        수도 도열병 저항성과 간장간의 연관에 관한 유전분석

        수도의 도열병 저항성 육종을 위하여 국제도열병 검정시험에서 여러 균계에 대해 고도의 안정된 저항성을 나타낸 Tadukan, Tetep 두 장간 저항성 품종을 6개 단간 리병성 계통들과 교배하여 도열병 저항성과 장간형질간의 연관관계를 분석하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. Tadukan과 Tetep은 모든 단간계통들과의 조합에서 간장은 장간대 단간이 3 : 1로 분리되었으므로 이들은 각각 단순우성 장간 유전자를 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 2. Tadukan 품종은 T-2+2 , C-8+t 균계에 대하여 도열병 저항성과 간장과는 연관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 3. Tetep 품종도 역시 T-2+1, C-8+t 균계에 대하여 도열병 저항성은 간장과는 연관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 4. C-8+t 균계에 대한 Tadukan과 Tetep 품종의 저항성은 단순우성 유전자에 지배되고 있다. 5. T-2+t 균계에 대한 Tadukan과 Tetep 품종의 저항성은 각각 2개의 우성유전자에 의해 지배되고 이들은 서로 보족적인 관계에 있다. This study was investigated to know the possible linkage relationship between blast resistance gene and plant height gene in rice. Two resistant varieties, Tadukan and Tetep were crossed with six susceptible semi-dwarf tester lines. Progenies derived from the crosses were inoculated with spray method at 3-4 leaf stage with blast races, C-8+t and T-2+t . The results indicated that: (1) Resistance of Tadukan and Tetep to the C-8+t was controlled by a single dominant gene, respectively. (2) Resistance of Tadukan and Tetep to the T-2+t was expressed by complementary gene action between two dominant genes, respectively. (3) No linkage relationship was found between resistance gene and plant height gene of both Tadukan and Tetep when tested with C-8+t and T-2+t , respectively.espectively.

        To locate the resistant genes to rice blast fungus on linkage groups and also to investigate the mode of inheritance of resistant genes, progenies derived from the crosses between resistant varieties and genetic markers were inoculated with spray method at 4-5 leaf stage with races namely, ?? and ??. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Resistant genes against the races ?? and ?? were not related with the genetic markers used-(Cl),, (Pn), (g), ??, (gh), (dn), (nl) and (bl) except five crosses of Tadukan×genetic marker (bl), Tetep×genetic marker (g) and Tetep×genetic marker (dn). 2. Detailed component analysis in the above five crosses revealed that resistance genes of Tetep to ?? race were linked with the genetic marker (dn), while resistance genes of Tadukan were independent from the genetic marker (bl). Resistance gene of Tetep to the ?? race was linked with the genetic marker (dn) while it was independent with the genetic marker(g). Resistance genes of Suweon 287 to the ?? race were linked with the genetic marker (bl). 3. Resistance of tetep to the ?? race was expressed by inhibiting gene action between two dominant genes. 4. Resisstance of Tetep to the ?? race was controlled by a single dominant gene, while resistance of Suweon 287 was expressed by inhibiting gene action between two deminant genes.
