본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 전국단위의 데이터를 사용하여 연구결과의 타당도를 높이고, 둘째, 아동의 스마트 폰 중독이 아동의 공격성에 미치는 영향과 그 인과관계 사이에서 부모의 양육태도의 조절효과를 검증함으로써 아동의 공격성을 감소시키기 위한 부모의 양육태도의 긍정적 측면을 강화 할 수 있는 실천적, 정책적 대안을 모색함에 있어 그 필요성에 대한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 ‘한국 아동·청소년패널조사(KCYPS : Korean Children Youth Panel Study)의 초등학교 1학년패널의 제4차년도 데이터를 사용하였으며, 총 1,686케이스를 선별하여 사용하였다. SPSS 통계프로그램을 통해 빈도분석과 기술통계, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 분석한 결과, 아동의 스마트폰 중독이 심할수록 아동의 공격성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모의 감독, 애정, 방임이 아동의 스마트폰 중독과 공격성 사이에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 아동의 스마트폰 중독이 아동의 공격성을 증가시키는 것을 부모의 양육태도로 조절할 수 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 아동의 공격성 감소를 위하여 올바른 스마트폰 사용방법 교육과 더불어 올바른 부모의 양육태도를 위한 부모교육이 도움이 될 수 있으며, 이와 함께 제도적인 노력이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to raise validity of the result through using national data, to analyze the effect of childrens smartphone addiction on aggression and moderating effect of parenting styles on the relationship between childrens smartphone addiction and aggression. The data were obtained from 4th waves of KCYPS(Korean Children Youth Panel Study), and 1,686 4th graders in elementary schools who have smartphone were analysed. To achieve the purpose, this study executed frequency analysis, descriptive statistic, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis through SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, the higher childrens smartphone addiction level, the higher childrens aggression goes. Second, parents supervision, affection, neglect have moderating effects on the relationship between childrens smartphone addiction and aggression which means parenting styles could reduce childrens aggression despite serious smartphone addiction. Based on these results, this study suggests that the combination of preventive discipline of smartphone addiction and parental education program is needed to reduce childrens aggression which is main factor of bullying. In addition, this study suggests the establishment of special arrangement such as shut down for smartphone addiction prevention.

For the machining of freeform surface, fly cutting is one of the key technology to meet profile accuracy and surface roughness simultaneously. Fly cutting can be applied to manufacturing of optical components with complex profile. In this study aluminum alloy was machined in the process of ultra precision fly cutting and investigated optimum machining conditions in terms of feed-rate, pitch per cycle and depth of cut.

Three methods for grinding: cross grinding, slanted tool axis grinding and parallel grinding, were carried out to study the machinability of tungsten carbide mold for glass formed aspherics lens. In our research, the optimum grinding conditions were investigated in terms of feed-rate, relative velocity of wheel and work piece, tool marks and surface roughness. It is shown that cross grinding are most effective in removal ratio but poor in surface roughness. In addition, tool marks of each method were differentiated on direction and shape.

This paper presents a geometrical error compensation of tool alignment for B axis controlled machine. In precision machining, tool alignment is crucial parameter for machined surface. To decrease tool alignment error, plus tilted tool from B axis center is touched to reference work piece and checked the deviation from original position. Same process is performed in minus tilt. Comparing these 2 touch positions, wheel alignment error in X axis and Z axis can be calculated on B axis center. Experimental results show that this compensation method is efficient to correct tool alignment.

Geometrical error of ultra-precision machining due to spherical tool alignment error is analyzed. Deviation of spherical edge, ranged several ten micrometers, generates vertical and horizontal error of tool path and affects profile accuracy of machined surface. Simulation of machined error shows effect of tool alignment error and enables to estimate alignment error. This work provides technical insights into the minimizing of geometrical error of ultra-precision machining.
초정밀 단속 절삭을 이용한 다각형 미러의 절삭특성에 관한 연구

Generally, the core component of small precise optical device demands high accuracy of manufacturing processes. Although, the geometry of it is simple, the manufacturing technique to materialize is categorized as the ultra-precision machining and it must be done with the specialized machines and by the trained operator. Typical examples of small precise optical device are laser printer and phone camera. As a core part of laser printer, polygon mirror is used in laser scanning unit(LSU). It couldn't be fabricated with conventional machine but specified machine for polygon mirror machining. In this study, Polygon mirror with 16 surfaces was manufactured in the process of ultra-precision fly-cutting with Al material and investigated optimum machining conditions in terms of feedrate, pitch per cycle and depth of cut. Owing to process of polishing has bad influence on reflection angle, surface roughness, Rmax = 10㎚, and form en-or, Ra = λ/10(λ=632㎚), are prerequisites for polygon mirror.
