경력단절 여성의 역할지향성에 따른 직업가치 인식과 진로준비행동의 차이: 학력 차이를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 경력단절 여성의 역할지향성에 따른 직업가치 인식과 진로준비 행동의 차이가 학력의 차이에 따라 다르게 나타나는 것을 검증함으로써, 경력단절 여성의 진로상담과 진로교육에 차별화된 정보제공 및 진로프로그램 구성에 있어서의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역에 위치한 여성인력 개발센터, 그 외 각종 평생교육기관과 사회교육기관에서 자신의 진로모색을 하는 경력단절 여성들을 대상으로 2012년 3월 19일~4월 9일에 거쳐 설문지를 배포, 수거하 였고, 최종적으로 총 377부가 자료로 사용되었다. 연구결과 경력단절 여성들은 일과 가정 영역의 중요성에 따라 ‘수퍼우먼형 역할지향’, ‘현모양처형 역할지향’, ‘잠재형’ 집단으로 구분되었다. 이를 바탕으로 학력 차이에 따라 역할지향별 직업가치와 진로 준비행동의 집단 간 차이를 살펴본 결과, 직업가치 인식 측면에서는 대졸이하 집단의 경우 자기능력, 인간관계, 경제우선, 사회인식, 안정추구에서 집단 간 차이가 통계 적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 대졸이상 집단에서는 자기능력, 사회헌신, 사회인식에서 집단 간 차이가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 진로준비행동에 있어서 학력 간 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 연구를 통해 경력단절 여성의 진로교육 방향이란 여성 개인의 심리내적 변인과 환경맥락에 대한 세분화된 이해를 바탕으 로, 개인의 삶에 대한 폭넓은 이해가 가능한 방향으로 이루어져야 함을 알 수 있었 다. The purpose of this study is to verify that the differences of vocational value recognition and career preparation behaviors according to the role orientation of career-interrupted married women are different according to educational background, Subjects for the study were 377 career-interrupted married women currently in the process of or having already acquired certificates at women vocation career education centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and career-interrupted women seeking career paths at other continuing education centers and social education centers. And the survey was conducted from 19 March 2012 until April 9. According to the results of the research, the women who were disconnected from the career were divided into the ‘super-woman role orientation’ cluster, the ‘wise-mother & good-wife role orientation’ cluster, and the ‘subconscious super-woman role orientation’ cluster depending on the importance of work and family domain. The differences of education on vocational value awareness in each clusters are as follows: First, in the under college graduate group, own ability, human-relations oriented, economy first, social-consciousness-driven, and pursuing stability shows meaningful results in each cluster. Second, in the above college graduate group, own ability, social-dedication, and social-consciousness-driven shows differences between clusters. But the differences of education on career preparation behavior didn t show meaningful results in each cluster. Based on the results first, an individual career counseling study based on an individual s inner psychological factor and education is suggested. Second, a subdivided attempt at classification of role recognition based on collection of information at diverse locations and education centers is proposed.
