        현장사례연구 : 평행봉 Basket with 1/2turn to handstand 기술동작의 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 평행봉 보시다 1/2턴 기술동작의 3차원 영상분석을 통한 주요 기술 및 선수들의 특성을 규명하고, 대표선수들의 훈련자료로 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 분석 대상선수들은 체조 국가 대표선수 5명을 대상으로 하였다. 기술동작의 주요 분석 요인은 각 이벤트에 따른 소요시간, 속도와 각속도 및 관절의 각도 변화 등 운동학적 요인들이며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대상자들의 연기 시간은 평균 1.89초로 나타났고, 다운구간에서는 0.47초로 나타났으며, 다운구간의 빠른 시간과 속도의 결과에서 신체의 상승속도를 높이는데 비교적 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 다운스윙에서 몸 접어 뒤도는 순간, 신체중심에서 손목점까지의 거리는 -16㎝~-24.7㎝로 나타났다. 체공구간의 정점에서, 평행봉과 신체중심점의 거리는 평균 20.4㎝로 나타났다. 신체중심의 속도가 가장 빠른 시점은 손이 봉에서 이탈되는 순간으로서, 3.85~3.44㎧로 나타났으며, 이때의 수직속도는 평균 3.59㎧로 나타났다. 이벤트 2에서 고관절의 최대 굴곡각은 23.6°~40.5°으로 나타났다. 고관절의 최대 각속도는 평균 -0.124rad/s이고 이벤트 2시점 전후에서 나타났다. S1은 고관절 최대 굴곡 각속도가 이벤트 3시점과 일치하였다. 고관절이 굴곡되는 이벤트 2의 시점에서, 견관절 각도는 78.7°~95.2°로 나타났다. 이벤트 5 시점에서의 견관절 각도는 50.1°~88.7°로서 대상자들 간의 큰 차이를 보였고, 견관절 각도가 작을수록 팔을 충분히 펴지 못하는 동작으로 나타났다. 또한 이벤트 5~7구간에서의 견관절 각도는 이벤트5 순간 견관절 각도의 크기에 비례하는 경향을 보였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the traits of the main skills and gymnasts by the 3D analysis of basket with 1/2turn to handstand skill movement and to provide national athletes with practical information. The participants were five members of the Korean gymnastic national team, and the main analysis factors were kinematical factors, such as the duration depending on each event, speed, angular velocity, and joint angular changes. The results are as follows. First, the mean performance time was 1.89 sec, and the mean time at the down swing phase was 0.47sec. Moreover, it was relatively effective to boost physical speed as a result of fast time and speed at the down swing phase. Second, at the moment when a gymnastic picked and rotated backward, the distance between cog and wrist joint was -16~-24.7 ㎝. At the peak of airborne, the distance between parallel bars and cog. was average 20.4 ㎝. The fastest speed of cog. was, when hands were released from a bar, 3.85~ 3.44 ㎧, and the mean vertical velocity was 3.59㎧. At E2 phrase, the picked angle of hip joint was 23.6°~40.5°, and the angular velocity of hip joint was average -0.124 rad/s shown before and after E2 phrase. At S1 phrase, the picked angle of hip joint was corresponded to E3 phrase.
