effects. A consistent layout and design is crucial to help senior patients.
