구강과 위내 Helicobacter pylori의 상호관련성

Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) is bacterial infection, with more than half of the world population infected and oral cavity is considered second reservoir of H. pylori infection. The purpose of this study was to evaluate role of oral cavity in H. pylori infection by comparison of the mode H. pylori infection in oral cavity and stomach. We recruited 100 subjects without systemic disease including gastrointestinal disease. Samples in oral cavity taken on gingival sulcus fluid(GSF) of lower left central incisor and 1st molar, area of buccal mucosa, dorsum of the tongue, palatal and saliva. We analyzed by Nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR) for oral infection and Urea Breath Test(UBT) for gastric infection. The results were as follows : 1. Among these 100 subjects, 36(36%) were positive by Nested PCR and 33(33%) were positive by UBT(p>0.05). 2. In detection rate of H. pylori in sites taken sample, 11(11%), 8(8%), 9(9%), 3(3%), 9(9%), 7(7%) were positive on GSF of lower left central incisor and 1st molar, area of buccal mucosa, dorsum of the tongue, palatal and saliva, respectively. Statical significance was observed in samples of GSF of lower left central incisor and area of dorsum of the tongue(p<0.05). 3. In comparison of the mode of H. pylori infection in oral cavity and stomach by analytic method, positive in oral cavity and stomach was 10(10%), negative in oral cavity and positive in stomach was 23(23%), positive in oral cavity and negative in stomach was 26(26%) and negative in oral cavity and stomach was 41(41%)(p>0.05). Conclusively, we can guess that oral H. pylori is not associated with gastric H. pylori infection and normal flora.

This study examines what determines the resale premium of the rights of pre-costruction apartments. The data of 6,004 actual transaction prices from 174 apartment complexes in Seoul from 2007 to 2015 were used for estimation. Estimation results reveal that the resale premiums were positively influenced by the sales price index of the areas where the pre-construction apartments are located, when the apartments are located in four districts in Gangnam region. The results also show that the premiums are higher in complexes where a larger number of housing units are constructed with more parking lots by companies with higher reputations. Locational accessibility associated with elementary schools and subway stations were also found to be factors to increase resale premiums.
여가유형에 따른 수정된 계획행동(MTPB)과 진지한 여가의 관계분석

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between revised planning behavior and serious leisure according to leisure type. For this study, participants participated leisure activities in Seoul and Gyeonggi in December, 2018. For this study, frequency analysis was performed to examine the demographic characteristics. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS Window 25.0 program. As a result of verifying the relationship between revised planning behavior and serious leisure according to leisure type, the correlation between modified plan behavior and serious leisure factors was found to be significant. Second, the effects of modified plan behavior on serious leisure were significant in order of control perception, body image, subjective norm, exercise intention, attitude. This study suggests that this study is a quantitative study and lacks in-depth research on what modified planning behaviors were made through serious leisure activities. Therefore, in the subsequent study, it is necessary to conduct a qualitative study on the psychological factors and the social factors influencing the serious leisure activity perceived by the other person.

The diversity and spread of leisure activities are indispensable to the leisure experiences of our culture and era, but there is not enough leisure time, resulting in burnout syndrome such as work addiction and lack of energy. And modern people are known for their peculiar and constant thoughts, emotions, and various actions through various personalities. Therefore, this study aims to study the positive and negative aspects of leisure rumination according to personality characteristics (Big 5 type) in daily life through the time of thinking about leisure activities. This study was set up as a group for the general public living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam, and Busan in June 2019. In order to examine the relationship between personality 5 factors and leisure rumination, the survey was distributed and collected to 550 subjects using the convenience sampling method. Based on the results of this study, the relationship between the five personality factors and leisure ruminant appeared. Firstly, the positive emotional factors of leisure ruminant showed influence on all personality types by acting as a way out of experiencing daily happiness for a while with the thought of leisure activity in daily life. In addition, the problem-solving factors were found to be a concept of rest, seeking a developmental direction through leisure in daily life, and arouse the desire for new things. In this study, follow-up studies will require various researches on the leisure activities pursued by individuals, and an approach should be given to the meanings of leisure reflections of each leisure activity. In addition, it is not enough to clarify the concept of leisure ruminants, and it is necessary to confirm the meaning of leisure ruminant factors through various leisure activities as well as personality.
맞춤형 여가 스포츠 참여 AI 콘텐츠 서비스 연구 : 행동 유도성 이론을 바탕으로

In this study, various interfaces related to AI appear in new and diverse forms other than the basic system. However, there is a lack of research on the function of the service and the user"s perception according to it. In other words, there is a need for a purpose pursued between sports activity content and participants. Therefore, this study tried to confirm the direction of sports AI contents and help them to use them through the theory of action induction by sports activity group. This study conducted an online survey targeting Korean adults in their 20s to 50s who had experience participating in sports activities. As a result of a study related to AI leisure activity information provision content constructed based on the theory of inducing behavior of sports participants, they wanted customized information first, and then wanted AI information about leisure activities that they had no experience with. In addition, it was found that they wanted information about AI leisure activities every week. Through this, according to the development of digital technology, they want information from sports activities in various forms, and they can access other new activities by receiving information about leisure activities that they have not experienced from leisure activity participants. In addition, it was found that the participants in leisure activities did not simply receive information, but wanted to provide information in the leisure activities I am currently engaged in.

수확 로봇의 인식 기술은 안정적인 로봇 수확을 위해 우선 수행되어야 하는 주요 기술이며 딥러닝을 사용한 객체 인식 모델 기반의 작업 대상체 인식 연구가 진행되어 높은 성과를 보여주고 있다. 하지만 수확을 위해선 과실 객체 인식뿐 아니라 절단되어야 하는 줄기의 인식도 필요하며 영상 내 많은 객체가 존재할 경우 인식을 위해 많은 노동력이 필요하므로 수확 효율성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 수확 전 영상에서 완숙과 군집 영역을 검출 후 수확 우선순위를 지정하고 그에 따른 2차원 토마토 자세 추정을 수행하였다. 모델 학습을 위한 데이터셋은 농촌진흥청에 위치한 토마토 온실에서 수집하였으며, 토마토 객체를 포함하는 최소한의 사각형을 추출하여 구성하였다. 완숙과 토마토 영역 검출은 CAM을 작성한 후 임계치 처리를 통해 결정하였으며, 해당 결과를 기반으로 매니퓰레이터가 작업 대상체에 접근했을 때를 가정하여 영상 내에서 영역을 좁힌 후 2차원 자세 인식을 연속적으로 수행하는 방식으로 진행하였다. 본 개발 기술은 수확 전 광역 영상에서 완숙과 군집을 검출 후 해당 결과를 기반으로 2차원 자세 인식을 수행하였으며, 수확 경로 추종 및 매니퓰레이터의 접근 위치 제시로 효율적인 로봇 수확이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
작업순서에 의존적인 신문발송문제에서의 효율적 발송을 위한 시뮬레이션 분석

In this paper we studied a newspaper delivery problem with sequence-dependant jobs. To solve this problem we studied a production-allocation problem for a different editions of a newspaper when the plant was increased additionally and a production sequence of a different editions of a newspaper on a number of identical machines in parallel. With the objective of the problem is to minimize the vehicle routing cost and distance while keeping the total delay time beyond deadline as small as possible, in this problem was studied through a simulation analysis by a developed simulator. Use a solution which was derived by applying the Weighted Savings algorithm for route determination and the Weighted Urgent Route First algorithm for the determination of vehicle dispatching sequence. Also use a regret distance calculation approach for the allocation of local agent to plants. The position data and the distance data are obtained from the digital map. The experimental set was acquired in a discussion with staff who has worked on the delivery scheduling job for many years.

과실 인식은 로봇 수확을 위해 우선적으로 확보되어야 하는 필수 기술이며, 수확 대상체에 대한 위치, 자세 등 작업기 접근을 위한 종합적인 정보를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 최근 이를 위해 다양한 영상을 이용한 과실 검출 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 정밀한 수준의 위치뿐만 아니라 3차원 인식도 가능하였다. 하지만 수확을 위한 절단은 과실에 연결된 화방 등 줄기에서 수행되며 이를 위해서는 과실 뿐만 아니라 절단되어야 하는 줄기도 동시에 인식하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 대표적 시설채소인 토마토의 로봇 수확을 위해 진행되었으며, 토마토 인식에 필요한 자세를 정의하고 이를 통해 과실 및 연결된 줄기의 2차원 정보를 평가하였다. 제안된 접근 방식은 사람의 자세 인식을 위한 딥러닝 모델을 기반으로 토마토 자세 인식에 적합하게 수정 및 학습을 수행하였으며, 학습 결과 주요 부위 검출 성능이 평균 0.93으로 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 통해 딥러닝 기반의 토마토 자세 인식이 가능하였으며, 이를 이용하면 절단 위치 선택과 같은 수확 메커니즘뿐만 아니라 로봇 수확 시 접근성 평가를 기반으로 수확 우선순위를 결정하는 데에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
