        스포츠 인재발굴육성 프로그램의 현황 및 정책방안: 후쿠오카 신체능력 개발·육성 프로그램을 중심으로

        Sports talents having particular body type and physiological characteristics can be expected to have great possibility in future sports performance. Sports talents also have been reported to have distinctive physique, physical fitness, and performance compared to similar age athletes. The purpose of this study was to investigate detailed goals for talented kids identification and development program of Fukuoka, Japan and to discuss pros and cons about physical function development and intellectual capacity development program of Fukuoka, Japan. Japan has various sports athlete development system such as school sports clubs, sports boy scouts, and local sports clubs. This athlete development system provides performance related skill training programs based upon sports type. Moreover, Japanese kids have an opportunity to naturally learn various sports due to activated school sports clubs. However, school sports clubs have limits for training time and connections when students have vacation and go on to the upper level schools such as entering middle school from elementary school. Therefore, local sports clubs need to be more activated but practically less activated. Sports talent identification program seems not to be the specialization training for sports type, but to be the basic physical capacity enhancement program as a basis of all kinds of sports. This study results would be helpful information for managing sports talent center at Korea National Sport University.

        u-헬스케어(Ubiquitous Healthcare System)를 이용한 고령자의 건강관리에 대한 전망

        In recent years, life expectancy of humans has increased and so has the aging population. Korea's society has already reached the aging society stage and policies are equally reflecting this. The aging population means there is a higher demand for medical services, which then results in an increase in medical costs. It is predicted that this will lead to an increase in the societal burden and urgently calls for a solution. One is the ubiquitous healthcare(u-healthcare). u-healthcare is a future medical system that allows patients to receive health checkups and individualized treatment regardless of time and place. In Korea, the u-healthcare system is activated mostly in hospitals, where the supply of u-healthcare and wellness are not entirely satisfactory. Despite early business activation being yet to be expected in Korea, business activation is indeed possible in the long run. Taking into account elderly people’s physical and physiological characteristics, various u-healthcare services such as home care and a variety of mobile and wearable healthcare will be commercially available to the ageing society in the future. Also good design methodology might be a solution to use healthcare devices easily. These will improve the elderly people’s quality of life and provide a promising countermeasure in an aging society. And there is a need for improvement in the policy. First, the ubiquitous living space needs to be incorporated into the policy. Second, the ubiquitous equipment needs to be used in a useful and fun way. In order to solve these problems, elders need to be provided with services tailored for the elders, along with free trials and reduced fees. Also, the infrastructure researched through systematic epidemiological studies must be available to everyone anywhere.

        대사증후군 위험지표가 고령여성의 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        This study focused on understanding the impact of metabolic syndrome on the health-related aspects of elderly women’s quality of life. Participants included 100 Korean elderly women aged 65 years and above. Relationships between the risks posed by metabolic syndrome and the health-related aspects of participants’ quality of life were examined in the analysis conducted using SPSS 25.0. The analyses conducted, and results obtained were as follows. Among the present participants, 58% had metabolic syndrome, and higher ratios of presence of metabolic syndrome were linked to higher ages. An analysis of eight health-related quality of life indicators(SF-36) found that smaller waist size led to higher physical body-related quality of life(r=-.253), and lower fasting blood sugar led to higher quality of life related to emotional role(p<.001). Furthermore, higher fasting blood sugar led to lower physical pain-related quality of life, and larger waist size led to lower mental health-related quality of life. Additionally, more neutral body fat composition led to a worsening of general health-related quality of life. The results of this study can be used to develop interventions to lower the prevalence of metabolic syndrome. 본 연구는 대사증후군이 고령여성의 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위함이며, 한국의 65세 이상 고령여성 100명을 대상으로 대사증후군 위험요소와 건강관련 삶의 질과의 관계를 파악하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0으로하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 대사증후군을 가지고 있는 사람은 58%로 나타났으며, 연령집단이 높을수록 대사증후군 집단에 속하는 비율이 높아졌다. SF-36의 8가지 건강관련 삶의 질의 지표를 분석한 결과 허리둘레가 작을수록 신체적 기능의 삶의 질이 높았으며, 공복혈당이 낮을수록 감정적 역할제한 삶의 질 수준이 더 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 공복혈당이 높을수록 신체적 통증관련 삶의 질이 낮았으며, 허리둘레가 클수록 정신건강 관련 삶의 질을 떨어졌다. 그리고, 중성지방은 많을수록 일반건강 삶의 질이 나빠졌다. 이러한 결과로 본 연구는 대사증후군의 유병률을 낮추기 위한 기초자료로 쓰일 수 있을 것이다.

        유 · 무산소 복합운동이 비만주부들의 신체구성, 건강관련체력 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a 10-week combined exercise training program(Tae-Bo) on the body composition, physical fitness levels, and blood lipid of fat mothers. The surveyed people were 31 fat mothers(over 30% of fat percent) aged over 30s below 40s before menopause, who live in S city. And the exercise program was carried out 2 times a week(Tuesday, Thursday) for 60 minutes during 10 weeks. The Independent t-test, Mann-Whitney test and repeated ANOVA analysis of paired samples based on prior and post inspection results were executed. So the following conclusions could be obtained. It appeared that the 10 weeks combined exercise has positive effects on body composition, health related physical fitness and blood lipid of fat mothers, and there was satistically a significant different in partially factors. There was statistically a significant different between a combined exercise group and control group in partially factors in body composition, health related physical fitness and blood lipid. Accordingly, it is thought that execution of combined exercise including Tae-Bo will be desirable in order th obtain positive effect on body composition, health related physical fitness and blood lipid of fat mothers.

        고령여성의 대사증후군 위험요인과 체력수준의 관계

        In recent times, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome is increasing every year, intensifying the burdens borne by individuals and society. The purposes of this study were to classify elderly female physical fitness factors such as cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, agility, and balance. And compare elderly women both with and without metabolic syndrome to verify any differences between physical fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors, using the results as baseline data for lowering metabolic syndrome prevalence. An investigation of 100 elderly women aged 65 years or older revealed that 58% of them had metabolic syndrome. The study investigated whether there was a significant difference based on age and the results indicated only a significant difference in systolic blood pressure(F=5.324, p<.01). In addition, as age increased, the percentage of participants with metabolic syndrome also increased. There was a significant positive correlation between metabolic syndrome and weight, waist circumference, neutral fat, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure. The physical fitness factors were analyzed to observe any significant differences according to whether the subject had metabolic syndrome. The results of running an independent t-test analysis revealed that while the overall physical fitness of the metabolic syndrome group fell across-the-board, there were no statistically significant levels found in most of the factors except for being able to bend forward while sitting in a chair, which was the only factor that influenced metabolic syndrome.

        여자 중학생의 건강관련 체력수준과 비만결정요인 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the health related physical fitness fitness levels of female middle school students according to their year in school, using data from the Physical Activity Promotion System(PAPS), and to analyze the determinants of obesity in relation to the students’ fitness levels. For this study, we selected 599 middle school students based in Seoul. We measured the student"s body composition, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscle strength/endurance and power. We also performed frequency analysis for studying the distribution of respondents, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Scheffe’s test for testing mean differences between the groups. In addition, logistic regression was conducted to identify the physical fitness variables that are associated with obesity and overweight status. In this regard, the results of this study can be summarized as follows: In general, cardiovascular endurance decreased with an increase in obesity, while the obese groups showed slightly greater flexibility than did the normal-weight group. None of the groups exhibited significant differences in muscle strength and endurance based on the degree of obesity, but the morbidly obese group exhibited relatively lower fitness scores than did the other groups. Meanwhile, there were no significant differences in power among the students. The results of our analysis on health related physical fitness according to degree of obesity confirmed that the morbidly obese group exhibits the lowest fitness score, and among the more normal-weight groups, cardiovascular endurance is the sole determinant of obesity among all the physical fitness related factor.

        서울시 거주 여중생의 발육량과 체력의 변화 추이

        The purpose of this study was from the first grade to third grade in middle school to be compared to the height and weight, the amount of annual growth, physical fitness and BMI(Body Mass Index). Local school students of city were enrolled in woman. Height, weight and physical fitness were collected through the PAPS(Physical Activity Promotion System). BMI and the amount of annual growth through new variables, height and weight were calculated. For learn the difference between the grade of height and weight, the amount of annual growth, physical fitness, performed Repeated Measure ANOVA and Least Significant Difference of Fisher were used. Learn to the difference between the grade in the distribution of obesity rates, Chi-square test was performed. As a result, the height of the first and third grade interval, the weight of the first and third grade interval showed the most amount of growth, showed significant(p<.001) differences between the other interval. Cardiovascular endurance was highest in the first grade, showed significant(p<.001) differences between grade. flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance was highest in the third grade, significant(p<.001) differences between grade. Power is the highest in the first grade, there was not significant differences between grade. Increased BMI goes up a grade, showed significant(p<.001) differences between grade. The distribution of the obesity rate increased by the higher grade.

        모바일 게임 Poke´mon GO를 통한 신체활동 변화와 전망

        This study investigated the changes observed in the physical activity of users of the augmented reality game Pokemon GO, which has recently become a prominent issue. The study subjects were 190 Korean male and female adults(normal adult: n=88, athlete group: n=102) aged 19 years or older, who all had experience using Pokemon GO. The Leisure Time Physical Activity Questionnaire by Godin and Shephard(1985) was modified and employed as a measurement tool. The following are the results of the study. The average number of days subjects used Pokemon GO was 24.65 days. First, the moderate activity time for both men and women in the normal adult group increased after using Pokemon GO compared to before using it, whereas the total time of moderate activity decreased for both men and women in the athlete group. Second, the total time of mild activity increased for both men and women in the normal adult and athlete groups after using Pokemon GO compared to before using it. In addition, Pokemon GO did not have any significant effect on the time spent on surfing the Internet, and watching TV. Furthermore, it was revealed that the time spent on surfing the Internet was longer when the subjects were younger in age. This study demonstrated that Pokemon GO significantly increased mild activity. In addition, the game is expected to contribute to preventing certain chronic diseases afflicting modern people who lack physical activity.
