충북 공공건축물 그린리모델링 시그니처 사업 적용에 따른 에너지 절감효과 사례분석

Purpose: Starting in 2020, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of KOREA has implemented a green remodeling support project that provides government subsidies for remodeling construction of old public buildings. In addition, a signature project was prepared to invest a large amount of project cost among buildings subject to green remodeling. In this study, we aim to compare the energy saving effects of the S Public Health Center in North Chungcheong Province through the signature project and analyze cost-effectiveness compared to the amount saved. Method: An energy evaluation was conducted before and after green remodeling of S Public Health Center using the building energy consumption evaluation program (ECO2-OD). Actual energy usage data was investigated and compared with simulation results. In addition, the amount of energy reduction resulting from the application of green remodeling construction elements was evaluated and a cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted accordingly. Result: Among the elements applied to green remodeling, the change element that showed a high impact on energy savings was the replacement of heating equipment, which showed a reduction of about 60% compared to the previous one. When green remodeling element construction was carried out for KRW 127 million, the cost benefit (cost-effectiveness) of the annual energy consumption reduction of 83.6 kWh/㎡·a was found to be KRW 22,936/kWh·a.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the difference between thermal load of an apartment with balcony and without balcony. And the second objective of this study is to compare the building load simulation results of energyplus and KOREAN web based heating energy rating tools for apartment house, which was made by KICT. The newly being constructed apartment house was selected for building thermal load simulation, and the simulation models with balcony and without balcony were built using openstudio for energyplus simulation. As a result, the seasonal heating loads of these balcony models, which were simulation results by energyplus and web based tool, were compared and analysed.

Ministry of Transportation has strengthened the insulation performance criteria. The enhanced thermal performance and energy savings in the building structure are important. A field thermal testing method with the heat flow measurement sensor is unique for the current assessment of the existing building wall thermal performance. This study examined the differences between measured U-value and conventional calculated U-value(designed value) by attaching the different sensors in the same area using multiple heat flow sensor. Every cases are shown to same patterns on each heat flow and U-value graph, but U-values with regard to various sensors have been shown some differences to designed values.
컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 실물대시험 비교를 통한 커튼월 열성능 해석 기법에 관한 연구

The curtain wall is presently being adopted widely in high-rise buildings because of its several merits in many aspects. Curtain walls, however, also have problems, such as thermal efficiency and moisture condensation, especially in countries where there are four seasons like Korea, because of wide glazing windows and metal frames that have high thermal conductivity. Many researchers have tried to predict the surface temperature of windows or curtain walls precisely. But most of the research has focused on small-scale window rather than large-scale curtain walls. Thus, a study on the comparison between a computer simulation and a mock-up test using a large-scale thermal chamber for the curtain walls is needed. There are two main objectives in this study: first, to understand the reasons for the differences between the results of the thermal mock-up tests and those of the simulations: second, to understand the differences in the simulation methods. For 12 curtain walls, the mean temperature difference between computer simulations and the mock-up tests was about 2.6 . The simulation method (NFRC) considering convection and radiation showed closer result to the mock-up test than conventional simulation method.
건물 상세 에너지 해석 프로그램을 이용한 폐열회수환기 시스템의 에너지 성능 평가 사례에 관한 연구

Nowadays, it is a trend to save energy of the air-conditioning and heating that account for the most of building energy. In this study, to verify building energy saving amount when HRV system is applied, various national HRV products data were collected and applied to a Equest model of library building. The main variables were sensible and latent effectiveness of HRV system. Effectiveness value were from 70 to 90% for sensible and from 30 to 70% for latent. As a results, the entire energy consumption were decreased when HRV were applied, but cooling energy were increased within narrow limits. With effectiveness, the entire energy saving amount was related with sensible effectiveness rather than latent effectiveness.

Energy saving of building is a big issue throughout the world. The proportion of building energy consumption is more than 20% of total energy consumption of nation. The Korean government has made a commitment to reduce building energy through enforcing various design guidelines, regulations and rules. Meanwhile, railway stations show different forms and functional features from typical office and residential buildings. So, railway stations is expected to show different energy usage characteristic. The objective of this study is to investigate, find, and report several energy saving methods of railway stations through analyzing existing domestic and abroad energy saved railway station cases and studies. Also we investigated and analyzed domestic energy usage of railway station, regulations for public building, and survey results of public building experts on energy efficiency issues for public building. As a result, it is urgent to establish a specified energy saving roadmap, design guidelines, and integrated passive/active methods for railway station.
