        남녀 대학생들의 방사선 인식 정도에 관한 비교 연구

        This study was conducted to provide fundamental data on the awareness of radiation, specifically the differences between general awareness, psychological state and harmful effects. Data was collected from 334 University students in the Chungbuk region through a self-administered questionnaire. According to the results of the reliability and factor analysis, the awareness of radiation was 2.80, with a Cronbach alpha coefficient of 0.815 and KMO of 0.798. Factor analysis extracted three components of the awareness of radiation, which we named general awareness (factor 1), psychological state (factor 2), and harmful effect (factor 3). There were significant differences in the general awareness of natural radiation and radiation-containing foods (p<0.05), whereas no significant differences were found in the general awareness of radiation food supply (p>0.05). Also, the psychological state showed a significant difference in exposure inspection, future exposure, and radiation-containing food (p<0.05), whereas no significant differences were found in the refusal of radiation inspection (p>0.05). The harmful effects showed a significant difference in the rejection of radiation (p<0.05), but no significant differences in the cancer and genetic effects, diseases and physical harmfulness (p>0.05). A significant positive result (p<0.05) was found for the psychological state according to the harmful effects of radiation. Based on this study, detailed and continuous education must be accomplished by increasing the awareness of radiation and the acceptance level, conveying a proper understanding of radiation and assisting subjects with receiving the information they desire through various educational mediums.

        방사선검사 시 의료방사선 안전성에 대한 인식도 조사

        Abstract Most patients and parents and guardians display frequent anxiety due to radiation exposure during outpatient, ward, and pediatric general radiographic examinations. This is a behavior that perceives only the harmfulness of radiation. For the recognition of medical radiation, we conduct surveys on outpatients, inpatients, and pediatric parents and guardians to identify their awareness, and then use the radiation dose promotional materials After providing accurate information on the use of radiation, the outpatient, inpatient, and pediatric parents and guardians were asked to explain the change in awareness. The questionnaire items were classified into five categories: repetitive radiation awareness for diagnosis, awareness of exposure dose, availability of exposure information, awareness of radiation risk, and awareness of health problems caused by radiation. There was a statistically significant difference in the items of recognition result of medical radiation, although there was a slight difference in the individual items in the pre and post-recognition results of providing information about the radiologists of the protector and the outpatient(p<0.05). Therefore, through the installation of these promotional materials, we will improve our awareness of medical radiation safety during general radiography surveillance in the Department of Radiology to provide better quality medical information and medical services, thereby contributing to strengthening the competitiveness of the hospital.

        방사선카운슬링 융합교육이 방사선 인식도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 방사선카운슬링 융합교육이 방사선 인식도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 대상자는 2016년 5월 12일부터 6월 22일까지 방사선카운슬링 융합교육을 받은 교육생들이었다. 조사방법은 교육만족도와 방사선 인식도(위험성, 편익성, 관리성)에 대해 리커트 5점 척도로 설문하였다. 분석 결과 남녀에 따른 방사선카운슬링 교육만족도는 남학생들이 여학생들보다 유의하게 높게 나타났으며 방사선카운슬링 교육만족도의 상관관계는 방사선 편익성과 방사선 관리성이 가장 높았다. 마지막으로 방사선카운슬링 융합교육은 방사선 편익성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 방사선카운슬링 융합교육이 방사선의 편익에 대해 긍정적으로 작용한 것으로 판단되며 방사선 카운슬러들은 방사선의 편익성을 근거로 내담자들을 대할 수 있다는 점을 시사한다. The purpose of study was to analysis on the effects of radiation-counseling convergence education on radiation awareness. The survey objects were students of radiation-counseling convergence education from 12th May to 22th June in 2016. The questionnaires were education satisfactions and radiation awareness (risk, benefit, control) by Likert-type 5 scales. The analysis results revealed that education satisfactions of men students showed a significant higher female students and correlation coefficient of education satisfactions were the best high in the benefit and control of radiation. Finally radiation-counseling convergence education had a significant effect on radiation benefit. This convergence education influenced positive recognition on radiation benefit and it was indicated that radiation-counselors could treat clients on the basis of radiation benefit.

        의료기관 방사선작업종사자들의 방사선/능 방어에 대한 인식도 및 수행도 분석: 부산지역 의료기관을 중심으로

        본 연구는 의료기관에 종사하는 방사선작업종사자들의 방사선/능 방어에 대한 안전관리 인식과 행동조사에 관한 연구를 시행하였다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 의료기관에 근무하는 방사선작업종사자 267명을 대상으로 하였다. 그 결과, 40대, 50대 그룹과, 고학력 그룹에서 방사선 안전관리 인식도와 수행도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 방사선 안전관리 지식에 따른 분석은 “매우 잘 알고 있다” 그룹에서 인식도와 수행도 점수가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 안전관리 노력 정도에 따른 분석은 “다양한 교육을 받거나 책을 통해 안전관리 내용을 공부하고 있다” 그룹에서 높은 인식척도와 수행척도를 나타냈다. 하부요인들간 상관관계의 경우 종사자 개인측면의 인식도 와 환자 및 환자보호자 측면의 인식도에서 가장 높은 정적상관을 나타냈다. 따라서 의료기관에 근무하는 방사선작 업종사자들의 다양한 경로를 통한 지속적인 방사선 안전관리 교육 습득을 통해 종사자 및 환자 그리고 환자보호자에 대한 방사선 안전관리가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate safety management awareness and behavioral investigation of radiation/radioactivity performance defenses of radiation workers in medical institutions. Data collection consisted of 267 radiation workers working in medical institutions using structured questionnaires. As a result, it was analyzed that radiation safety management awareness and performance were high in 40s, 50s group and higher education group. The analysis according to the radiation safety management knowledge was analyzed that the Know very well group had higher scores on awareness and performance scores. The analysis according to the degree of safety management effort showed the high awareness scale and the performance scale in the group Receiving various education or studying the safety management contents through book . The correlations between the sub-factors showed the highest positive correlation between perceived practician and personal perspective and perceived by patient and patient s caretaker perspective. Therefore, radiation safety management for workers, patients, and patient s caretaker should be conducted through continuous education of radiation safety management through various routes of radiation workers working at medical institutions.

        대학생의 방사선의 지식 및 인식 조사 - 방사선 비전공자를 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 방사선 비전공 대학생들을 대상으로 방사선사용에 관한 지식 및 인식을 분석하고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문을 바탕으로 빈도, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, one-way ANOVA를 사용하였다. 그결과, 방사선의 기본 지식과 사용 분야에 관한 지식 정도는 성별과 연령에서 집단 간 큰 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 전공 계열에서는 일부 항목에서 통계적 차이가 나타났다. 또한 방사선에 대한 인식에서는 여자와 25세 미만에서 더 부정적인 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 하부 요인 간 상관관계 분석 결과 방사선 지식이 높을수록 사용 분야의 지식과 방사선사용 인식이 높게 나타났다. 대학생들은 앞으로 사회에 진출하여 방사선 인식을 제고 하는데 영향력이 크다는 점에서 방사선에 대한 올바른 인식이 전달된다면 방사선 산업 발전에 기여하는 긍정적 효과를 나타낼 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge and awareness about radiation use among non -radiation undergraduates. This analysis were used based on the collected questionnaires with Frequency, mean and standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA. As a result, there was no significant difference between the groups in terms of gender and age. There were statistical differences in some items in the major field. In addition, the perception of radiation was more negative in women and under 25 years of age (p<0.05). The correlations between the sub - factors showed that the higher the knowledge of radiation, the higher the perception of knowledge and use of radiation. It is believed that university students will have a positive effect of contributing to the development of the radiation industry if they have a correct understanding of radiation because they are more likely to contribute to public opinion by advancing into society.

        청소년의 방사선 인식도 비교 분석

        Fukushima nuclear accident instruments in Japan are the future generations of middle school and high school students are had Awareness throughout the questionnaire after the investigation was to compare the results. Each papers are has 17 questions. We can see the middle school students are not have knowledge more then high school student. Because Many of middle students are saying ``usual or don`t`` .The inquiry comparison of the results by examining the radiation recognition of youth, the future, and hopes that the adolescents of government, also contribute to education policy or education data of radiation.

        핵의학과 방사선작업종사자의 말단 및 수정체 선량에 대한 인식도 조사

        Radiation workers working in nuclear medicine department are exposed to radiation, especially in extremities and the eye lens, due to their work consisting of distributing radioactive isotopes and injecting patients with the radiological materials. The assessment of radiological exposure to the extremities and the eye lens using whole body effective dose assessment method cannot be deemed valid; Because the extremities and the eye lens cannot be constantly protected, there needs to be another dose assessment method. Despite the apparent error in the current assessment method, radiation workers in nuclear medicine department overlook exposure to radiation in the extremities and the eye lens, leading to the current lack of exposure dose control. As such, we set out to understand the radiation workers’ level of knowledge and awareness in this issue by surveying 33 radiation workers working in Korean nuclear medicine department. As for the level of knowledge about the dosimeter for extremities and the eye lens, most radiation workers were aware that radiation exposure in the extremities and the eye lens took place during their work, as well as yearly exposure dose limit, but they were not as knowledgeable about the dosimeter. In the assessment of the radiation workers’ awareness of dosimeter, these professionals acknowledged the necessity of wearing a dosimeter to manage the exposure dose in the extremities and the eye lens, although their level of understanding and trust for these products were rather low. In the current usage of dosimeters in nuclear medicine department, it was revealed that most radiation workers do not wear dosimeters during their work, which led to the lack of exposure dose assessment during distribution and injection tasks. As such, the current study concludes that policies on exposure dose measurement and assessment are required to optimize the amount of exposure to the extremities and the eye lens in radiation workers, in addition to continued education and training to change awareness about controlling the exposure dose.

        소방공무원의 직업적 방사선노출에 대한 지식, 자각 및 건강피해 우려

        Objectives: This study aims to investigate the current status of knowledge, awareness and health risk concerns on occupational radiation exposures among firefighters in Korea. The results will provide basic information for developing a prevention program to minimize adverse health effects relating to radiation exposure among firefighters. Methods: A questionnaire was composed of general characteristics of participants, and their knowledge, awareness, health risk concerns relating to occupational radiation exposure. It was distributed by email to all of 307 firefighters in Jeollabukdo in April 2014 and 259 of them (response rate 84.3%) were responded. Answers were analyzed for descriptive statistics including frequencies and percentages. SPSS/WIN 18.0 program was utilized for statistical analysis of t-test, ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation. Results: The average score of radiation protection knowledge was 5.83±1.77 (average±SD) out of 10. The score of awareness and health risk concerns on radiation exposure were 4.27, 3.94 out of 5, respectively. The results indicated that the knowledge on the characteristics of radiation was marginal among the firefighters, while the awareness and health risk concerns relating to radiation exposures were relatively higher comparing to other professions. Conclusions: Knowing the characteristics of potential risks is the first step for minimizing the adverse health effects relating to the risks. Therefore, it is necessary to provide adequate training and information on radiation and exposure protection methods for firefighters.

        Awareness and Consciousness Survey of Worker's for Radiation Exposure Dose Reduction from Pediatric Brain CT Examination

        본 연구에서는 부산지역의 컴퓨터단층촬영검사실의 근무자를 대상으로 소아 두부 CT 검사를 시행함에 있어 방사선방어에 대한 지식정도와 행위에 대한 인식도 및 의식도를 설문조사하여 기관별로 분류하여 상급종합병원, 종합병원, 병원간의 인식도와 의식도 점수를 비교하여 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 기관별 인식도 평균점수는 상급종합병원이 42.29, 종합병원 38.43, 병원 34.06으로 상급종합병원이 가장 높게 나타났으며 종합병원, 병원 순으로 나타났다. 기관별 의식도 평균점수는 상급종합병원이 21.37, 종합병원 24.68, 병원 29.19로 병원이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며 종합병원, 상급종합병원 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 종합병원이나 병원의 CT 근무자들의 인식도를 높이기 위해서는 보수교육 및 학회 등을 통해 방사선에 대한 인식을 함양시키려는 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료되며 또한 상급종합병원의 CT 근무자들의 의식도를 높이기 위해서 방사선 방어의 최적화를 모색하고 환자에 대한 방사선 피폭선량 감소에 대해 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, it was an investigation of the degree of awareness and consciousness of the radiology technicians about radiation protection working in the computed tomography room in Busan when the pediatric underwent brain CT scan. It was sorted by university hospital, general hospital and hospital and compared the scores of awareness and consciousness. As a result of awareness, university hospital had the highest point of 42.29 followed by general hospital and hospital of 38.43 and 34.06 respectively. On the other hand, the average score of consciousness was the highest in hospital of 29.19 followed by general hospital and university hospital of 24.68 and 21.37 respectively. It is considered to need assistance to cultivate an awareness of the radiation through refresher training and conferences, etc in order to increase the awareness of the general hospitals and hospitals for CT workers. In addition, it is also expected to pay for efforts to increase the consciousness of CT workers in university hospitals seeking the optimization of radiation protection and dose reduction of radiation exposure for the pediatric.
